This bank cannot even answer their phone calls. I've called twice now. They put you on a silent hold for about 40 minutes then they hang up.

Horrible service. Always tell me to go to my home bank. WHYYYYY????? YOUR SIGN SAYS BBVA. SO THERE FOR WHY YOU OPEN. STAFF ARE ALWAYS RUDE.

Small Business Owners do not use this bank for your Merchant Services. They will charge their customers Miscellaneous fees without them knowing. I repeat "do not" use (Clover Go) Merchant Services through BBVA Compass banking. Small Business Owners Beware!!

This is my bank right now, but I'm very close to switching. This may be the last Straw. My husband of Latino descent, walked in to make a deposit this morning and the elderly, white, female teller w/ a 70s haircut was full on Racist! I do not recommend this bank or branch!
