He answered my phone calls, responded to my emails, and when the process came to actually get my loan it took less than 60 days. My experience with Platinum Home Mortgage, and specifically with Bruce, was great! Early on in meeting with Bruce he went over different options and listened to what I had in mind. From there he found several plans that worked, advises me on the pros and cons of each and let my wife and I pick which one we were comfortable with. Bruce and Platinum were 1 of 3 mortgage lending companies our purchasing realtor, Dara Dickinson from Gambino Realtors referred us to. After interviewing the 3 contacts from the mortgage companies, we chose Bruce and Platinum to manage our mortgage application. The process with Bruce and his loan administrator Julie, has been very, very good, basically flawless. They were very receptive and responsive to our needs and were patient when requested as we gathered information for them. Our loan approval happened very quickly which we are very thankful for. I am still in awe at the difference; after the switch it was a very hassle-free process that was very quick and professional. I just refinanced my property with Platinum Home Mortgage, it is an excellent company, great customer services. They give me a really low rate, better than competition lenders. Now I have a better payment than before and it is a 15 years insted of 30 years. they give me a real good deal with low closing clost and really low rate. I am also a Real Estate agent and I use this company for my buyer and they approved almost 99.99% of my buyers and deals, sometimes buyers have their own lender and they get rejected but Platinum Home Mortgages always approved them and help buyer to get their dream Home. I will keep REFERRAL this company to my buyers and who wants to refinance their properties. My realtor Donna Butterfield recommended Bruce Biggers and Platinum Mortgage because her daughter used them and was very happy. I tried doing a refinance with cash out with a bank and their covid restrictions for loans didn’t approve me even with credit FICA over 700. Bruce was great and gave me different options with different loan products. Bruce had me do a VA loan and another loan product to get me the cash out I needed to finish updating my home, so I can get it ready to sell. I already told Bruce that he has me as a long life client for any loan needs and will use him to buy my next house when I sell mine. We were referred to Bruce Biggers by a realtor friend of ours. He was AWESOME! He let us know what the barriers were to getting a loan approval and told us what we would need to do to solve them. It turned into a 3 month process but he was there to answer questions and guide us through all the paperwork and steps. At one point we even had Julie Daubert working on our files and she was extremely helpful and friendly. Bruce was available whenever we had questions and answered both texts and voice mails. Dennis was awesome! Had a lot of hurdles getting our loan to close in 30 days, but he was honest and available anytime, day or night. We originally started this process in February. He was the 3rd loan officer we worked with, but definitely worth the frustration of having to wait it out due to Covid making everything more difficult. We were able to get a much lower interest rate with Platinum Home Mortgage than the other companies. 2.99% even with an old collection account that was settled during closing and a chapter 13 bankruptcy. Don’t hesitate if you’re thinking of buying definitely suggest them!

This place is very unprofessional. I came here as a first time homebuyer and was treated very rude. I now own my home, but not through these people. Nick Goza was my lending agent and he treated me as if I didnt qualify. Assumed I lost my job because of the pandemic. Cursed me out like garbage when I needed an update. The secretary is very rude as well. I didnt think I would ever become a first time buyer after experiencing this but I found help through another agency. Yes NICK I own my home. Thanks not at all.
