PNC Bank Telegraph Rd, Redford Charter Twp

Banks are built on customer service, this staff is absolutely terrible! I arrived at the Redford Location at 4:59pm with an emergency where I needed to make a transaction and I was not allowed in by the security guard. I asked the guard to ask the manager Raymond Harper to open the door as I was in the bank during open hours. Even though this was an emergency he still rejected me and did not care at all. I have been banking with PNC for years and I get better service at Wendys!

This is a Terrible location and Bank. I was treated with a races undertone by there bank manager who was Arabic.

The service was terrible! I tried to complete my banking needs online but was required to visit a local branch to finish setting up my savings account. I went in, had to wait over 30 minutes to speak with someone (the tellers weren't able to complete the task). Once I finally met with the gentleman, he took another 20 minutes to print out a simple form for me to sign. It's been over a week and he NEVER actually submitted the signature form so I have to go back to a local branch to finish setting up my accounts. Very disappointed with the service and follow through. Avoid this location if possible!

I have been using this branch for years and I had only had positive experiences. The tellers are friendly, the account managers are knowledgeable, the guard is courteous and attentive. I have never thought about taking my business elsewhere.

Removed my card it still did not dispensing cash waited till it timed out the closer branch closed this branch atm has been an issue more times than not now will have to use a not pnc atm and get charged already wasted gas time to change banks the branch that closed was so much better why.

Every time I have to talk to somebody here I am dissatisfied. I have been unhappy with PNC every time I've walked out of this location. It makes me want to switch banks and giving up on PNC entirely. At least they have a friendly security guard.

This branch is the worst. Those teller are rude. Constance is the most unprofessional. She needs to retrained in customer service

I am a new customer. I felt like I was a criminal. Kaye was the teller. I gave her my paycheck and she looked at it and then in a nasty tone said, where you get this check. This is my pay check from work. My other bank had no problems with it. She was not nice at all. I will not be stopping at this branch again as it took 10 minutes to deposit my check. Update: Because of Kaye, my funds on hold even though it has cleared my boss's account. No one willing to remove the hold. This branch sucks. Let's see how my branch is in 2 weeks. If still problems, you can tell this new customer goodbye.

The slowest. NEVER enough tellers!!! Always 2-3 people walking around in the back. Got a teller working drive thru and the front window!!! Lol im done. 7 mile and evergreen it is from now on!!!

WORST PNC! ATM never works ! OUTSIDE OR INSIDE! Can never deposit anything because it doesn’t work. Might as well close down.
