Tried cashing a >250 cashiers check. For some bizzzare and inexplanable reason, the che k cashing place only has 100 cash in the drawer. (Yeah really?) And she wants me to put 120 on a netspend card that i cannot withdraw cash from right away.. really? Check cashing but dont have 220 dollars? I own a business 3 doors down from this place and they cant cash a 236.23 dollar cashiers check from bank of america... REALLY?!

I’ve been a customer for many years, and only go in if absolutely necessary. However, every single time I feel like a new customer. It’s always like an interrogation. They only have one worker and she’s very friendly, yet slow. I miss Myra because she was personable but, fast. Check ‘n Go needs to start monitoring the time that reps are spending with the customers. I was there over an hour, and that’s way too long. Please hire some more people, or extend your hours to 3pm. Thanks in advance.
