Worst bank ever don't ever deposit a check because you'll be waiting for ever to cleared! I suggest we all clear our accounts and move else where and give them a taste of they own medicine.

Didn't wait long to speak to a banker. Jordan assisted me and was wonderful! Very polite, courteous and knowledgeable! Helped me quickly and efficiently. Would recommend going to this branch for anything!

When you call customer service they tell you different things and they are rude. They never say the same information. I rather go into the bank than to call customer service. But PNC Bank it self has good customer service and they are kind.

Best customer service ever. I want there all the time because it's close and people who work there are so nice. Always smiling and trying to services you with all they can. Never stay more that 20 minutes to finish my business.

This bank has extremely thorough verification processes for out-of-state check verification. They send the check to their "loss prevention" department in order to determine if it's a legitimate check, or a fraud/scam. Even though I found it very offensive and humiliating (the funds on the check were from money I saved while on Active Duty in the U.S. Army), the branch management persisted for days until the check was ultimately accepted and deposited. I had to make and receive phone calls with the Armed Forces Bank management to coordinate with PNC Bank management throughout this whole debacle. All the while, I had to live on $23 for 8 days while they were fiddling around with a considerable amount of money. Simple banking principle: put a hold on the check and wait. Too easy. All of this extra work over the matter made me feel like I should submit an application for employment with PNC Bank. Everything has been great since my initial fiasco: mobile app is very convenient and user-friendly; transactions post immediately; and I've even been approved for credit offers! Sometimes you just have to go through "the test" in life in order to get to the sweeter side. And, boy, there's many tests...but, just hold on, and everything is gonna be alright!!!! 😃

Imagine walking into a Bank, on payday just for them to tell you "we don't have large bills because were running out" so instead, they give you nothing but 20s lol remind me to never go inside this bank location ever again. their customer service is horrible too

Be in charge and join a local credit union where you are an member/owner. Stay away from the worst of them all, PNC Bank. PNC is the absolute bottom of the barrel bank. Terrible policies on funds availability and outrageous fees. Depositors will feel even more insulted by their 0.04% (12/17) A.P.R & A.P.Y. returns on Cert's of Deposit. Let us not forget their long history of employing questionable people - M. Mosco defended Garvey the accused pedophile knowing the claims were determined to have merit. To this very day there are several very rude and vile employees at the downtown branch. To sum it up....Stay away!

Charles (one of the tellers) was extremely helpful resolving an issue I had this morning. Went out of his way to research and explain. Great job! Much appreciated.

Really nice stuff. Even if they were busy with the crowd, they will help you.
