This was a super easy experience. service desk people are professional and respectful they actually try to care about you time while there . Erin/ Chris who work on the left side of the service desk are above being just standard employees there on the next level. Truly wonderful to work with who I'm going to recommend to myself and anybody else going to Bianchi Honda for there services. I had my struts go bad and I took my car in at 7:30am it was just after 11:00 am they were finished. Got my loaner no hassle this place is great . I just want to say thank you to everyone who had a hand in my really great quick and easy experience .

I was told my vehicle was ready to pick up after service was completed, only to find once I got there and over $200 later that the issue was not resolved. They were closing and couldn’t figure out the problem so I had to leave it again over night and was told it would be “no charge” the next day…. Well the next day, they still couldn’t figure it out, finally I was told they had to order parts and it would be another day and of course they were charging me! Hard to have faith in service that keeps changing its story at the customers expense and time.

We did not charge you for labor on the second day of service, however the repair required parts (which you were charged) in order to complete your service request. I had no trade and conducted the deal via phone, mostly text. My salesman, John, did an excellent job. He answered my questions, ordered the accessory and had it installed, and had the car ready for me to drive it off the lot. Lennon had the paperwork ready and I was in & out of the dealership in under 30 minutes! I drove 3.5 hours to get the car and it was worth it. John texted me the following day to follow up and thank me for me purchase.

I needed a new key made because I had lost mine. They made it so simple and fast to make a new key!! They also washed my car, filled my fluids, checked my battery and other services!! I've always given 5 stars to Bianchi Honda but today I had my Honda CRV in for the semi annual auto butler. For some reason they disconnected something and I had no center panel display....home, radio, phone, auto android ...everything on the center panel. It was easy to turn it on, just followed the prompt, but now my phone book has disappeared. Not sure what else was wiped out as I just picked the car up. I'm not sure why this was disconnected....it never was before...and I was not told about it. Sorry I downgraded my rating but I feel this is unacceptable service to rate it 5 stars. The auto butler aspect was great.

Overall great experience car buying. Today's market is very competitive due to shortages and my salesman Dave R. did great getting me the car I wanted. I'm looking forward to servicing my vehicle there and will recommend others to shop at Bianchi Honda. Update: I've had my car for about 6 months now and had my first oil change/tire rotation. Quick and efficient service, in and out. The scheduling online was user friendly. Still very satisfied with my choice.

Brought vehicle in for “Just an Oil Change” asked dealership not to wash vehicle, or check tire pressures, or fill fluids, because I always do those tasks myself, and that service is not needed. However, why in Gods name would technicians play around with the controls in my vehicle?? Lights were on auto (where I want them set) when I brought car in, wipers delay was set at the setting I prefer, and fog lights were set to the on position. When I got the vehicle back, (Mind you they only had to change the oil) the lights were in the off position vs. auto, fog lights were turned off, and wiper delay was set at the fastest speed. THERE WAS Absolutely NO reason for any of these items to be touched, period. I gave strict instructions to “Just change the Oil” nothing else. Perhaps I will go somewhere else for an oil change next time, maybe to someone who can follow directions. 4-4-2022: Just had my Si in for an oil change again, all went well, no issues, and Bianchi did a good job. On this visit, I am pleased that things went smooth, and the Techs took care of my vehicle like it was their own. A good service day! As you might have guessed, my Si is important to me, it’s my only vehicle, I take care of it, and expect the Dealership to do the same. Today, they did. Thanks Phil and Crew for the great service. Other than myself, they are the only crew I trust my Si to. Adios,…..

I was disappointed that what I asked to be done, wasn’t. Sure it was to rotate my tires but apparently the mechanic didn’t feel it was necessary. It’s because I rotate them. My assigned service advisor never showed up and my free wash was a disaster. Max needs to spend a bit more time in service department. No, I don’t need anyone to contact me

I told the lady that s scheduled what was going on with my car. She asked someone. Got back on the phone and gave me appointment I asked for a car to use and she said no it will only take a hour and they don’t give loaners unless it’s over a hour. So when I came for appointment. They came told me that it would take another 2 hours. Because. I had a new windshield put in. It’s cam came loose. The guy had was apparently new talked to another guy. And said they work with safelight a lot. Then all of a sudden they wouldn’t call saflight. To see what they would do about the problem. And $413. Out of my pocket. Wasn’t happy. Would not go to daft light. For a new windshield. They don’t know what they’re doing. And Honda won’t try to help customer out.

Caleb and shuttle driver John were absolutely wonderful and thoroughly helpful. We were on vacation in Erie when our honda pilot's horn alarm startrd going off radomly, almost getting us kicked out of our hotel. At wits end we drove to Bianchi honda and within hours they pinpointed the problem and disconnected the hood latch alarm sensor. Great people, fast affordable service! I cant say Thank You enough. I asked for 4 new tires to be placed on the vehicle, and he got them replaced with an even BETTER quality tire. He also got me a brand new inspection, all fluids changed and certified the car too! Was very pleased with my experience buying a vehicle today. Picked out a vehicle on line, researched the price and found it to be a fair asking price . Drove up to see the vehicle and I thought I was treated fairly. I was happy with the trade in value assessed to my car. I was also surprised to see that there are perks now for buying a Honda certified vehicle. It took longer than I thought but buying a car in like that. The salesman Steven was very knowledgeable and the financial gentleman was great to work with. All in all it was a good experience.

Called the service center this morning for a”low tire pressure “ message, that had been coming on for a few days. Even hours after putting air in the tire. Was given an appointment that afternoon. When arrived was taken care of immediately. The tire was repairable. A long nail was angled in the tire somehow. But because we had bought the tires at Honda the repair did not cost us anything because it was considered a “road hazard”. Very good service. Very comforting.

Today was my Auto Butler appointment. For $21.00, Bianchi Honda will pick up your vehicle at your home and bring it back when it is finished. Because of Covid, I was thankful that I didn't have to sit in the waiting room for five hours. Thank you for the valet service!

First time buying/leasing a car and was very nervous about finding a car I could afford that was a newer model and wouldn’t need tons of repairs. Josh Elliott made me feel welcomed and at ease the first time we met him. He stayed late to accommodate our schedule and find a great deal on a Civic. Brandon Kemmer also worked some financial magic so that I,a person with little credit history, could still take advantage of a good opportunity for an affordable car. Josh stayed with me when he gave me the keys to the car to run through all the “bells and whistles” of the 2022 car. (Note that my previous car was a 2008 Subaru that was duct-taped together, so having automatic headlights and a rear view backup camera was quite the novelty.)He didn’t have to do this but he did, and I’m very grateful for that. Bianchi has an excellent reputation because of the enthusiasm and care their sales team puts into making the customer feel like they’re valued. Thanks guys.

I always have great service at Bianchi's. However, every single time I take my car in for service, the radio, lights and seat have been adjusted. I have a bad back and asked the technician to make sure the seat was not moved. Guess what? It was moved. KEEP YOUR PAWS OFF THE FUNCTIONS ON MY CAR!!!!!!! This is soooooo frustrating.
Hi Yolly, To keep our drivers and technicians safe when they drive your vehicle around the lot to get it into the shop, it may be necessary to adjust the seat to a position that suits them. It is standard practice to turn the lights and radio off as your vehicle may be turned on for a portion of your vehicle's time in service. With 25 or more vehicles in for service at any given moment, turning off the radio and lights keeps the shop from becoming a full on disco party (as fun as that sounds). The Service Department was outstanding. I did not purchased my used Honda from Bianchi, but was still given all the care and attention to detail I would have expected if my car had rolled off their lot. The techs gave it a thorough inspection, necessary due to the car's high mileage. The manager gave us an itemized list of the one additional service that should be done that day, a filter change; and in order of importance things to look at in the near future, a belt, seal, and fluids change. My CR-V will be coming back here for service for as long as I own it. And, I hope my next vehicle will come from Bianchi.

Left my car overnight for service with note specifically saying not to do anything without calling me first as well as called first thing in the morning reinstating that and they went ahead and gave me a $45 oil change without my approval smh. $1500 quote for the work I needed done… got a quote for $600 for the same work by another garage

Don't purchase the auto butler. What a rip off. Jason and the salesman convinced my husband and I to buy it because we have young children and wanted a dark interior, but they did not have the vehicle we wanted with dark interior, only light gray or tan. I just picked my car up today from my second auto butler appointment, and these are the results. A seat was dirty after the I picked it up from my first appointment, but I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt. You are better off not purchasing the auto butler and saving that money to take your car to Delta Sonic and have them detail it a couple times a year. Delta Sonic is a lot cheaper and they do a much better job!!

In this crazy car market, Bianchi Honda was outstanding and customer oriented. We found a car online on a Saturday and had a deal put together pending a test drive the following Monday. We had over a 2 hours drive to Erie and test drove the Honda Pilot. During the test drive we discovered a minor issue that needed addressed. The service department took less than an hour to solve the problem and we finished the deal. Went for an oil change. There was a problem from the previous business I had last had oil changed at. The salesman was so honest and helpful in instructing me how I should proceed and giving me all the information needed to take back to previous business. I love the Honda Dealer. I love that they are honest and don't try to get over. My only complaint would be that when arriving for the work and getting the quote, I believe that they should include the tax with that or say this is not including the tax. Most customers would think that that is the total price. I was surprised when she came back and said that it was around $40 more then what she told me when I was signing the paper before they did the work. Overall, my experience was great. They were very timely also.

My appointment was at 9am for an oil change and a tire rotation. I didn’t get my car back until 3pm and was charged $200 for just an oil change and was told I need new tires before I get them rotated. But fact is $200 for an oil change?!?! Absolute absurd!

Salesman was great (main reason I ended up buying from them) but went up to pick up my SUV and had a appointment at 6:30 never got into financing until 7:30. After going up on Saturday to look at some did some research and there prices were higher then some places but my wife had already feel in love with one and didn’t want to go anywhere else.

I have been bringing my Honda CRV to Bianchi's since 2018 when I bought it there. They have taken care of all of my inspections, oil changes, & tire rotations & they do a terrific job with the "AUTO BUTLER". The men in the Service Department go out of their way to make sure that I am always satisfied before leaving. They have always been pleasant & respectful to me. I have no complaints whatsoever. The service department is always friendly and thorough in explanation which is appreciated. A bit disappointed this visit because I was having a “noise” checked for the second time (another 125$ diagnosis) only to learn a “common problem” with my make, model and year is overconsumption of oil! So I just paid 180$ for an oil change that could have a) been avoided have considered the first time and b) been a lot worse. So it’s 50/50 and at least they got it this time before my engine seized!

I was contacted to see if I would be interested in ending my lease early and arranged to talk to my sales consultant, Dan, to discuss my options. I was coming in for my vehicle inspection so I already had a trip planned. After I checked my vehicle in, I met up with Dan and he explained about the vehicles in inventory. He said that I would be able to keep my payments exactly the same as with my current lease. I was extremely pleased with my choices and we proceeded to close the deal. I would highly recommend both Dan and Bianchi Honda when looking for your next vehicle.

Update to a previous recommendation… This is our third car purchase since April. My husband needed to replace his 06 Civic SI but Honda was not making the SI. We ended up with a beautiful civic touring then to only find out a few months later the SI would be released. John Woodruff went out of his way to make our purchase of a stunning 22 Honda Civic SI happen and as always Jamar the business manager made the financing effortless. These guys are top notch and make a great team! We cannot say enough about how awesome our experiences at Bianchi have been! Purchased a beautiful 2021 Honda Passport from Bianchi Honda. Worst customer service ever……First I wait 4 hours for brake and rotors just the front end. Then In that time I’m brought 3 different prices and the last price was a surprise at the cashier window. Also saw my vehicle sit for 30 minutes while the guy who didn’t even give his name talked on the phone while the other customer service reps just stood around….. They moved my truck 3 times to get it out of the way for the other customers who came in after I did and got there vehicles because they had a more capable rep. Never again and I’d advise anyone else against going there either. So sad good places go down the drain with customer care for the all mighty dollar….

My experience of getting my Honda CR-V inspected went very well. This time I wasn't actually at Bianchi Honda at all except to drop my Honda off then pick it up as a friend met me there. She parked right in front so I went out the front door, into her car, and we drove right down to Bob Evans for lunch. Then she dropped me off at the front door, I went in & right over to Service & my Honda was pulled up as I talked to the Service man, all washed & shining. He walked me over to the cashier, I paid & then was off. My Honda will be 5 yrs old in just days & didn't need a thing; still like new. So it was a good experience. Everyone I talked to was very nice, as always. I have gone to Bianchi Honda since the early 80s I believe, when they just first started here in Erie. They didn't even have a showroom back then! If you really wanted a Honda you went upstairs & ordered it & it came!!! They were great from the start.
