Really disappointed this specific location. Customer service needs to retire or adjust their attitude. To treat paying customers the way they do is disrespectful I'll make sure every person I know, knows not to trust this bank with their hardworking money.

Very friendly staff. Excellent banking products offered. Deposit until midnight other banks should wake up. Huntington has new fresh ideas. There can be a wait here but any good bank has that.

Sitting in the drive thru at 2:20 at Northend. Swamp. One girl running the whole thing while one sis there "working" on her screen. NOT HELPING. So far my wait has been 12 minutes. Unexcepteble. Learn customer service.

This bank ALWAYS messes everything up! They accidentally deposited $18,000 into my account one time and another time they took $200 out of my account on accident. Yesterday their ATM took $25 of my money that I was trying to deposit and then cancelled the transaction on me. IM DONE WITH THIS BANK!

Best customer service! They know everyone's names. They truly helped when our accounts were hacked and went above and beyond for us!!

I set up an account online then went in to deposit money then Huntington close my account after I put money in. I had the account for less then a week. Don’t bank with Huntington the apps is always down

Let me begin by saying that overall I've loved Huntington customer support and Huntington's policies while being with them and it saddens me that I'm going to have to close my accounts with them over this one branch that has consistently made my experience with Huntington a living hell. This branch is AWFUL! First time dealing with them I went to open my 2nd Huntington account which was a joint account. Went in and asked to open the account and was told I need to make an appointment. With every account I've ever opened anywhere they've never told me that I needed an appointment for them to take my money. It may be a wait but they've never told me that a scheduled time was required ESPECIALLY WHEN THE BANK WAS DEAD AND I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER IN THE BUILDING. Normally I've been a returning customer of a few of the Canton branches (which is where I ended up opening the joint account) and as I said previously all have been a tremendous help when need arose but this branch has been terrible. It all started out when I tried making an ATM deposit into a FirstMerit account which Huntington recently acquired. During the deposit the ATM crashed with my money in the deposit counter and card in the machine which I took pictures of as proof of the incident giving them and me an exact date and time of the incident. The following morning I returned to the branch to explain what happened which none of the staff clearly understood and even after returning my card to me blamed FirstMerit and sent me on a wild goose chase of filing a claim with FirstMerit which was of course denied due to the fact that no transaction was ever made and it was the ATM at the Huntington branch that malfunctioned there by making them at fault. The best part of it all is that after being contacted about the error by FirstMerit and then the bank who aquired them First Commonwealth, Huntington denies any of this ever took place. They're fine when I'm the one to call them but once the other banks have contacted them Huntington tells them that the ATM failure never happened and that the ATM was at balance yet somehow they have a log where I had to sign for my ATM card, security footage of both the ATM transaction, and the follow up the next day. Now on top of all of this they have been unwilling to actually investigate the disappearance of my money which should have been found in the ATM by the employee who serivced the ATM when they found my card. Funny how my card was there but my deposite went missing and no one at Huntington is willing to help me look into it which is why my business with this bank will soon be concluded. A police report has been filed and will lead to nowhere which I would expect nothing more at this point. The debts owed in part of this little charade have been paid out of pocket which at this point isnt even the point because being called a liar when clearly this branch has a liar and a theif in its midst makes me angrier than the loss of the money all the while the branch feels the need to act petty about the situation and do nothing to offer resolution by at least offering to investigate my claims simply by reviewing the security footage.

Hey called me to let me know that here open by appointment, so I made an appointment. When I got there the door was locked and no one came to let me in. Waited a few minutes and left to go back to work. Pretty bad to call me and make an appointment then don't be there. I guess I'll open an account somewhere else.

A difficult company to deal with I was forced into the bank after First Merit closed policies change all the time and no consistency between employees severely inconvenient overpriced do not ever bank with them
