Ladies are great! But plan to be there forever. Even when it’s empty it still takes a long time to do something simple like renew a loan, that’s already approved. There’s too much chit-chat going on behind the glass jeopardizing customer service when Theres a cash advance at every corner. Hello.,Where do I start first, Well on 04/21/2019, I was approached by my girlfriend earlier that day about applying for us a loan, to help us get a vehicle maintence for a vehicle that was offered to us if we wanted it however; I was feeling a lil uneasy about applying for a loan in the first place, trying to get and keep good credit has been a job alone. To make a long story short, I was convinced to take a chance and the results were more than I expected, as we walked in the door we were greeted with a nice smile and a warm welcome. I like to point out that two of your employees that helped me with my experience there they were Ms. Destiny and Ms. Baleria , they were very professional and my visit there was one that I would and have been referring as many people as I can and of course giving a good review about Speedy Cash. I've been to the MV store shall we say more than twice and so far so good. The young lady that recently processed my recent transaction has always been cool . I know when I get her window its quick, painless . Nothing wrong with that ! If not for her I most likely wouldn't have replied to this .

Speedy Cash associates are great. The only bad thing is the lines. I was in there on the Friday before Labor Day. Most of the people I talk to are on Social security or disability, maybe have more chairs, or even have people get a number, which I wouldn't care for. The clients that were waiting were incredibly honest on who was next. That is the only bad thing I can say, you're so easy to deal with that you have a lot of clients. Another idea is that you stagger the due dates so everybody isn't coming in on the 1st. Thank you.

After driving around being denied at the other loan places and being in financial difficulties I wasn't in a good mood and was expecting to be denied. I talked to Myra who was really positive and informative, I got the $255 in about 15 minutes. Definitely coming back.
