I personally had nothing but good experiences with purchasing my laptops and music equipment here and plan to do more business with this business. They give me deals when I come just out the kindness of their hearts.

Its a cool pawn shop the staff is friendly and very helpful but i dont appreciate the fact that i called them and asked if they bought dvds and they said yes and when i showed up they told me that they dont take them the guy on the phone told me that they did for 50 cents each regular dvds and blu rays ... I wasted gas for nothing

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Do not come here trying to sell your gold or precious metals, I called a day before I went in and I was told I would be given the spot price for my gold. I go in and the story changes saying they would only give me the spot price if I brought my own testing supplies? Then had the audacity to offer me 1400 for an ounce which is currently going for over 1800 at the moment I was dumbfounded and felt like I was getting played on the spot and left immediately after. I’d recommend recording any phone call you have with these people before you speak to them in person. I was serviced by a shorter heavyset Mexican man with an accent and in his early to mid 40s. DO NOT COME HERE THEY WILL TRY TO PLAY YOU DO YOUR RESEARCH CALL AROUND RECORD PHONE CALLS AND STAY EDUCATED!!!

I was looking for a pawn shop and this was the ONLY one open Sunday ! I called and Sarah picked up so nice and sweet great customer service. After a quick conversation she assured me I'll be helped and I was very quickly by Henry who did beyond for me . I appreciate you guys ! & Rene was funny as hell. Happy Memorial Guys :)

I think this is one of the best places you can go to pond things or buy things they have a lot of good things in their store especially if you want to buy a gun they're really helpful with that special with laws in California I've given people their card and sent up there I bought something with them myself and I'm gonna go pick it up I'll pick it up so yeah I recommend this place they are really nice especially for pawnshop

I had bought an item walked out and walked right back in and wouldn’t accept my return. Said there’s no returns even though they never explained that before purchase and there’s no signs saying otherwise. Never doing busy there again.

The best customer service team. Great deals! I have purchased numerous items from, Jewelry, games for a Switch and Xbox one, tools for the yard and not to mention they have good deals on guns. The young lady gun dealer is very knowledgeable on her firearms and the guns are prices at fair market value. I love this place and recommend it to everyone looking for a good deal.

Best pawn shop in MORENO VALLEY, they always have new and random items for sale and at some good prices. And the beauty is if you know the art of bargaining then you just might leave out with a steal. I've seen some reviews that staff is rude and horrible prices this and that. Let me tell you something I've been coming here for a long time and the staff is awesome it's when some new customer comes in and doesn't get their way and starts the rudeness and insults themselves, this isn't your regular McDonald's where u think u can come in and be rude and the employees are going to just sit back and smile lol. As far as prices if you come and see for yourself why they have charge or only offer low amounts. You won't find these prices anywhere else!
