For about 2 months during our house hunt we would regularly have Ron run numbers for us before promising viewings to ensure we would be able to compete. Mike was very pleasant to work with. He made the process less stressful. As a first time home buyer, he helped us to get a IHDA grant. He answered our many questions in a quick and responsive way. No hidden/surprised fee at the end of closing. Would definitely work with him again in the future.

Erich stonewall is the worse person to help you with a loan. He straight up lied to me about my loan and what I was actually getting. I will NEVER go through him ever again and I would recommend that no one else ever use him either. I would give 0 stars if I could.
