    This is the worst bank I've ever been to. And I've been a Us Bank customer for years. Their customer service is horrific. They're very slow and will leaving you waiting for ever for service. The employees are also very arrogant when you kindly bring it to their attention. Please don't waste you're time here. It's terrible

    May 7, 2021 The staff at this branch seemed extremely dishonest from the very first minute our interaction began. I went into this branch to cash a check that I received from my attorney, which was written from a US Bank account. Upon explaining to the bank teller and management that I just wanted to cash the check and deposit it in my own person bank, I began to receive awkward customer service from them. Explaining to them once again that the check was written from an account holder of [their] business, they began to treat me as if I printed the check myself. Subsequently, the manager told me that they couldn’t cash the check for me because they didn’t have that amount of money at the bank. Mind boggled, I had them repeat that statement because I thought it was some sort of joke, but was told again that the bank didn’t have the money to cover my check, which wasn’t even a large amount of money. I find it very hard to believe that a BANK doesn’t have enough money in it to cover a small settlement check that an account holder there wrote. I don’t know if it was just something I was told because of my ethnicity or what, but it seemed extremely odd and uncomfortable hearing that from bank staff. I’m not only a military veteran, but an 18 year civil service employee that put my life on the line for civilians, businesses (banks & other agencies), and even dishonest people every single day. If I could rate this bank a zero, I wouldn’t hesitate to do so… If a bank can’t cash a check, there’s seriously something suspicious about that bank that needs to be investigated…

    RARE AND WONDERFUL EMPLOYEE!!! I really enjoy doing my banking with US Bank and specifically with the location in Sun City, California. The reason I love this location is that they have a fabulous employee, DAWN! Dawn is absolutely a joy to work with and probably one of the most competent and resourceful bank employees that I have dealt with for my banking needs. I grew up in a banking family and Dawn is far none my favorite banker that I have dealt with outside of my family. She gets you taken care of, usually by going the extra mile, quickly as well as exceptionally cheerfully. I so appreciate her competence, professionalism as well as her most enjoyable charm. On a scale of 1to5, I give her a 6! Dawn is a jewel!

    Multiple occasions where I deposited cash/checks into the atm and the bank denied receiving them, to the point I had to threaten a lawsuit, then magically the transactions "showed up". US Bank is closing over 20% of their branches in the country, do the math.

    Saturday I went to go make a withdraw from my personal account and I ask to make the withdraw she asked what my employment was . it felt uncomfortable . I told her I was a stay at home mom. I asked why she asked that. And she stated its a new policy being in forced. I let it go but it bothered me. So I call 800 number and they stated that they have no new policies but the branch may have. She told me to call them on Monday and ask branch manager . I will call branch tomorrow but it felt as if she asked me because I was commuting a crime or fraud ...

    If i could give zero stars i would the manager lady at this bank an asian lady dont know her name is very snooty and like its her personal bank i go to alot of us bank branchs but this place Is the by far a sorry excuse it like a prison bond service building like they dont want to help you or trust the customer Experienced some off procedures here like no where else Stay from here drive the extra distance to another branch

    where do i start? i will tell when it ends. went into see about a fraud situation with my account. They fixed it, and told me a new card will be on its way. Still no card and now find out they cancelled my entire account. no word, no notice, nothing. im still depositing money into it and no response. no problem taking my money and not telling me i have no account to put it in......STAY AWAY.

    Literally one of the worst bank experiences I've ever had in my life, I went to withdraw money from my account and Jen the manager asked why I needed that money. What ever happened to privacy ??? We'll the denied me my money and froze my account for "fraud" The lady Amanda from the "fraud department " hung up on me multiple times and told me the branch will handle it. Probaly the worst customer service ever. You basically can't withdraw money out of your account without getting harrased and treated like a criminal.

    I love this bank! Disregard the negative reviews, it's unfair and unjustified. I have been going loyally to this US Bank for a couple years and I will never go anywhere else. The manager is very lovely, she tries her best to make sure you are satisfied. They are all fantastic people.

    Worst customer services I have ever experienced from a back. Came in to set up a business bank account ! I come twice In Friday wait for 30 mins and one call me, I stop by today Monday and a personal Banker Dawn To top it off the lady was rude and snobby with me. I will not only be going to a different bank for my business needs.
