First Cash Pawn Forest Ln, Garland

I was there this week. The fat guy that looks like Charlie brown homeboy because of his comb-over was a little moody and rude like a woman. No eye contact. Unfriendly attitude. My first time there. My guess is because they were closing.

They are very sneaky with their electronics, sell you faulty AirPods and make it difficult to exchange. Save yourself money just buy new, don’t throw it down the drain buying here.

Best pawnshop in town. Truly a neighborhood pawn. They are always super pleasant and quick. They also and most importantly DO NOT low ball you! Jeff the manager is a Ace of the trade. Just honest people helping out honest people! I personally do not go to any other pawnshop! This is absolutely my go to place! Have pawned and purchased many of items there.

I used to really like this pawn shop until recently upon my last visit, asst mngr Jeff, wouldn't honor my 30 day warranty on a big screen I purchased from them. Ugggg, what's the point purchasing a warranty from this pawn shop. Poor customer service

Horrible a** pawn shop! I had 2 handguns on layaway. I purchased one flat out a few weeks later. Went to pay on my second one and they couldn’t find it and said it had been put out for sale after I paid a decent amount on it. I’m ticked off! I have had 2 at another location way longer and BOTH are still there... WHAT A FREAKING RIP-OFF!! never again...

This place sold a bracelet that i had already paid at least 600 dollars (out of 1500)for because of one late payment, only to offer a 120 reimbursement, and did't have the decency to call for a heads up as it isn't company policy. I heavily don't reccomend this place.

Took my sterio in to see what I could get they didn't even look at it. All they did was ask if its Bluetooth if not they can't take them

No clue why all the negative reviews are here because I’ve never had a bad experience in this shop. They stay busy so if you need assistance you may have to wait your turn as they won’t stop what there doing just for you but that’s life . All the staff is very professional and friendly and they have great deals and merchandise every time I visit . These folks helped me with a issue that was my fault and could have been detrimental if it went another way However it didn’t and I was blown away by the way they took my side and fixed my issue. Keep up the good work y’all.

I've never been to antawn shop before. It is cleaner inside than I expected
