I called to inquire about opening an account. I was told the massive list of items I would need. I was asked about my bank I am using now. I was told I would have to pass some kind of credit check. The person who didn’t identify themselves was not friendly or interested in my business. Happily I went elsewhere for my local banking needs.

Bom Fern branch has a warm and welcoming staff. My interactions with the tellers have always been a pleasant experience. I'm always leaving with a smile on my face due to the great customer service. My experience with Mr. Jonathan Wall was exceptional. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and transparent with the process.The loan process was smooth and done promptly. BOM feels more like family. If you are looking for knowledgeable people in their craft, who is willing to help, you won't be disappointed with BOM.
