She let everyone know she’d be with them in just a moment and thanks for being patient with her. She then asked if there was anything she could help me with. My experience here was the best I’ve had in a long time and it was refreshing especially in these type of areas if you know what I mean. Nakia was sweet and to the point end explained things so I could i understand. She made so even if I didn’t have enough time for everything I still managed to get my money orders cashed quick (even with the verification process) , set up a prepaid debit card ,load money on it today ! & I even have a personalized one with my name on it being sent in the mail in less than 20 minutes.Nakia gave me options for direct deposit. Also provided me with two copies of the documents for my employer and my tax preparer! I’m amazed at her customer service and excellent knowledge on services. I hope to see her and excel and move up within if that’s what she desires. I pass by Ace all the time but never decided to use their services. This was the 2nd location I visited and because of Nakia I’m now a Ace Flare member!

Come here every month to pay my rent. Service and professionalism is always on point. The staff her are always a pleasure to talk to.

I have been going to this location for many years and the same personable, friendly Cynthia has been working there nearly every time I have gone in. I have never had any problems with transactions as long as she was there. She is friendly and courteous and handles her business very well!

This was my first time using ACE cash express and I had no idea what to expect. As soon as I walked into the door I read the board of services when Miss Cynthia greeted me with a sweet smile and a very kind voice and asked if there was anything she could help me with. I expressed to her my needs and she was very informative! She went above and beyond with her customer service and professionalism!!! She also informed me on what to do the next time I came in or than next time I had said issues. I was in and out within 5 minutes. Honestly if it weren’t for her I probably would have left because I was confused and felt defeated after a day of running the city and being treated like a pest!
