I love this place !!!! Have been a customer for many years, primarily on the purchasing side,.. Have always been satisfied with my purchase "after a bit of negotiations " lol🤪 The people that work there are knowledgeable and polite, ...can even be fun and funny . I would ,and have recommend this shop to others.... I especially like the diversity of the employees, as to knowledge, gender, and ethnicity...🤗.. GOOD job on that !... The inventory is diverse as well, with something to appeal to most interests....... Too many pawn shops out there with bad attitudes😡, and shifty employees 🤡 . .... THIS SHOP ISN'T ONE OF THOSE.... YES, I will be going back !!!!!

The best shop around hands down. Also have another in alliance I believe but I haven’t been to yet. All the guys here are extremely knowledgeable on everything you can think of…really good people to work with and very honesy/fair

Drove from Cleveland to get a loan on guns or some gold or jewelry. I was treated to an awesome shop with two gentlemen who quickly loaned me what I needed on only two guns . More then fair. I looked around and seen some really good prices on items for sale. Far better than any pawn shop in Cleveland who can't pawn on guns anyways because the cities ban gun Sales.

I bought jewelry, guns, ammo ,knives and tools. They have great things and great prices. They are very friendly and give great customer service. If they don't have what you need, let them know and they will do their best to get you what you need.

EXCELLENT Customer service. Brought in a used revolver to sell that was originally sold to me in bad condition from another agency. The service helped me fix it and then bought it for a fair price. Well worth the drive from Cleveland.

I have gone to a lot of different Pawn Shops in the last 20 years but Geauga Pawn is one of the Best. I have purchased many differant items over the last 5 years from Shot gun, pistols, power tools, lawn and garden equipment, fishing equipment, musical instruments, knives, coins and many DVD's. They were all competitively priced and I was able to negotiate a good deal for them. I have also brought various items there to sell and they were very fair with what they offered for my items. So if you are look for a great Pawn Shop stop in at Geauge Pawn on rt. 87 west of rt. 44 for some great deals on a variety of different items that are always changing.

Definitely not friendly to people of color. I walked through the entire store twice and at no time did any of the people behind the counter speak or ask if I needed help. When you don't speak, I don't spend my money!

I took.some gold jewelry there, the value was not what I expected! Oh well worth a try, they were mighty friendly tho!

I stopped in to look at guitars, after someone referred Geauga Pawn to me. The customer service was great and the prices were good. I ended up buying a Les Paul for my son. Now I'm referring them to friends. I'll be a returning customer.
