    I have purchased and leased numerous vehicles through the years, but Lake Elsinore Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram was the best experience I’ve ever had. They were incredibly professional, Honest, accommodating and attentive. Chris was my sales associate and he made me feel like family, spent the time explaining all the details and just did an incredible job. He’s awesome. The finance manager Armando made sure the paperwork went smoothly and the whole process was under four hours. These guys are worth the drive to either purchase or lease your next vehicle. On the other hand the Managment led by Michael Gherardi , Alex Lueano and Don Palmer are terrible. The most important thing a company can do to be successful is provide honesty , support and customer service. None of these things happened during my limited experience with this company. I had technical issues with my new lease with incredibly poor communication and support. It’s a great place to buy or lease , just use a different service center and don’t expect empathy from management at all. They only care about sales which is so disappointing, when repeat business can do so much for future growth.

    I negotiated on a vehicle via email and phone for over a week and the communication was terrible. The salesperson was not listening and we kept going in circles. He sent me false emails saying he couldn’t get in contact with me when he never called or emailed - was this to look better for his boss? At one point the estimate increased from a deal we had already negotiated. Finally he told me they couldn’t make our offer work and told me I had ā€œwasted his timeā€. I was shocked by this totally unprofessional behavior. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone or give them my business.

    my truck has been in for two weeks now. it's a recall on fuel pump they first said it would be done the same day then they extended it a week now it's week two and they still haven't started on it I'm a marine veteran and im stuck with out work truck they give me a jeep what am going to tow with that they don't care. really disappointed with all this what is the point of a warranty that puts you in the back burner.

    Horrible service department! my truck was in for service over a month ago and they needed to order parts, i had brought the truck in for a software issue and after a week i called and they said they were waiting on exhaust manifolds,what???? and could not tell me what the issue was that the truck was brought into service for. preforming any repairs without the customers authorization is highly illegal.I was told that the software repair was completed and to return later in June to get my exhaust and water pump repaired. The first time i drove the truck i had the same exact software issues,they had done nothing to the truck but clear the check engine light.a month has passed and i called today and they said I declined the parts and they were never ordered,this is a lie. my new truck has been out of service for over 30 days and now they said they may be able to get the parts next month. I tried to speak with the service manager (don palmer) and he insisted on talking over me raising his voice to me as I tried to express my concerns with the way things are being handled in his department and saying I declined the work,This could not be more of a lie.I have documentation from the service department saying the parts were ordered on june first.I have since then tried to voice my opinion to the general manager in person several times but magacily he is never there.I will be reporting the dealer service department to b.a.r and bb. I am a service manager at dealership and and have been exposed to many illegal things at this dealer. The fact that my truck is under manufacturer warranty and has been out of service more than 30 days makes this truck eligible for a lemon law suit in the state of california. I am now awaiting corrections from the staff before taking legal action.i am not looking to be problematic I just want my very expensive truck fixed. After this I will gladly drive out to temecula to dch where they have a great service department.

    After researching in trying to find the right truck I found it here at this dealership. I walked in and was immediately helped by the Chris C. He automatically had a no bs attitude about the sale and I was really glad he helped me out not only did he listen to my concerns but he also ensure that deal went smoothly and I was taken care of even after the sale he ensured the car was cleaned up and ready to go and any questions I had he answered in a timely manner after the deal was done.     I’m amazed in a good way. I went here about a month ago because I saw a car I had been looking for at a reasonable price. Came down on a Sunday and went out for a test drive with a salesman named John. I understand he’s relatively new to the dealership. While driving, I noticed that the tire pressure light was on and I asked John about this. The vehicle was a BMW i3 and John said that this was likely nothing. He had a BMW before and he said BMWs are typically more sensitive to low tire pressure. I took him at his word and the tire also didn’t look to be in too bad of shape either on the outside. I ended up buying the car and everyone was very friendly and professional. I drove home and filled up the tire but found that the tire still had low tire pressure the next day. I went to a tire shop and they said that the tire was damaged and would need to be replaced. The tire was very pricey, nearly $400 for the one tire. I was quite upset by this and went ahead and got it replaced. I had an appointment to come back to the dealership to get a smog done and planned on bringing it up on the visit. Everyone was very friendly and professional and welcoming. They have a decent waiting area with snacks and water and a TV. When they brought back my car, the guy helping me actually brought up my tire before I could. I gave them my receipt and a few weeks have gone by. I called them yesterday and today but didn’t receive an answer. I planned to go up there if I hadn’t heard from them, but I found a check in my mailbox today for the full amount! These people are not only professional and friendly and welcoming but also honest. I really appreciate that and I will definitely be coming back and recommending them to others. Thank you John!

    Took my wife 2019 ram 1500 truck with 38,917 miles on it and took in for a check engine light and running rough. Dropped it off and David Harms tolled they need it for 3 days before they could even look at it. then tolled me that the power train warrenty will not cover it and had to be coved under my extended plan that I paid for with a $100 dedbuacted. In this process i called ram corporate and talked and started a case. Got the truck back today 1/21/22 a day after promised. tonight, got a call from Haley from corporate and was very nice and said it should have been ran under the power train part of the warranty. they are sending the $100 back to me and going to talked to this dealer about how they are running thing. if i was any one i would not take anything to this dealer for repairs or warranty problems because they do not now their system on how to proses claims.

    I took an hour to get hold on someone over the phone, After talking to them for while, no one bothered to say the truck I was asking about was sold! They are like yeah come on over!!! I drove two hours to get to their location and then they are telling me the truck was sold for $50k over sticker! This place is a joke and they are ripping people off!!!

    Had an appointment today at 12 o'clock for an " express "oil change. Ended up waiting an hour plus and my car never moved. Keep in mind I am disabled and had a disabled vehicle with hand controls. I was asked if I leave the car there for the day. Everybody walked around as if they did not care about their job about their job and the customers were not important. I was told 5 different times I was the next car. I had to approach the service person to ask him each.... every 5 times he never followed up with me once. Not sure if leadership changed or what but it sure seems like it. And this is why I did not buy a 2019 challenger widebody or I did not approach Lake Elsinore Dodge to buy new Dodge ram T. Rex... There's no other Dodge dealership very close and it's really sad because nowi have to take my service business elsewhere too to at least get Reasonable service in a timely manner with people and a company that Cares about the Dodge brand and takes pride in their job.

    Tray was awesome! I was not expecting to buy a vehicle but found exactly the truck I wanted on the lot. After looking at all the cool features I decided to give it a shot. My credit is not amazing and finance was able to work with me and bring my interest rate down! They gave me a good price for my trade in.The truck is awesome and I got the deal I wanted.     Worst dealership I have ever had to deal with. I bought a "certified " used dodge truck from them. Brought it home that day, next day had a dead battery. No lights were left on. Also both windshield wiper blades were totally shot. When we tried to set up our U connect which is ram's apple car play, we had to take it back to another dealership to get the software updated to its current form. The new dealership said this should have absolutely been covered under certified classification. All three issues I had were checked off from a mechanic. that they were in working order. Also the dealership snuck in a 5K dollar warranty that I did not agree on. I bought the truck in July this year. It's currently almost November and still no one has returned any of my calls or emails regarding these issues. DO NOT GO HERE!! horrible business Horrible customer service.

    I will never bring another vehicle for service at this dealership ever again if I can help it. I had my minivan there for a coolant issue and ended having it towed to another mechanic. I will give 2 stars since Mark and Enrique were very professional and did try to help, however overall the service department did not do a good job following up and kept my vehicle for almost 2 weeks. In 1 day, Menifee Transmission diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem for almost half what the dealership quoted me. I know people have to make their money but if I can take it somewhere else and get quick and quality service then why not? The dealership is just way too busy.

    Don’t go here for warranty work gave two stars because they are friendly enough but having a third radiator put in our Durango don’t tell us the wrong part came in until the day it is supposed to be done and picked up

    Towed in my dodge journey 8/2021 car was not charging the battery, it was diagnosed was told it was the alternator. Left it for repair and I was told a few days, well it took almost 3 weeks . Also took me calling multiple times to get things moving. My total cost after my deductible, towing and told I needed a new battery was $450.00 out of pocket. Almost a month after this repair, the vehicle starts giving me same issue, so I take it in, but had to argue after being told it would take a week just to get an appointment. I take it in and was told now it is the pcm because the voltage regulator is inside the pcm. My wife asked, why this was not diagnosed the 1st time, answer was," We go with the most obvious first ( alternator)". Really??!! Now they want aprox $983.00 to fix!.. very disappointed. Does not make sense at all the pcm should had been diagnosed the 1st time

    They were very polite and helpful. I went in for a routine oil change with my toddler and infant. After I was checked in I waited 2 hours before checking on my car. During that time I was offered someone's office to nurse in private, which was extremely nice! After asking about the car Mark had personally went to look for it and call the people he needed to to find the filter they needed all the while letting me and my children use his office. Mark had even ordered 2 extra filters to keep there for my next few visits. He had even walked us to the car afterwards and carried our things for us. I ended up waiting all morning due to something that was not their fault but they made my wait alot better.

    On 7/15 we met w/ Felix to purchase a Charger. We had a letter from Financial Partners Credit Union for the loan amount we wanted to finance for the car. After an exhausting amount of time to get the amount we knew we should get for our trade in of a 2020 Toyota C-HR XLE w/ less than 18,000 mile. We thought we had a deal. We were told that the paperwork would go directly to our Credit Union (CU) because our CU was a financial organization that they were partnered with. I confirmed the partnership w / my CU before signing. The following day I checked to see if my CU received the appropriate documentation electronically. They had not. I faxed them my copies that had been provided to me by Carlos Rivera Marroquin on a memory stick (in the shape of a cute key) not hardcopy. On 7/17/2021 my CU still had not received the electronic paperwork. Today (7/23) I received certified letter that I had to sign for titled ā€œnotice of contract cancellationā€signed by Carlos and dated 7/20/2021. The letter claims they could not assign my contract to any one of the financial institutions with whom they regularly do business with. Before stepping foot on the lot we told Felix that we had approved financing. We provided a letter from our CU for the amount we planned to finance before signing any paperwork. Carlos claimed that the certified letter the dealership sent was standard. Really? He claimed they sent the paperwork to my credit union on 7/19. but he personally signed the notice of cancellation on 7/20. What the hell? Why? You send the paperwork to my CU 7/19 and default me the next day? What game is being played. The notice cancels our contract and requires the car be returned. WHY?

    Only reason they got 1 star was because I couldn't give them 0 or a negative review. The guys in the service department aren't very professional... took our vehicle in for a couple things that should be covered under warranty and safety issues... they didn't type any information into their computer to look anything up about the vehicle, my customer info and warranty info on the vehicle they just started telling me that its not covered under warranty and that its going to cost $180 to just look at it... plus parts and labor on top of it. They where rude and very unprofessional about how they handled the situation and were just going to start charging me lots of money without looking at the vehicle and knowing the vehicle warranty info in their computer. Called and left a message for the General manager about the situation waiting for his phone call back... hope they make it right!!! if they do I'll change my review about them and if they don't I leave this review and possibly add more to it depending on how they handle the situation.

    I'm from Illinois and took a leap of faith buying a Challenger from this dealer in CA. The process started really smooth as Jozie was on the ball helping me get details on this particular car and moved very fast helping me secure it. However, after it left her hands, everything fell apart. For one, it is so so hard to get ahold of anyone esp in the finance dept. I was supposed to get my paperwork mailed to me on a Wednesday and it never arrived. After 2 days or so I called Saturday and it turns out it never got sent out! After several phone calls later, it finally got sent out and got it a week later. When the paper work came, I asked the finance manager Rebecca a question about them and she "thought" I only needed to send back the top (white) copy of all the docs back. FFW the next day and I had to call them again to see if my signed and notarized docs came to them. They did then one of the sales guys told me Rebecca was going to call me to give me the green light on sending a truck company out to ship the car to me. I waited and waited and nothing. I finally called them at 830 CST and I got the same sales guy I talked to earlier. He said Rebecca already left for the day. So much for that call back. Supposedly I was to send back a blue copy of the contract but was never told that. They ended up faxing the white copies to the bank to make everything Gucci. I still don't have the car but hopefully this painful process is nearing it's end. Customer service is terrible. Jozie was the only one who was pleasant to work with. Give that girl a raise. Other than that, it was EXTREMELY difficult to get the information I needed. Pretty poor experience overall.

    I was very pessimistic at first. I read all of the 1 star reviews because it is said that only people with bad experiences leave real reviews. I am not one of those people. My salesperson Sandra was very attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. At no time during this transaction did she make My Wife and I feel pressured to buy. She just gave us all of the facts and let us make a decision. Chris her manager, we feel, went above and beyond too by showing us different options on the monthly payment. Some we had no idea about but he explained them in a way that made total sense. Long story longer I would definitely recommend this team/dealer to any relative or friend that is in need of a vehicle. We will be back. This dealership is very fortunate to have Sandra as a salesperson because she really makes people feel like they are talking to a family member about buying a car. Shout out to Damione the Finance Manager. For expediting the most painful part of this transaction, the paper work or lack there of.     I'd give them a zero if that was an option. I have a 2020 Jeep Gladiator that I bought new at this dealership and bought every extended warranty available at the time of purchase to ensure I would have no problems. This dealership is a complete joke after you make a purchase. The General Manager refuses to address any customer concerns and the Service Manager runs you in circles and NEVER follows through on what he claims he will do for you to address issues with the vehicle. I wish I had seen the low reviews before buying a vehicle at Lake Elsinore Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Avoid this dealership at all cost! I wish I had...

    I see a lot of good reviews on the sales part of this dealership. You have to give one star to leave a review otherwise I would have have not left any. Communication is Key and they Have poor communication Speaking only on the Service side. My Daughter towed her car to get it serviced with a Steering fluid light was told they would look at it next day Friday and would receive a call. Friday no courtesy call all day we had to call.Now they say they had no time to even look at it! Have to wait till Tuesday. Called and tried to speak with the General Manager was transferred to a woman, after speaking to her and her being rude and not really caring about the situation then tells me she is not the General manager but he could not not take my call and she is only sales lead. Very poor customer service. I see only the good reviews are answered by the owner. Hopefully I get a response would like to speak with you.

    We *WERE* long time customers of Lake Elsinore Dodge. We have purchased three cars from them over the last 10 years. We have always gone to them for the service as well. Our last "Service" experience was our LAST. We got served for sure. Took the Durango in due to a check engine light. We had an appointment. It didn't seem to matter. We dropped it off on a Friday morning (like 7:00AM). We partially expected to hear SOMETHING back by the end of the day, right? wrong. We didn't hear anything until Tuesday, and that is after numerous phone calls, hang ups, long waits on hold, and voice mails left for the service technician. I won't name names, you'll experience the joy. After at least 8 missed or dropped phone calls, non-returned calls, and a call to the service manager, we finally got some news (8 days later). We were told the light was due to an emissions hose and valve leak (ok I can understand) and that would come out to about $400. I was later told that they checked the batteries on the Dodge and BOTH were dead. We were told they had to jump start the car to get it in the bay. We never had any issue with the batteries. I was bluntly told that the tech did a test and BOTH failed, and I was quoted $575 to replace two batteries. Yeah I don't think so. I called the service manager after not getting called to pick up the car on the 8th day. He was concerned and polite. He sent me a screen shot image of a battery testing report showing failure of a battery. I asked about the auxiliary battery that was supposed to be dead. He said he needed to speak to me over the phone about that. He called and said the tech didn't really test that one but that he suspected it was a core going bad or some nonsense. I told them put them both back in the car and we'd come get it. I picked the car up finally after only paying $390 for a $35 hose and a $70 valve. When I went to start the car it started right up! Amazing for a dead battery that needed jumped 8 days earlier and wasn't on a charger. I went to Auto Zone and bought a new battery $199. Still in doubt and full of concern that we were being played, I had AAA come out and test the supposedly "dead" battery that Dodge wanted $575 for. The AAA tech tested the battery and found it perfectly fine, totally holding a charge and outputting more cold crank amps than necessary. It's a miracle! The bottom line here is I used to respect the service team here but I won't be back. We were being scammed. Was it because my wife came in to drop the car off? She doesn't know.much about cars and may have given off that vibe. It would be horrible to think they were trying to scam people. Maybe its short staffing? Maybe it is the horrible attitude of the lady working the service counter? Even when I went in to get the car the guy helping me was being thrashed on the phone by another upset customer who threatened to have him fired. Use this long review as a hint. I don't like to spread gossip or nonsense but this was so absolutely unacceptable and shady, I'd rather take my car to somewhere I can trust the work and a true attitude of customer service. Learn your lesson Dodge.

    We’re stationed 2.5 hours away and our sales rep knew this. Prior to coming down in person, we talked over the phone and he offered a set price (which is the only reason we made the drive down the hill and wasted gas). Upon arrival, they revoked the deal and tried offering the truck we wanted for over $4k more. When we questioned him, he said the deal and rebate expired (expired in 2 days after confirming?) and we ā€œshould’ve come earlierā€. We’re military, working over a month straight & today was the first day off where we could make this drive and it was a waste. Very disappointed.

    The sales department seems great here (according to reviews), however the service department leaves much to be desired. They assign you to a rep, in which case if that rep isn't available you have to wait until they call you back. To even get anyone on the phone for a service is a long hold (I'm currently on hold now at 13 minutes 35 seconds). Then you have to wait to see if they can locate your rep (another hold for 10 plus minutes). We have had our car in for 10 days under warranty so they gave a rental for 7 days. Several hang ups on previous calls, and messages that don't get returned phone calls. I'm a person who hates leaving negative feedback but am very frustrated now (As an update i'm on hold now for 20 minutes 13 seconds).

    I was so pleased with my recent experience with the service department at this dealership. I have taken vehicles to get serviced at different locations for many years and this was the easiest and most pleasant experience. First, I made my appointment online to get an oil change. I pulled up right on time to be immediately warmly greeted by a gentleman who checked me in. Just a few moments later my Service Rep, Larry Smith, introduced himself and had me on my way within 10 minutes. I had opted to leave my vehicle and come pick it up the next day (Sunday) when the Service Department was closed. Larry made arrangements to leave my keys with the Sales Department. When I returned to pickup my vehicle, I was again pleasantly greeted by a sales representative who tracked down my keys and paperwork within minutes. He even walked me to my vehicle in the 100+ degree heat. My vehicle is running great and the Customer Service at this dealership sets it apart from the rest. Great Job!

    Giving two stars because the salesman was nice. Finance department is shady. Purchased a pre owned GMC last March. Finance sold me a MOPAR agreement specific to their dealership, useless to me as a non Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram owner. Sent an email to cancel it a month and a half ago, finance manager Carlos told me repeatedly by email that it was processed and cancelled (after 15 plus ignored and unanswered emails) Spoke to MOPAR today, this was never cancelled. So the finance manager has been lying... on top of ignoring emails. Drove an hour and a half to this dealership, specifically because they had the vehicle with exact specs I had been looking for for 6 months. Would NOT do business with again.

    The first saleswoman I spoke to gave me false information after keeping me on hold for 10+ minutes. The sales manager (Chris) was extremely rude to me and my girlfriend over the phone. I drove an hour to this dealership ready to buy a Jeep and spend my money on their inventory but unless the general manager (Mike) calls me back with an explanation for his staff’s conduct, I will not be doing any business with this dealership. Orange Coast Jeep and Huntington Beach Jeep are so friendly and great to talk to on the phone. Will be taking my business there. Hope Mike can straighten out his staff. I’ll be letting Jeep corporate know about the experience I had here today.

    If I could give this dealership a negative number I would. Submitted an online application to which I received a text that I was approved. I spoke to the sales man and told him my exact situation. How much I had down, my income, how much of a monthly payment I could afford ($350 per month), my trade in. He said great come on down and you can pick out a car. I got a sitter and went in. When I got there he asked if I had any more income or a cosigner, so really I was not approved and he lied. He then quoted me an $800 a month payment. Then all of a sudden he could do $550. I left because I was so disappointed that I was lied to by this dealership. I was extremely forthcoming about all of my issues and was looking forward to a good experience. I hope whoever gets this review trains their staff to not lie to customers. I am disgusted by these tactics.

    Do not bring your cars here for diagnostic. They are really bad! Our van stays there for 3 weeks and the problem still there. Now we return our van Monday and it's already Thursday we don't here anything from them.

    Started off rough with some miscommunication dealing with two different employees. Was told the car would be ready to see and drive and possibly take home /and or be delivered. When we arrived we were told we can look but cannot drive it and they have no idea when it will be inspected to go home. (We drove 3 hours to get there.)     I was prepared to purchase a $28000 vehicle, the dealership called me over and over saying I was approved, of course I have great credit. Luckily before leaving I check the CARFAX and there is accident reported. I check my back up vehicle for purchase and wow another accident. I come here to read reviews and everyone says they add on $3000 in security upgrades! This dealership has cars that's been in accidents they try to get you to come in and buy! Then they were gonna add $3000 on?! Stay away there is far better options.

Following day called spoke with receptionist verified that Jeep advertised was there transferred to sale personnel gave the vehicle stock number and my personal information again verified vehicle in stock sale man tells me he going to talk to manager and call me right back . 4 days later no call . Sad part a friend of mine recommended This particular dealership which horribly failed on communication first impression I get is they just don’t give a dam . I purchased in the past from other dealerships I won’t mention 2015 - 2018 Jeep , Durango , Ram1500. I’m in the market for a Jeep Wrangler I guess another one bites the dust . I should have read Google ratings prior to wasting my time with this dealership. Good going guy’s šŸ‘.

    Previous to the appointment they said they would reprogram the key fog. When I get there Keith says they can't reprogram the key fog which I know is false. His immediate response was to buy a key fog. I said absolutely not. Then he said he can have the key fog programmed after he said he couldn't when he felt he wasn't going to get my business. The proper thing that should've been done and mentioned was do a diagnostic to figure out exactly is wrong. Instead of throwing out random things which is very unprofessional. I feel he was taking advantage because I'm a female.In a addition because I don't trust their service I'm having to go across town which I will have to take off work a. second time. Not knowing my brother I'm law came here they kept his car 2 months for it just to break down. And they fixed extra things that did not need to be fixed that was not authorized.     Customer service is terrible! I had a scheduled appointment on a Saturday morning and they turned me away saying there techs were too busy, when my issue would’ve taken them 10 minutes to look at since they would’ve needed to order the part and go through warranty. I’ve had previous issues with this dealership in the past including damage to my vehicle that they wouldn’t take responsibility for. I’ve tried calling and again there managers are too busy to call back. The Hemet dealer is also owned by the pedder group so stay away from that dealership as well!

    Got a ram 3500 listed on their site for 159,000. Tried telling me the icon 2.0 lift on is a $22,000 kit. It’s $1200. The best carli lift you can get is $14,000 installed. They didn’t even know what carli was.

    Back in September 2020 I contacted Lake Elsinore Ram because they had 3 Ram 1500 Built to Serve editions listed on their website. I was getting ready to retire after 30 years of service and felt this would be a nice retirement present. On the phone I was told that they were on the lot and I informed them that I wanted to come down the next day to see them and that I lived about 2 hours away from their location. I arrived the next day to discover that all of the vehicles had been sold days or weeks prior, but were still listed on the website. I find this to be rather frustrating and downright screwed up that they would literally waste my time like this. I was approached by another sales person who informed me that they had another Built to Serve edition scheduled to arrive and asked if I would like to know when it arrived. Several weeks later I get a phone call letting me know that the vehicle was on the lot. The next day, 9 October 2020, the sales person that I was talking to then threw a twist into my plans, after my arrival at the dealership, when he informed me that the vehicle was marked up to $70,000.00. This vehicle was showing an MSRP of $55,000 and is based on the Bighorn and at the time on their website this vehicle and similar models were listed around $55,000 with rebates placing the vehicle in the high $40s. I completely understand dealership selling practices, but this seems a bit excessive and shady. After some haggling and me literally getting back in my current vehicle and starting to leave the dealership and I came to an agreement. Now having gotten the vehicle you would think that this was pretty much the end of the story. You see the vehicle was missing the safe and flag decals that are part of the Built to Serve package and we identified it that night. I was told that they would order the parts and I could come down to have them installed once they arrived. I tried to call, text, and e-mail the dealership multiple times up to November 18th in order to get updates, but received no replies or information. I was finally able to get a member of the parts department on the phone November 18th only to be told that the parts were never ordered and that they would order them that day. This was just over a month after I purchased the vehicle and I am dumbfounded as to how this could be allowed to happen. About a week prior to Christmas, I called again and was informed that the decals were in but the safe was currently in Los Angeles and should be at the dealership the next day. I was informed that they would call me upon arrival so that I could schedule to have them installed. I waited until a week after New Year’s without any phone calls before calling back myself to get an update and was informed at that time that the safe was still in Los Angeles. Thinking the holidays and COVID were more than likely to blame I took the information and their promise to call me when the items arrived. On 19 January I called them back and was informed that the safe was still in Los Angeles. I asked the individual in the parts department how the item could have been in Los Angeles for almost a month without making its way to them and after a brief off phone conversation told me that it had just arrived on the shipment that day. I guess miracles do happen….. I was able to make an appointment for the next day, 20 January, and made the 2-hour trip back to the dealership. After arriving home, I did a closer look at the additions and was a bit saddened to find that what I thought was a wet decal was actually air pockets under the decal. Talk about adding insult to injury. I plan to take the vehicle to a different Ram dealership near me and ask if they can help since I have no faith or confidence that Lake Elsinore will be of any assistance. 1 star due to the following: 1) Lack of concern for customer time. 2) Lack of response or contact after purchase is made. 3) Inability to order, track, or update items for customer. 4) Quality Control within the service / parts department lacking.     I’ve never wrote a review before, but here it goes worst customer service ever no help whatsoever with any other options to help, wife Is pregnant and we only have this vehicle and they have only appointments available four days out.. (so no emergency protocol?) so then I take the battery’s out and go test at my local parts store and battery’s are bad, so I go to the dealership for warranty and they say no the vehicle has to be here to ā€œcommunicate ā€œ how can I bring it when it’s dead??? No options no help whatsoever. Literally never buying dodge AGAIN! I never had a problem with any other manufacturers That I’ve owned.

    No regard for customer service. Service Manager is very rude and didn't want to talk to me when I requested him. Cody and other service staff even lied and told me the manager was someone else because they were at fault at draining my battery. They failed to tell me several times over the phone or in person that I may have a bad battery which I didn't since it is 4 months old and never had a problem prior. I finally got the truck home and put it on the battery tender. It is fully charged and keeping a charge. The staff was only thinking of themselves since it was near closing time and would have taken 2 hours to charge it. The service manager tried to sell me a battery as well probably because I was only in there getting warranty work. I know going forward that I will go out of my way to go to a different dealership. They will also forever lose my business in buying future trucks from them. Ontario Dodge or Escondido is superb in the area for service and sales. Highly recommend them!

    We had such a great experience at Lake Elsinore Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram! I have never been to such a nice facility and also treated as nice as we were. I normally am frustrated by the time I leave the dealership, but not this time. I will say that the people we dealt with made it the best. Felix Parker in particular is just the best- I would highly recommend you to ask for him and don't settle for less. He was amazing and we were thrilled to work with someone as professional and helpful as he was. The entire staff was great, the woman we worked with in financing was also extremely helpful and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Ditch your other Dodge dealerships, Lake Elsinore is the only one WE will be going to from here on out!

    I wish I could give less than 1 star. This dealership not only has terrible customer service, but is completely unethical. They put a used car for sale on their website for 49,724. Over the span of 4 days, I called in and spoke with 4 different representatives, none of which were helpful at all, and NONE called me back. On the 5th day I said to heck with it. I called in and offered FULL PRICE CASH, and they said "Sorry we want more money, the car is now 59,724". Why would you price a USED car and then mark it up 10k! On NEW cars its somewhat understandable, but this is BAIT AND SWITCH! This company is DISGUSTING! Enjoy the mark ups now, when everything stablizes, no one will come back.

    Update: They replaced the dash part that was scratched. Their communication is still terrible...but they did fix the issue. It looks great again. We took our truck in to have the brake controller put on for towing. Found our dash scratched and tried calling about it. We kept getting put on hold for 20 to 30 minutes at a time. Finally a young lady called us to ask us to do the survey. We told her about the scratches. She scheduled us to being it in last Friday. One of the mechanics looked at it and showed the service advisor how it is plug and play and he would not think they scratched it...but he also said he could not say the mechanic doing it could have had something in his hand or a watch on it. The service advisor took a picture said he would talk with the manager and get back to us on Monday. It has been a week. They have not called. Customer Service is terrible.

    Had an appointment today at 12 o'clock for an " express "oil change. Ended up waiting an hour plus and my car never moved. Keep in mind I am disabled and had a disabled vehicle with hand controls. I was asked if I leave the car there for the day. Everybody walked around as if they did not care about their job about their job and the customers were not important. I was told 5 different times I was the next car. I had to approach the service person to ask him each.... every 5 times he never followed up with me once. Not sure if leadership changed or what but it sure seems like it. And this is why I did not buy a 2019 challenger widebody or I did not approach Lake Elsinore Dodge to buy new Dodge ram T. Rex... There's no other Dodge dealership very close and it's really sad because nowi have to take my service business elsewhere too to at least get Reasonable service in a timely manner with people and a company that Cares about the Dodge brand and takes pride in their job.

    Just bought a new Ram 1500 on 9/24. Overall it was a very good experience. Chris was my salesperson and he was great. I would ask for him if you go there. I am in sales myself and I don’t want to be sold too. Chris was not like that. Deal was done quick and easy. The only negative was I did wait a long time to sign all my paperwork. Highly recommend this dealership.

    This was the best buying experience I have ever had! No haggling back and forth to get to a great price. Just a great price right off the bat. Everyone was so respectful and easy to work with.     The worst custumer service ever !!! Called to contact menager and guess what Girl name Jasmine answer the phone and when i asked to make an appointment with general menager she kindly want my number down (and they never call back) but when i asked to speak to the owner she simply put me on hold and never get back .. try calling again simply called multi times and didnt answer the phone … that how you talk to your custumers !!! Poor service !!

    I made a service appointment and dropped my 2001 Dakota at Lake Elsinore Dodge for a bracket to be installed, a thermostat and a coolant flush; all told, maybe 2 hours worth of work. They had the truck 7 days and never even checked it in, let alone do any work. The service advisor never called. The general and service managers never responded to multiple requests for help. Here is a timeline of what has happened so far: Tues 7/6/21 – I made a service appointment for Thursday morning. I was told that once it was towed in (I drained all the coolant out of the engine), someone would call me to check it in. Thur 7/8/21 – Per instructions, I towed vehicle in. No one called to check in the truck. Around noon, I called and was first told that they couldn't find my truck. The tow company assured me that it was delivered correctly. The service tech said that someone was going to ā€œwalk the lotā€ to find the truck and call me back. No one called back. 4 hours later, I drove to the dealer and found the car parked 20 FEET TO THE RIGHT of the SERVICE ENTRANCE DOOR!! I pointed out where the truck was to the adviser and was told that now they couldn’t find the keys. I was then told that they’d called me in the morning when they found them. Friday 7/9/21 – No one called. Around noon, I called and was told that they still couldn’t find the key. I offered to drive down with a spare key. I did and walked up to the truck. The key was in the ignition with the windows down and door unlocked. I was told that I would get a call with an update. Saturday 7/10/21 – No one called Monday 7/12/21 – No one called Tuesday 7/13/21 – No one called. I called around 4:00. I was given several excuses, ranging from they couldn’t find the key to them being extremely busy. I was told that I’d get a call tomorrow to check the car in. I emailed the general and service manager. Followed up with phone calls. No one responded. Wednesday 7/14/21 – No one called Thursday 7/15/21 – I went to the dealer and was told by Nick that I probably should tow the truck somewhere else because they were too busy to look at it. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!! (anxiously awaiting the oh, so sincere boilerplate "Oh, so sorry. Please contact ____ to address your concerns.")

    I literally have nothing good to say about my experience at this dealership outside of being happy with the vehicle I purchased. I bought a $75,000 truck from this location and you would think I bought a used junker based on the service I have received. I will absolutely never buy a vehicle from this location again. I have purchased many new Mopar vehicles in the past, this has by far been my worst experience. I advise to take your business elsewhere. You won't regret it.

    I'd give them a negative 1 star if I could. I purchased a new vehicle here and of course, up front they were kind and attentive. However, there was a due bill pending and some minor other issues on the vehicle when we did the walk through. I have been waiting for almost 2 months and am getting the run around. I have called all the managers and my sales person repeatedly, including email, no call backs. No communication. Take your business elsewhere. They aren't good at sales and delivering on items. I have tried to work with them. I'm still hoping they come around and maybe with this review that they are forcing me into, will get someone's attention to deliver on what I have already purchased.     We worked with Drew in sales on Saturday 10/3 and he took his time with us to make sure we were happy and never pushed buying a car on us. He simply asked questions and worked with us to get the vehicle we wanted even during the heat. He never rushed us once even though we looked at different cars and models.     They do not help military personnel or follow the legal rights in regards to purchasing vehicles. I tired to purchase a vehicle with Chris C. but they tried to force me into the optional equipment charges of the security alarm which is dealer installed and I can Respectfully decline. I went in with $18,000 down and my own bank to finance the rest but they just didn’t care to work with people that don’t need their optional up-charge equipment. I also offered to tow the vehicle of the lot while it gets registered in my home of record state as I have done before but I was also told that I could not do and that I had to pay the California state taxes and surcharges which is not a thing. I had a previous dispute with Gosh Hyundai in Hemet but eventually they followed the rules but it seems like this company does not care.

    I never tried the online communication functions for a car dealership. Once I requested a quote on a Gladiator it was prompt and clear. I made an appointment for a test drive on a Gladiator Mojave. I had an over an hour drive, once I got there I was greeted very well. As if they were waiting for me. I was then introduced to Sandra De Oliveira our sales representative. She was simply amazing, very in rapport with how I wanted to go about purchasing my new vehicle, no pressure, just facts with blunt honesty. She displayed all our options with professional suggestions. We made our choices and drove home in my new Mojave. She kept it clear and simple!!     Contacted this dealer to purchase a 2022 Ram 3500 Limited Night edition. Spoke to a manager told me full ask msrp 93525, I agreed to the price asked for them to hold the truck till i could fly in the next morning. Get a call from the sales guy telling me they raised the price 10k and will not honor their advertised financing. Highly reccoemend going elsewhere or asking for a dealer transfer due to the lack of ethics, and illicit activities this dealer partakes in. Complaint filed with Mopar / Ram.

    Let's share, Went in to test drive a dodge 3500 dw. The help was condescending, unknowable on the vehicle and we walked in knowing more than the dealer. Detoured and turned us away from a test drive due to the purchase window being 30-60 days. Refused to disclose invoice pricing. Will not return to this location. They don't deserve 80k in sales and definitely not the commission received from markup.

    I have made several attempts to reach the sales manager; well actually anyone who cares about customer service. If this is your first car buying experience as it was for me and my fiancƩe; beware of Lake Elsinore Jeep My fiancƩe and I purchased a used car which had damage to the front end and back end and were not aware that the repairs should have been done on a due bill. Not their fault but would have been good if the sales associate had mentioned it could have been taken care of. Second we did not receive car Floor mats; or rear sun shade. These are minor request and have made several attempts to get resolved. Before driving off of the lot make sure you are 90 to 100 percent satisfied because I would be very surprised if something were to be wrong that you wold get a call back.4 weeks and we still have not gotten a call back

    UPDATE: My truck only lasted 2 months before transmission went out! Of course dealership doesn't know what vehicles are lemons but here is where my rating drops...Once they figured out I had metal shavings in my transmission it took 45 days to get my truck fixed and back to me. During this time getting a hold of anyone in the service department was a JOKE! Picked up my vehicle and asked to make sure paperwork reflected how many days it was in the shop. The gentleman who was helping me replied it wasn't here that long. To his surprise yes it was in that long! Fast forward after getting a attorney and returning the truck. My husband and I walked into the finance department to fill out paperwork to ger our extended warranty payment back. Gentleman in finance said that we needed to wait until the vehicle showed paid. Fine! We waited. My husband then filed paperwork with finance and waited for our check. Nothing 8 weeks later. Tried calling finance and just like service department it was a JOKE. No answers no return calls. My husband called directly to extended warranty only to find out they NEVER submitted our request. My husband then re-submitted paperwork with them and was told we need to now just wait until they complete paperwork on there end. My husband was notified that check was mailed out. 2 weeks after said check was to be mailed out we have received nothing! Called finance again only to get the run around! Will be phoning our attorney again to deal with this. Such a shame! NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE! TERRIBLE SERVICE AFTER THEY TAKE YOUR $$$ A few weeks ago we decided to purchase a Ram Mega Cab. My husband spoke with Alex Luevano (General Sales Manager) We were very specific in what we wanted in our new vehicle. Alex had John Sanchez (internet sales consultant) contact us. We were never disappointed. What we wanted was very hard to come by. (We visited a few dealerships) Alex and John made it their mission to get us our dream truck. They were both great at communicating and returning calls in the time frame we were given. Once they obtained our vehicle Alex and John made it easy. We got a phone call that the vehicle would be ready for us as soon as we got to dealership. John greeted us outside. We were already approved and paperwork was ready to be signed. We test drove the vehicle and were ready to go forward with our purchase. John then sent us wiDamion (Financing/DMV paperwork) Damion was pleasant and greeted us with a huge smile! Damion explained all paperwork thoroughly and was a pleasure to do business with. We are now happy customers and would not hesitate to refer our friends and family.     I have a 2017 Dodge Ram eco diesel truck that start making a funny noise and the check engine light came on. I took it to lake Elsinore Chrysler Dodge dealership for the repair. My truck still has the 100,000 mile drivetrain factory warranty as well as the mopar vehicle protection plan that I purchased when I bought the truck. When I took it in on Wednesday the 30th of December I was told by Daniel the service advisor before they even looked at the truck the repair probably wouldn't be covered by the warranty. He said they would look at And let me know the next day. The next several days passed without a call from Daniel and the following Monday Jan the 4th I went down there to see what was going on. Daniel showed me a work order for over 500 dollars for the repair without attempting to find out if either warranty would cover the repair. He refused to give me a copy of the work Order or to even let me look at. I called the factory warranty claims and mopar neither had a claim filed for my truck repair. Daniel told me that the repair was for the Pulleys and belt. The work had not been done yet. Daniel told me to either pay or he would Bring my truck to the front and I could get in and leave and never come back. The service manager was there as well and never came Out to find out what was going on. Daniel was aggressive and angry that I refused to pay. Held my keys in his hand for over an hour after repeating I could get out. Then decided that I couldn't have my truck without paying the diagnostics fee of $160.00 dollars. I called Chrysler corporation and mopar And was advised to call the police so I could get my truck waited another two hours for the police to come and Daniel changed his story completely. He then said the pulleys were covered by the warranty but there was $100 deductible but the belt wasn't and that was $215. He told the police that I had threatened him and called him names which were complete lies and I had a witness there that saw the erratic behavior of Daniel. Daniel had a new work order for The cost of the belt and the deductible. He then offered to do the whole job for free because he was proving to the police officer how accommodating he was. He promised to have the truck for me by Wednesday the 6th of January. But was still claiming the belt was not covered. He refused to give me a copy of the work order as well again. It's now Friday the 8th of January, they have had my truck for 10 days now. I've tried to contact the general manager of the dealership and he refuses to take my call or return my calls. I've confirmed that the drivetrain warranty covers both the pulleys and belt with no deductible. They have breached the warranty contract and have harassed me as well as trying to charge me for a warranty repair And refuse to communicate with me over getting my truck fixed under the manufacturer warranty. I am a handicapped female and they thought they could take advantage of me, threaten me as well as lie and refuse to follow protocol with the claims and copies of the work orders. The service department is out to rip off anyone they can especially with sales low during the pandemic. Beware of any and all services or sells of This dealership. They are extremely unethical !! Today January 8th, Daniel from the dealership called me to To finally offer a rental which I should of had from the beginning also to confirm the truck is not done because the parts are not available after 11 days of having my truck. Also the General Manager still refusing to speak with me and the service manager as well. Now they are demanding I remove this yelp review or they will not fix the truck. 11 days of harassment threats and the General Manager and service manager refusing to speak to me or fix my truck now. I was told by Daniel because of this yelp review to come get the truck. Still very unethical and not following Chryslers protocol for warranty work.

    If I can give it 0 stars I would in a heartbeat! Now I know there have probably been many people who have had nothing but the best experience at LCDJR but not myself. I visited their website on 1/07/2021 because I loved this RAM 1500 Limited they had for sale. In order to "unlock" their special price I had to submit my info (email and phone number). When doing so the truck was over 9k off the MSRP which was a hell of a deal. Within minutes I was emailed and texted. Ten minutes later Austin called me from the dealership and asked me a few questions. I only had ONE question. I inquired about their 84 months 0.0 APR promotion. I asked if the RAM truck was one that qualified. He first wasn't sure about that financing option and I told him it was on their website. He checked and told me YES that the truck was one that qualified. I told him I would come up that weekend. Sunday the 10th my wife and I drove 78 miles to Lake Elsinore from Point Loma ready to buy the truck. We went on a test drive and noticed the truck had 400 miles which was 390 more than the pictures. I'm only saying the mileage factor because I feel like I'm not the only person that has been lied to and or fell for their false advertisement. The test drive was great and a young man named Isaac helped us with that, however he passed us on to Hans because he had to leave for a "family event". Hans was not pleased with Austin because there was no 84 month 0.0 APR and my price certificate was not right. He tried to give me another price which I thought was a crock of you know what. He said he never even heard of the 0.0 APR and its on their website!!!! Nonetheless if Austin had just said that the financing was not available truck it would of saved me time because I never would have drove all the way there. Saddest part was I had to ask for an apology when I never did anything wrong! They should have paid for my gas.

    I was shopping around for a few months, trying to find the right truck but couldn’t. I live in Los Angeles and made the 80 mile trek out. It was with it. It’s a big dealership with several options. What I like that I couldn’t find in the city was the dealership upgrades that you can’t find in Los Angeles. The Willy model I ended up purchasing had a front bumper upgrade with a winch already installed and some flood lights, upgraded suspension and tires. All modifications I was going to buy after the fact but this made it easier. Was able to have everything right off the lot. Carlos in the finance department along with his sales associates made the experience all the better. Thanks for everything !

    Saw a 2019 Honda Crv advertised for $24594. Reached out for a total price before driving up from San Diego. Was first told that they can't provide an "out the door price" without me driving up there to sit at their desk. This is 2021, right? I told them I wouldn't make the drive unless we had a deal. So they gave me a total price... Over $31k. So almost $6500 more than the price they advertised. When I asked how we went from $24k to 31k, I was told they have to advertise low prices to get people to come in but they have $4k of dealer "add ons" on EVERY vehicle to make up their profit margin. Things like the fabric scothguard, lojack equivalent, nitrogen in the tires, etc. Things they wouldn't sell the vehicle without. Quite sad way to do business.

    We wasted a bunch of time at this dealership. Sales department changed their minds numerous times regarding the sale of one of their vehicles. Unprofessional, untrustworthy. Would NOT make a purchase here unless you want to waste hours of your life away.

    We wanted to share that our experience at this dealership was absolutely amazing! We came onto the lot knowing really what we already wanted so we didn't need a lot of convincing or selling about the merits of the vehicle we were after, Issac though, met us out there and went above and beyond repeatedly to make sure he searched high and low to find exactly the features we were looking for, he gave us his personal cell phone number and kept in communication with us all throughout the week, in spite of being swamped with ALL of his other customers! Issac knows his stuff, he's extremelyyyyyy knowledgeable about his product and warm and real and welcoming! The icing on the cake was dealing with REBECCA in the financing/loan document signing part of our process, which is usually everyone's least favorite part lol! You wanna talk about perfect? She was confident and sweet, super funny (dry humor, which I love!) and soooo smart and FAST, she had us in and out, and honestly it was one of the most enjoyable experiences ever signing car loan paperwork, I wanted to stay and hang out with her! We left Lake Elsinore CDJR feeling on top the world, like we just made one of the best decisions of our lives!     I went in with little hope but had a good idea of what I went for. Left with a great car and I’m 100% happy with everyone. Issac was super patient and the opposite of pushy. Just a good dude. Then into finance all the same. Great staff. In 20 years of buying and financing this was the smoothest process I’ve had.

    Our Salesman (Daniel) providing me a hassle free car purchase experience. He was very honest and didn't play any games. He went out of his way to ensure we got the best possible deal. Even over the phone (prior to going to the dealership) he was professional and honest. I went to 3 dodge other dodge dealerships (Ontario, Norco, and Hemet) prior to purchasing at Lake Elsinore Dodge. Daniel acted more of a sales agent than a salesman if that makes any sense. I felt like he was a personal friend trying to find me a truck I wanted. Other salesman tried pushing products I didn't want, pushing us to fill out credit applications, and pushing us to purchase what they had available on their lot opposed to locating and picking up what I wanted. Although my experience with Daniel was outstanding, unfortunately my experience with the finance agent was the opposite. She was very rude. Very belittling. She appeared to be irritated when I wouldn't purchase products/services she was offering. She would make little remarks that were rude. I would have walked out of the dealership without the truck if it wasn't for how well Daniel treated us. Had this review been based on the sales person alone it would have been 5 stars. The finance agent would have gotten 1 out 5 stars.

    I was sold promises of being taken care of and treated like family when I purchased my vehicle. Since purchasing the vehicle and going back several times for service, I’ve learned I was sold lies. Most recently I made an appointment for service. After having the car for 3 days I called to see the status on my car. I was told they were going to check on my car and call me back. But they never did. I called back on the fourth day and spoke with ā€œTonyā€ who was rude and unprofessional. I was told that it would be several more days before they could look at the car. ā€œTonyā€ said they have several cars that have been there for more than a week that they haven’t even looked at and made it sound like it’s normal. If you don’t mind being ignored, lied to and can be without your car for weeks, then this is a dealer for you. Good luck

    Worst dealership ever! I went online and saw a new 2019 old inventory Ram chassis with an advertised sale price of $26,735. I went down to the dealership to look at it which was about 60 miles from my office just to be told they have a lot of add-ons like a $2000 paint protecting sealant for a brand new truck which it did not have on the vehicle. Also, they wanted an extra $895 for nitrogen filled tires that you can do at Pep Boys for less than $20 which it also did not have. Furthermore, they also added on $1105 of other junk such as low jack and scotch guard on the seats which I pointed out that none of that was on the vehicle. The salesman said sorry that is just a price they add to all of their vehicles. What a scam! They should be sued by someone or maybe I will just do it myself because nowhere did it say with that price that it had any of these ridiculous add-ons. That is what we call, in my line of work, unfair trade practices. It looks like I need a start my own investigation due to the fraudulent business practices this dealership engages in. After reading other of these reviews it appears this has happens often to other customers.

    Really good experience with this dealership. Everyone was really nice and my sales consultant John Sanchez was the best, honest, helpful and cares about his customers. Found my used Silverado there and through John's help I was able to get it at the price I needed. Going back at the end of the year to buy my wife her Jeep.

    Sandra at Lake Elsinore, CA is not fit to be a car saleswoman. During the negotiation process, she proceeded to angrily tell us, ā€œAre you guys going to make a purchase, or not? Because we are VERY busy and could be helping other customers!ā€ It was beyond unprofessional for that to be the attitude customers face when negotiating a big purchase. Needless to say, this was one of the MANY reasons we did not proceed with the purchase. The manager, while he was polite, turned down our offer, then proceeded to retract his statement and offer us the deal we were looking for, once we were at another dealership signing for the same vehicle we had discussed earlier. Sandra is not fit to be a representative of ANY company and needs to undergo customer service training before they decide to have her interact with customers.
