Chase Bank Mccall Blvd, Sun City

Never have any atms available to deposit... Always out of order . Very small branch not sure if they do enough business to keep atms working

The manager a few months ago helped me with some issues with Chase corporate. She was very patient and knowledgeable.

This Chase Bank is unprofessional! As customers walks in the employees walking the floor just stares at them without greetings them. There was ONLY 1 customer in front of me. When there was 2 other employees besides the one other employee and customer . The other 2 employees sitting at their desk talking and laughing. I waited for at least an hour for the Chase rude a** employee Amanda to tell me that they could only give a temporary ATM card. When I spoke to a Customer service agent over the phone yesterday evening. Shortly, after I asked Amanda if she could get the Supervisor. Amanda rolled her eyes and stated, "SHE'S VACATION VERY LOUDLY AND RUDE!" From now on I'll travel to Chase the extra 15 to 20 minutes 27060 Fir Ave Moreno Valley 92555 AT LEAST THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE PROFESSIONAL!! : )

Do not bank here or at any chase, my mom and i tried to send my brother $200 as a loan thru zelle and it stopped it and said pending verification, so i just sent it through my account and i loaned him the money, i was on the way home and got a call from bank to verify it i said my mom wasn't with me just forget it with an attitude yes, and hung up, whoever i talk to from bank called adult protective service and said a family member was misusing her money. Unbelievable, I am now suing chase bank

Actually, this particular branch has made 2 huge errors with me, really bad errors. Privacy issues with my accounts, and their "sorry" doesn't mean squat diddly to Me anymore. I would change to another bank entirely if I wasn't affiliated financially through a family member with them. I'm not impressed with the Sun City branch at all. They need to pay more attention to the specific details of their customers a hell of a lot better than what I've witnessed and experienced!!! -50 pts on my review! Bank of America is looking better right now.YIKES!

Watched a young woman attempt to open her first checking account at this branch. She brought cash in to open the account. The customer service rep told the woman the only way to open a bank account would be for her to go home and do it online. The woman was completely confused and left the bank confused. In a city with a mostly elderly population this seems like a problematic practice. I love Chase banks but will probably steer clear of this branch.

Ali Still is the worst employee there a few weeks ago me and wife wanted to open up an account there the Hispanic ladies were nice and told me it will be maybe 2 days because it’s by appointments only and I was ok thanks then out of nowhere comes Ali very rude and aggressive saying it might be 2 years sorry then I thought she was just joking around but then she again confirmed I left that place feeling bad so I decided to go to the other chase bank that’s off Newport in Menifee as soon as I got there an Hispanic lady greeted me very nice I told her my situation about sun city and Ali’s conversation and she told me that’s not right and that customers come first so she said no worries sir you will be attended immediately. I’m happy to be a chase customer but like in any other businesses you have the good and bad

The staff is good. I just don't understand why they have reduced to two tellers when they always have people in line and a lot of older folks live in this area and they need to talk to a teller.

I really like the staff that work here at the Sun City location. The customer service is outstanding! Both Linda and Amanda rock! They're always super helpful. I'm usually in and out of the branch within 7 minutes. No complaints here.

God bless the two tellers who assisted me today, as they dealt with a seemingly perpetually disgruntled older gentleman. Manifesting his misery on unwitting victims.....& unfortunately, it sounds like he is a regular. 🙊😩 My sympathies, LoL! You ladies were courteous, gracious & provide perfectly adequate customer service, I'm sure. Keep it up.
