I Love coming here it’s close to home and everyone is so nice . I hate it that there closing this branch

I have to echo the comments of another reviewer---I made it abundantly clear that I was there regarding a CD that had just matured and wanted to add money to bring its value to an even amount and renew for either 12 (or 13 mos. if better interest). Simple transaction...I thought. I was there for at least 30 minutes. I won't count the 20 minutes+ I waited for apparently the only person who could help me to return from their lunch. Assumed I had arrived well after that. Admit I did not have an appointment. The lady who "tried" to help me was, in my opinion, really pushing/hard selling that I talk to yet another person about investments; then she herself kept up talking about money markets. I kept saying I was there for the CD renewal only. Ultimately, for reasons I still do not understand, she had to get the help of the Assistant Bank Manager and admitted to me that she doesn't do much with CDs...handles more Money Market Accounts. I feel the need to call back today when they open because online, although my CD appears to have renewed at the percentage discussed and for the time period discussed, it does NOT reflect the check deposited to bring it up to even amount. This "may" just take longer, but I was there two business days ago. Next time, I will definitely go back to the Beall Avenue PNC branch where this type of thing is accomplished easily/routinely. Only went to Milltown branch this one time because of convenience while shopping in Buehler's grocery store.

I came here to open my savings account. The process was kind of daunting. I had already looked online and I knew I wanted the standard savings account, which is what I told the banker from the start, but they still put me through a whole barrage of questions. After the questions they tried to suggest Virtual Wallet even though I had already stated I wanted a standard savings acct. They also told me I would get a debit card for this account in the mail. I waited about 2 weeks and it never came so I called customer service. They told me there was no record of the card even being ordered. I think I will stick with other branches.

I HAVE TO RANT ABOUT SOMETHING I THINK IS THE DUMBEST THING I EVER HEARD . MY DAUGHTER WHO IS AT SCHOOL (BOWLING GREEN) SHE GOT A SETTLEMENT CHECK FROM A LOCAL LAWYER. MADE OUT TO HER , WITH MY ADDRESS ON IT , SHE SIGNED THE BACK , I WENT TO PNC , WHERE I HAVE BEEN BANKING FOR 9 YEARS , THREW THE DRIVE THREW TO DEPOSIT IN MY ACCOUNT, THE LADY ASKED IF MY DAUGHTER WAS WITH ME , I SAID NO , SHES AWAY AT SCHOOL, SHE SAID IM SORRY I CAN NOT DEPOSIT THIS CHECK ,I SAID I DON'T WANT CASH BACK , SHE SAID SORRY , I DROVE AROUND AND WENT IN . I SAW THE ASSISTANT MGR WHO KNOWS ME BECAUSE IM IN THERE EVERY WEEK ,AND MIND YOU THE CHECK FROM THE LAWYER ALSO BANKS AT PNC , SHE SAID SHE DID NOT THINK SHE COULD HELP BUT SHE WOULD ASK HER MGR , SHE AND HE CAME BACK AND SAID SORRY, THOSE ARE THE RULES, I SAID I HAVE 4 TIMES THE AMOUNT IN MY ACCOUNT , IM NOT TRYING TO CASH IT , THEY SAID NOTHING THEY CAN DO, I THEN SAID I WANT TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT , THEY SAID THEY DID NOT HAVE THAT KIND OF MONEY ON HAND THAT THEY COULD ORDER CASH FOR ME, AND LET ME TELL YOU ITS NOT A LOT OF MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT, I THINK I HAVE OVERSTAYED MY WELCOME IN THIS BANK . Please nobody take offense to this it would be different, if I was a young punk kid, I'm 46 years old. I've been at the same job for over 25 years. I've been in my house for 21 years. I have a zero debt to income ratio . I have over an 840 credit score. The check was made out to my daughter with my address on it. It's not like I was trying to cash a check from China it was from a local attorney that banks at PNC all I wanted to do was deposit in my account. How about they say OK Mr. Carrino we're gonna let you deposit the money but you can't withdraw it until the check clears ?? And I've been banking at the same bank for nine years. and i have more then the amount in my account bad customer service !!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Most of the time the staff are very friendly and helpful.
