The worst. I sent pictures of what I wanted to sell and was told yes they will purchase my items and I travel from pomona. Just so they can tell me no. They wasted my time and gas money . Never recommending this place

I would recommend Perris Pawn for my family and friends to shop for jewelry and other household items. Because their staff is well trained to carry themselves in a professional manner. I was impressed with the integrity of their staff, as their appraisals of precious gems as well as jewelry was accurate!

This was a completely online experience and ultimately I have been thoroughly impressed. I was searching for a used specific model of camera that they happened to have. However, I live across the country. I sent a few text messages and got some vague answers (asked if there was a battery and if I could return, they did not confirm a battery, assured it was tested, and confirmed that it would be returnable if defective), but enough to make me confident enough to purchase. The package was sent promptly and my camera arrived in impeccable condition and works very well. It happened to have a battery (I ordered some just in case so I could test immediately), placed my lens and it works great. I wanted to make sure to write a review about my online experience as I was hesitant just because of the distance and the lack of review of their online presence. As a buyer I would happily purchase from them again online.

Perris pawn and Luis in particular on this occasion were extremely diligent and helpful. He guided me thru a process most other pawn shops don't even offer, quickly, and with ease that saved me a three hour bus trip, each way, with a matter I needed to take care of, today, his aid is greatly appreciated,as is that of this entire establishment, which seems to perform at an almost military efficiency, my sincere thanks, Steve Ortiz.

Popped in the other day and was so impressed with the quality of the merchandise. As a customer, I'm happy to know the staff scrutinizes their items. I'm confident in the authenticity and condition of the items I'm buying. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, willing to answer questions. I highly recommend this establishment. It is by far the nicest pawn shop I've ever been in.

Perris Pawn is a great place to shop. Their items are of the highest quality and their staff greets you with a smile when you arrive. They are very professional and knowledgeable in the pawn business. I recently bought a beautiful diamond band from them and dropped it by accident, losing one of the diamonds. I immediately brought it in to have Perris Pawn's jeweler repair it. It looks beautiful once again and the repair was done while I waited. Thank you, Perris Pawn, for being an amazing business for the community to enjoy!

Don’t like coming here and never will Again this place is horrible if your going to sell Something they’re real picky and offer small prices for your items

Perris Pawn shop is really helpful it has many things to offer depending what your looking for. The employees are nice and helpful when you need it. They aren’t pushy and like trying to make you buy anything. Their prices aren’t too bad either and its a nice experience going there. I would recommend Perris Pawn shop to anyone.

Laughable..brought in a used ps4 in great condition that I tested out at home and worked just fine. Brought it in, guess what..they said it’s not working. Ha! What a poor excuse for a business.
