I've been going there for alot of years and they have always , helped and are good people and very polite and honest and respectful of me ...I have no complaints about them at all they always work with me. God bless them all ...even the ones that are not there anymore .😇😇😇😇😇😇😇😇😇😇

I bought a ps3 there as I collect retro games and systems. All games were way over priced compared to price charting and the owner wouldn't come down more than $8 a game, which ok, no biggie, but shows me an in box ps3 no controller which claimed it worked great, when I get home he never tested because the blu ray drive was bad. So that means it reads no disks. He never tested it. Must have slipped through the cracks. I left an original review, and the owner, actually very polite, contacted me over the phone and wanted to make it right. His workers were adhering to the policy, but he wanted to make it right. I appreciate he went out of his way to offer compensation for the drive I purchased to fix the system. Again this review in the beginning was never meant to destroy a business but to honestly review a business. Update when back and the owner wasnt there 2 times I went and the workers had no idea what I was talking about. It's a shame.

Just went to sell some electronics and received very nice service from the ladies. Daniella was great.

Got what I asked for with a personality of a pit viper pretty from a distance but more attitude is spiteful and unwanted when i buyed a ps4 2tb hard drive was told with a attitude cant get cash back if its broken or doesn't work and chargd warranty i wouldn't recommend doing business with them 😒

I had two men there tell me the all five of the purses that I personally got from an authorized Coach retail store were fake. They treated me like a liar when I informed them of this, and made rude remarks at me as I left the building. Completely unprofessional people.

My husband had went in earlier to look at small guns for me to be safe since i clean nights. When we went in to purchase ( i was paying) i wanted to feel the weight of 2 guns. Gave the man working my ID and he Was immediately RUDE slid it back and said he was only selling to my husband since he picked it out! 1st off nothing was PICKED OUT i was window shopping still undecided! He did make it easy though because i took my $400 elsewhere!! Rude

This is the first pawn shop where I've pawned something and didn't feel like I got ripped off, the staff were actually honest with me, a totally new experience for me when dealing with a pawn shop. I took a few items in to pawn, she asked how much I was looking to get, I actually wanted at least $40.00 so I told them I needed $55.00 thinking that through negotiations I might end up with what I actually wanted. She looked up what these particular items have sold for on Ebay. And guess what, I walked out of there with $70.00 in my pocket, I didn't even have to negotiate, I couldn't believe this honesty coming from a pawn shop. I'll never go to any other pawn shop then CashLand. I can't give them enough praise.

The manager at the Midlothian location is less than professional tries to lowball costumers and insult their knowledge of how the pawn shop operates I will not do business with this location ever as the manager thinks everyone that walks through the door is desperate to pawn or sell their merchandise…and tries to take advantage of the customer.!

While some of the employees here could most definitely use some customer service training, Michelle, the store manager, is AWESOME! I posted awhile back about my ps4 being damaged while in for a loan. At first, nobody was willing to help; however, Michelle replaced our ps4 for us and even gave us one with higher storage capacity. To be honest, if it wasn't for Michelle and about 1-2 other employees, this place would be on my "10 foot pole" list. I have modified my rating to 3 stars from one due to this.

Midlothian boulevard cashland employees are rude and slam your stuff around they are lucky they didn't break it how you gonna treat others stuff like that no respect at all will never go there again and will tell everyone I know not to either need to pawn something go to austintown pawn everyone there is nice and respects your stuff
