Please do not use this mortgage company. Heaven forbid you should have a loss on your home, they are incredibly slow at processing anything. Many of their employees have provided frankly inaccurate information and errors on their part have caused weeks to months delay, costing us THOUSANDS of additional dollars on top of the loss of our home. While their customer service prior to this (as a general customer) was acceptable, their loss department has zero concern for you. You are just another piece of paper in their pile and the fact that their error costs you weeks in the repair process does not matter to anyone. Trying to get a supervisor to help remedy the problem is virtually impossible.

This lending company is either nefarious or wholly inept at preforming the most simple tasks. I’ve been attempting to get basic information to sell a home and their customer service representatives are next to useless and contradictory to the point of complacency. They clearly have horrible communication within the company and are not able to send a simple email or fax without requiring a two week wait period just to send the email the same day to the wrong email address and then say that they can’t send it again to the correct one due to a process that it has to go through that was either not in place the previous day or was newly discovered when they had to send the information to an actual title company. They’re suspicious and backwards in their dealing. I’d go anywhere else. I’ve literally never written a internet review before but I’ve had such a horrible experience that it drove me to post this.
