Texans Credit Union Austin St, Garland

Monica, at the Austin Street Garland location, was very helpful and courtesy, with all banking needs in our visit. Would recommend Monica to anyone that needed assistance with their banking needs.

Moved from Allen to Rockwall/Rowlett 1.5yrs ago so I am in between Garland, Austin St and Wylie Texans. This Garland location has been the worst of many locations. I gave them a try 5 times (drive-thru) each time it got more complicated and length of time it takes to make a cash/check deposit using debit card. NOT taking $ out.. Putting it IN! Nothing over 1k. I have been sassed and quoted untrue rules (even requested literature on the basis) I have been asked for acct# when the card is in their hand and can't make deposit w/o acct#. I have a pic of the rudest to give a name if I could see them on a website. WILL NOT GO BACK to Rude/abusive!! I will spend the extra 10min to go to Wylie location- they are kind. Like I had in Allen & Richardson.

I’m not a customer here, but I’d like to give recognition to Vanessa Gonzalez! She helped my mother after she totaled her car to get into a new one with ease! I love how caring and compassionate she is about her members and how she treated my mother the way I’m sure she treats her own! Great job! Thank you for helping my mother!

Two people working 4 lanes using pneumatic tubes is going to take awhile if all lanes are busy. Don't expect to breeze through if more than 2 lanes are busy. Take something to read. Service is excellent given the reality of COVID.

I've visited this location twice each time was a great experience. James was great he was efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. He's also the ultimate multitasker he did our paperwork, looked up auto loan information, and setup our checking account all at once. Thanks for being so awesome.

I meet a representative name Vanessa Gonzalez at the Garland Branch. What a very professional and nice lady. I was going through a lot because I totaled my car and she help me through my whole process of get a new car loan. I recommend anyone to go to her because she listens to what you want and what you need. She should be the employee of the month and also of the year really. You just go there and asks for her I promise you want be disappointed. You go Vanessa Gonzalez keep your very good attitude up okay. Thanks so much for your help.

My husband and I have accounts and a loan with Texans for years and have been very pleased. Recently had to help a family member who also uses Texans gather information and Jenny L. at the Garland location has been wonderful in helping me with what was needed.

Had such greate experience today! Went in not realizing it was almost closing time (so sorry) but Guadalupe helped me sign up for a new account ! She was very helpful explain everything very well and I got out of there super fast !! So glad to be a member there !!! Thank you !!

Great Location. Walking Distance to Downtown Garland, The Library, Restraunts, Coffee, Stores and Shops, The college Campus, City buildings, Apartments, houses, and a lot more! I forget about this location sometimes. But its nice if im in Downtown Garland. Always friendly service! Plenty of parking around. Not just here.
