I pawn 2 diamond rings and both have alot of sentimental value to me I had an Emergency and Because of there Reviews I went to Empire jewelry, friends and family said they will trade ur diamonds... I had no choice,... I'm on my last days, They gave me a courteous call to let me know my time was up n I was in grace period and can always pay for an extension! Other places would of kept my rings and not call! But this is Empire jewelry and loan a place u can Trust! With all my heart Thank u for your help and business ❣️

I've been coming here with my family for about 10 years and have never thought about going anywhere else. Many years of wonderful customer service thanks to Gio. He's been very helpful every single visit I make whether I'm looking to buy or sell anything. I've never left unhappy from there. He always figured out a solution if I ever had a issue and he is very informative. He was able to answer any question I've ever had. Overall great customer service and experience. This is my second time here and I can say they are all respectful . Chris helped me this time I was in and out with out no problem I highly recommend this spot they get the job done quick thank you guys . Edit: yesterday I came in to pay my interest on my chain and CHRIS told me it wasn’t in the system as if they sold it I than proceed to tell him to go check in the back to see about my chain he continued to laugh and make jokes about it I ask to talk to somebody else he than stated “it’s going to be the same answer “ Gio came and was very nice and helpful he was able to locate my chain and I payed my interest I’m only keeping the rating as a 5 because Gio came through and helped me but for Christian and his customer service I give him a 0

Had to grab a quick Loan and when I tell you the guys there really care quick easy and reliable.....on top of that my car has a issue and I was helped to move it by one of the guys.... Good looking out...i will refer and do more business forsure in the near future.

This store is amazing. The best way I can describe it is to say it’s a “diamond in the rough.” I’m sure we all have preconceived ideas about pawn shops but Empire Jewelry and Loan is far from your practical pawn shop. As soon as you walk in you feel like you're in a high end jewelry store with such a great variety of items to choose from. Gio was very trustworthy and was able to beat all prices from other competitors when it came to selling a ring. Gio was very honest, and very easy to work with. When I went in to purchase an engagement ring, I was completely lost and was not sure what I was looking. He explained to me all of the differences and what to look for in diamonds. After I did my research without a question I had to go back! They have had my business for a long time, and will have it for many more to come.

I went in to Empire for a watch battery which they replaced for a very good price. While they were doing the battery replacement I looked around. I found a few things I was interested in and they answered all my questions. I did leave but the earrings I was looking at made me go back to the store about a week and a half later. The gentlemen I spoke with were low key and very nice. They gave me a good price on the earrings so I bought them and I love them. I will be back!

The most professional, respectful, courteous, and absolutely spotless pawn shop I have ever walked into. Alejandro and staff keep this place well organized, and did I mention clean and corona free ( not the beer). They all deserve a pay raise for their excellent service to the customers.
