This pawn shop really isn't just a pawn shop, they sell brand new jewelry as well. The guys that own this place are willing to work with you to help with loans or buying the right thing for you as a man, such as a firearm, or the ladies, such as jewelry, or a firearm as well. With layaway as an option they make it easy to get what you need and at a fair price compared to a lot of places in the surrounding area. Well worth dropping in and taking a look. You won't be disappointed.

My boyfriend got me a ring for my birthday and to replace one that I had lost. There was a mixup and upon letting them know, they went above and beyond to correct the mistake. I’ve dealt with a good amount of unscrupulous pawn shops, so this was extremely refreshing. The owners, Jeff and JT, as well as the diamontologist/gemologist Sue, are extremely nice and very customer service oriented. I absolutely recommend coming here for a purchase. They also have a very nice selection with a wide price range for jewelry (probably other things as well but I only looked at the jewelry). TLDR: Upstanding shop that I highly recommend!

I came in the other day and was helped by Sue. The store was very busy but clean and everything was displayed well, I loved the setup of all the cool stuff they have. She maintained professional timely customer service and made sure I left with a smile on my face. She was a pleasure to talk to, definitely gonna come back and work with her in the future!

My wife and I have been dealing with Sydmor's for almost 30 years and we have always come away satisfied and happy. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous and above all, patient. I love this place!! I wouldn't trust anyone else with things. They have always gone above and beyond to help me out and are always willing to work with me when I'm running late or low with funds. Best place. Great People. The new owners are easy to deal with. We Purchased diamond earrings for my wife and a revolver for myself. Would recommend anyone to look here first for all jewelry and firearm needs!

Great prices on wedding rings both men and women. They can send out orders if there's a ring you want made. They help while my fiance and I were there was 1st class she immediately greeted us and walked us through what they had let my fiance try on as many rings she wanted, was very patient with us. Told us about there layaway and policy which is 90 days. They also have weapons and ammo tools games and more.

I came here years ago when I needed a small loan and was treated very professionally and kind. All the staff were very nice and welcoming. Because of the hard times everyone is facing now I lost my job and consequently my health insurance. I needed another small loan to get a very important medication and visited them again today. They once again gave me what I needed to pull thru until I get my check later this week. Thanks so much to everyone at Sydmore's. Your help is very very much appreciated!!

Went there to sell my 4k apple tv. Very reasonable price and overall pleasant experience. Friendly and helpful staff. Now when it came to trying to buy a fishing rod they were not so reasonable. They did try to work with me, but these guys are not fisherman and i think they may have overpaid for the item and are unable to get down to the price that i was requesting. I will be back in the future to attempt to purchase that fishing rod and if i have anything else to sell. Great place i highly recommend a visit

"Response from the owner 4 months ago I'm sorry that you didn't like our offer, but obviously you determined that our offer was fair since you ended up selling it to us". This kind of response to a customer is exactly why I wouldn't do business here. And before you throw me in the same basket as this customer you disrespected, I ran a sales program for Toyota that made Toyota magazine several times. And yes many customers don't understand how some businesses work, but I never talked to a customer like that. Whether you realize it or not every dissatisfied customer, every distressed customer is a chance for you to hit a homerun. You struck out.

Easy to locate just off Lake Ana in Barberton. Friendly sales associates who greet you as soon as you walk in. Very knowledgeable in the jewelry industry. They have been around and will continue to be for years to come, hopefully. Their prices are great!! If they don't have it, they will know someone who does and will help you get it. I have been using them for all my jewelry needs for over 20 years.
