I usually don't leave reviews unless it's really good or bad. Today is good. I know cash advances/payday loans get a bad rap as an industry but customer service is 100% controllable and that is where my experience really stood out. I came in not knowing what to expect but Martina Jones put me at ease. She was incredibly helpful, informative and most of all accommodating. I was all over the place and Martina was able to bring me back to center. While I did not take a loan, I feel miles more comfortable to do so if needed. Thank you ACE and Martina.

My experience at Ace Cash Express was excellent Jon went way past his duty as an employee he really helped me to get my account fixed so i could get back to my money when my acct had been compromised.
