PNC Bank Southlake Pkwy, Morrow

If I can give 0 stars I would. Came in nobody was there to greet anyone not even security. Stood in line for 30 min before I was told I had to get in another line to be helped. Worst service and in a Predominantly black area. I’m disgusted with the way they treat their customers. I would choose another bank or just go to the atm because the people who work inside this bank are rude and unprofessional.

ATMS are down EVERY SINGLE FRIDAY. Inconvenient considering many people get paid on Friday’s. Drive up lines are exceedingly slow. 10+ minutes per customer with a line of cars back out of the parking lot. What could possibly take that long when there are no customers inside the branch? Customer service is lacking. In short, very ghetto. Do not recommend.

ABSOLUTELY the worst banking experience I've ever had! My son and I have been here 1 hour wanting to open an account for him and we're just languishing away in the little teal colored seats in the lobby. Seems like all they have any time for is cashing checks and the line is out the door at that! They've remodeled and got rid of the teller counter and I swear this place is the pits! STAY AWAY FROM MORROW PNC!!! You've been warned!

STAY AWAY FROM PNC BANK!!!! Unless you like accounts being opened without your knowledge! First it was a credit card I did not apply for in September 2017. I closed my account in March 2019 because of fraudulent activities. And now I receive mail from them about a money market account I don’t have! I called to close the account and see when it was opened the first women told me to step in the branch but I live in Florida now. Asked to transfer me to the claims or fraud department and the call disconnected. Called back and spoke to Robert, he provided me with the branch information in Georgia, no one helped me! I still have a account open! PNC SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS!

I’m here standing in line as we speak it’s a Saturday morning. First thing in the morning at that! I have been standing here in line for 15 mins and the line barely moves. Seem like instead of withdrawing money or deposits there given out loans at the counter. Never go to this bank it’s a fair warning. Ijs i u don’t like ur job or take pride in your job get another one. Now the line is going towards the door smh. Get better help or u will lose business

I have a problem with PNC every other week. Random fees come out of my account and the customer service is terrible. From NJ to GA, never had a good experience.

Sequoia Johnson was very patient, kind and helpful with helping me close my deceased mothers account. Stayed on the phone for over an hour trying to resolve everything.

The teller Doris is very unfriendly, Unprofessional, & confrontational. She also fail to greet customers.She make assumptions about customer before researching the facts about there accounts. I have witnessed this on more than one occasion with serval customer while at this location.

Can’t keep up with purchases you make. My app told me I had money when in reality I didn’t. Woke up to an overdrawn account and all they could say was “the merchant processed the payment incorrectly”. Truth is their system is cheap. I have an account with Chase that I use at the same stores and I’ve never had a problem. Just got the PNC acct so I would have another one to use in case of emergencies but I’m going back to BOA.

I like to go to this location they have amazing customer service. Alway they are doing incredible job.l, smile, friendly, and fast
