    After seeing a car on line at the dealership, I took a ride to see it. It's about an hour away, but worth the drive. I met salesman James Brady when I got there. Very friendly and easy to talk to. It was my birthday and everyone there was wishing me a Happy one. We talked over a deal, and needless to say I bought it. Chad in finance was very helpful and friendly also. I was treated very well by all the staff and could tell they all work together well to give you a good customer experience. I wish I lived closer to the dealership for my service, but as I said I'm an hour away. Thanks James and Chad for a Great buying experience and a Happy Birthday!

    I purchased a car from on Saturday 5/30 this was a great experience. Tyler was salesman and he was awesome. He worked with me and also educated me and the experience was awesome.     Just had the BEST EVER car buying experience at COW! I was fortunate enough to have Tyler H. as my sales rep for the purchase of my Lexus. He went above and beyond.     If you are not local, do not call this dealership, do not waste your time driving to this dealership, and most certainly do not believe a word that they say. I had the same experience as so many other reviewers here have had. I found the Camaro I had been looking for online and it was listed as in transit. I called the dealership and was told that a couple people had called about it, but that if I showed up in person and started the paperwork, it would be mine. So I packed up the kids and drove an hour and a half down there. I went through all the paperwork they could do without the car there. I even agreed to pay MSRP and take way less than I should have on my trade in. When I tried to pay a deposit to secure the car, they wouldn’t do it, but told me they were a “laid back” dealership, and that they would call me when it came in. So I waited for two weeks, excited about getting the car I’ve been wanting. That’s when I got a call from the manager, giving me the “bad news” that they had sold the car to an employee. Not even to another customer. To an employee. Zero honesty and zero integrity at this place. I never write reviews, but if I can save even one person from being conned by these people, it will be worth it. Whatever you do, find another dealership.

    I took a 5 hour trip one way to look at truck that I was interested in and Trent from sales was able to let me trade in my current truck same day with no hassle at all!     Cashier was very helpful. Service advisor made no contact with me in the week my car was there unless I called in. Repairs were not really explained. Was given wrong total. Car was not repaired correctly when I picked up. No multipoint inspection done or I did not receive a copy. Have extended warranty with 100.00 deductible but repairs cost me 484.73 out of pocket for 2 covered repairs and an 39.95 coupon oil change.

    I worked with Brian Turner to get my 2022 Traverse RS AWD! I saw on their site they had one in transit and call them up right away. He told me it was available and worked the numbers and took my deposit over the phone to hold it for me. The traverse came in last Friday and I picked it up on Saturday!!!! I would 100% recommend working with them!!! Also they don't believe in marking vehicles up over MSRP like some dealers are doing these days!!!! Thanks again to Chevy of Wooster

    Checked availability of a car, I drove 11/2 hours to the dealership, I was looking the car over with the keys, a woman came up while I was looking at the vehicle and they sold it to her right then, if I was in the process of checking the car out, I should have been able to buy it, I was in possession of the car at that time. (Very very unhappy)

    Brian was excellent to work with. He had the truck waiting for me to test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the 1500 and he was able to level with me about the payment. He worked with Brett to get me the price I needed for my trade-in, and we agreed on a price. Brett was a great person to work with and he was upfront and truthful about what he could do for me. Noah was also excellent to work with in the finance department. He did not try to oversell any extra insurance. He explained them to me and did not push them on me. All three guys were personable and made the buying experience very easy. It was worth the hour and a half drive. I will be ordering a bed liner and tonneau cover through them in the near future.     I have many health problems and with covaid surrounding the area again, when my check engine light came on i was worried about my health and my car. When i called Jessica Stoler service Adviser, she understood my worries. she made me an appointment for the next day . She Picked up my car and dropped off a very clean loaner car that same day. the very next day she called me talked to me about my car problems , and at the end of the day she returned my car at my house and picked up the loaner car. she could of saved my life by giving me great service, and going out of her way and picking up my car and returning it to me repaired. jessica stoler is a top of the line Service Advisor , that i have trusted my car and my life with for several years. I will only go to this shop, as long as Jessica Stoler works in the service department. Her Honesty is top notch.

    Everyone was very helpful! I got a notification from OnStar that I had a flat tire late at night, I came out and looked at the tire that was completely flat and I had to put the spare tire on. I called the dealership first thing in the morning and they told me I could drop off the car right away. They were waiting for me with a rental car ready to go so I didn't have to stay for too long there and I still made it to work on time. Even though I did not have an appointment, they were able to change all tires and change my oil by the next day. Great service!

    I've purchased numerous cars from numerous dealerships over the years. This was my first time doing an out of state purchase (I live in southern california). Brian Turner was my sales rep. This was the easiest and most simple car purchase I have ever made! Brian was extremely helpful and always friendly, even when I had multiple questions and would call multiple times a day.     The pictures of the cars on line DO NOT reflect the actual appearance at the car. The show 28 pictures of a CC and make it look great. They do not show the materials that can be seen on 4 sides hanging down below the car. They do not show how sun damaged the Sideview mirrors. They do not show all the structure damage where someone had jacked this car up so many times in the wrong place. They didn't show he damage on every rim. The sales men just lie.

    Wow Jason, we were surprised to see this review. We aren't sure what you are trying to accomplish but there is nothing "hanging down" from the VW CC and yes, there is a dent in the rocker and yes its probably from a poor jacking attempt but that hardly creates "structural" damage. When you were here your salesperson offered to show you a 2019 VW model but you had no interest in anything but the CC. We wish you had mentioned these concerns while you were here instead of literally disappearing and leaving this review. We wish you luck in your search for a new vehicle but please remember communication will make your purchase experience much better.

    Dishonest salesmen Rick and Tyler. I spoke with the salesman Rick over the phone and told him I had 16k for a vehicle that was on their website and not to waste my time or his if I came out to buy it. Rick said I would not be wasting my time. I arrived and Rick was not there, so I spoke with Tyler. I told him what Rick and I had agreed upon and he wrote down 16k on a piece of paper. Tyler pulled up the Carfax and the vehicle on his computer as well as the notes that Rick had put into the computer. Tyler even did a soft pull on my credit. We test drove the vehicle and pointed out a couple things wrong to Tyler that he said they would fix. Tyler said he would like to see me sign papers for the car before I left, and I agreed to that as well as leave a deposit on the vehicle. After that Tyler said he had forgotten to do one more thing and went to the see the sales manager. He returned and said we cannot sell the vehicle to you for 16k. So after driving there, test driving, talking with 2 salesmen, two verbal agreements with the salesmen, no sale.

    I’m through taking my vehicle here. Thought they might be able to pop our rear heat shield back on under warranty. Alas, that’s run out sooner than we were previously told. After a $30 fee for them to tell me they can’t do anything and an estimate for a $130+ fix after they ordered parts, I took it to a local guy with a lift. He zip-screwed the existing shield back on securely and had the car back on the ground in 5 minutes flat. He didn’t even want to charge me. I tipped him $20.

    I have been bringing my truck to Chevy of Wooster for over a year to James Hurley and Jessica. I have been treated with the utmost respect and professionalism until today. The price of the oil change and tire rotation went from 55. to 80. When asked James why he didn't bring it to my attention about the price increase, he said I am the only one that has complained about and then hung up on me. I think $80. is disgusting to pay for an oil change and will no longer be bringing my truck to Chevy of Wooster especially since I am the only one that has a problem with paying $80 for an oil change and tire rotation along with being hung up on by James Hurley.

    If you’re coming from out of state do not buy here. After asking several times if the vehicle had any dings or damage we were given a “not anything noticeable!” We know it’s a used vehicle, we just wanted to be aware of everything before driving 4.5 hours (with three kids under 4) we arrive and right off of the bat drivers side seat back has scratches in the leather all over it (which were conveniently left out of all photos that we requested before coming). Also that particular vehicle was no longer listed online and we had not had the chance to view the carfax. Severe damage reported, that we had no idea about until arriving so another negative. Turns out they had the same vehicle just newer also in the lot so we decided to go that route.. UNTIL financing. We had been prequalified with a lender with the terms we wanted but would take three days to be funded. We were assured however that they had 30+ banks they work with and with the credit score that financing with them would be “no problem”. Not the case, high payment, higher rate than we wanted, and lower term lengths. All in all not a great experience and left without the vehicle.

    STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!! I wish I would have seen these reviews before I bought a plane ticket and flew to this extremely dishonest dealership. After a few days of discussion with a salesman over the phone I agreed to the price of a truck as advertised and I made my travel arrangements. After arriving at the airport and taking a 1 hour ride to get there I was told that the price increased to $3,000 more than what was agreed to. I made the decision to cut my losses and fly home empty handed. I figured if this is what they do, God only knows how honest they are on the condition of the vehicles. I can only hope that this review will spare someone from the overwhelming feelings of dishonesty, disgust, anger, frustration, and resentment. The old "bait and switch" is alive and well here and it was extremely dishonest. I can't believe they are still in business. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AND BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

    Bought a car, but bad customer service. UPDATE (post response): I’ll elaborate a little. I lived 4 hours away and found a vehicle for a great price. The process of finding out about the vehicle and it’s specs virtually was tough, but the gentleman helping me was responsive and informative. I was in a lease on another vehicle that I was assured they could buy me out of. I made the 4 hour drive (8 hours total) one day to find out that they could no longer buy me out of my lease. They still offered a great deal, so the sale was made. They weren’t able to offer me anything to get both vehicles home, so I had to leave my leased vehicle at their location and return a few days later with my wife to pick it back up. Now, 16 hours worth of driving later, I still had to return my leased car and pay the amount I still owed. A week later, the battery on my new vehicle died. Not wanting to make another 8 hour trip, I paid for that. 2 months later the lift gate on the trunk stopped working. Again, I paid for that. I love my vehicle, but really wish things were handled differently. I understand that I put myself in this situation, but I felt that they knew they “had the sale” once I made the drive, and took advantage. Lesson learned.

    On December 21, 2020 I bought a used 2019 Ford F-250 from Chevrolet of Wooster. I had a very good experience, my salesman James Brady, was not over bearing or pushy , and in fact he was very helpful and obviously knew what he was selling as he answered all my questions. The management even lowered the cost of the vehicle without the stress of haggling when I inquired what their best price was. I would add that I had done my homework prior to buying this vehicle and had looked at several 2019 trucks, so I knew what this year truck was worth, and the vehicle was already priced appropriately and actually lower than similar vehicles that I had seen. I would recommend this dealership to my friends.

    My husband and I came to this dealership in search of upgrading from our 2019 Grand Cherokee Limited X to a used Chevy Tahoe. Little did we know, the dealership goes off fair market value and pretty much explained to that they will only offer what your vechicle is worth based off an auction that the general public CAN’T even go to. So they expect us to buy a car for retail price but yet want to give auction based pricing for your trade. Our trade retails for $39,000 to $40,000 as it sits currently but the dealer told us that that our trade was only worth $22,000 and they could buy our vehicle any day of the week for $22,000. The sales manager was very arrogant and impersonal. We came here understanding, flexible and willing to put a decent down payment along with understanding regarding some negative equity but not over $13,000 worth. Definitely lost a sale and any future business. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

    Couldn't be happier with the experience and customer service we received at Chevy of Wooster. I messaged about a truck they had just received in. No pictures yet just a description. Rick messaged me the entire time keeping me up to date on when it would be ready to sell. Provided me with all the pictures I was looking for and then quickly scheduled an appt. He was a fun and no nonsense salesman. Then Noah in the finance dept. was very quick and thorough with the financing part.
