Besides the atm being down from time to time. They have been great bank. Direct deposit hits a day early, any schools first atm works for them. Staff is incredibly helpful and applying for a credit card was a breeze without considering how great the interest rate is!

Their ATM (they only have one) hardly ever works. Always down all the time, not to mention the WORST and slowest ATM's in the industry. When you go inside the branch they treat you like a criminal and tellers using a "Fishing Net" (dirty one too, that's not cleaned). The teller's and are listless and seem like they hate their job. There are more problems going on with management and higher up needs to be notified immediately. There are too many complaints on Google for them not to ignore.

Staff and management is very friendly, efficient, and very well organized. I needed to open a new account, but I got tired of banks that only rip you off. CCCU gave me a few nice perks right from the beginning. They have armed security and the guy is awsome, he makes you feel safe and he even open the door for you.😁😎

Worst banking experience ever. I reached out to CCCU for a quote on a used car loan. They offered a great rate at 4.28% but the dealer beat their offer at 3.99%. At this time TD Ameritrade purchased Scottrade and they were closing my Scottrade banking account so I opened a banking account with CCCU. Bad idea ... It took two weeks for them to open the account. This should have been my first red flag. Oddly they had me fill out online forms but I had to email them. It took another month for them to send me a debit card. They didn't send any checks for the account or even offer to provide temporary checks. They set up the account as a loan account and said it would take 60 days to set up external transfer options so I couldn't transfer money into the my accounts from other accounts. The only way to fund the account was via direct deposit or at a branch with cash. I kept having to call the Member Service Center with all these issues. Initially when I called to set the pin on my credit card Visa prompted me to call CCCU. The process to open and fund the account was too painful. Hopefully it's easy to close the account which I'm doing today. There are plenty of banks that are easy to do business with. I would not recommend California Coast Credit Union.

They make you feel like family when you just walk in! They definitely go out of the way to help you! For the young and for the not so young if you've got questions they have answers 💯‼️

California Coast Credit Union has the best accounting tools to use while doing your online account. It allows you to make notations for tracking expenses and working out your budget! Best bank I have ever worked with!

We bank with Schools First, and have a business account with BofA, we figured we’ve had such a good experience with Schools First, we would open a business account at this credit Union since schools first doesn’t offer business accounts. Worst banking experience ever. Customer service is awful. I can hear everyone else’s business because their system for Covid is lacking confidentiality. Never have I left a one star review. This one takes the cake!

Terrible customer service. Have been to this ATM several times and most of the times I’ve come here the ATM isn’t working. It’s been this way for months. The ATM conveniently works when the bank itself is open. Anytime the bank is closed the ATM is “down for maintenance”. Really pointless considering people have jobs and need their money when they come to the bank at early or late times. Don’t come here.

I was doing a loan through them that was supposed to take 14 daysand after three and a half months and repeatedly sending him the same information over and over I finally closed the account and withdrew my loan application. Do yourself a favor find somewhere else!

Sorry to say it's just like all the rest of the Banking Institutions, NOOO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
