They dont deserve any stars. I will never recommend anyone to join this credit union. Please look somewhere else. The customer service is simply horrible. They will not go above and beyond to help with anything. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to manage you finances!!!!

Wonderful credit union I've been with them over 4 years. If there was a problem, the staff was kind and quick in getting it solved. Sometimes things happen, but they have always taken care of the issues in a timely matter.

If I could give a half a star I would. The only good thing about this place is their beautiful receptionist and nice security guard. First after being told that my auto loan was submitted , I found that it wasn't. After calling for a few days I decided to go there and check it out in person. The "loan officer" tried to feed me some b.s. on how the debt to credit ratio work. I feel sorry for any that gets approved with them because I am confident that they're not communicating with their customers effectively. If you have to open an account with them, by all means do, but if you need a lone of any kind please make sure that it's your only option left.

Lazy inconsistent and inconsiderate workers or located on FERN AVENUE, they messed me over once SO I WOULD GIVE THAT LOCATION NO STARS and I mean NO STARS ...SO I went to another location on JEWELLA AVENUE. The best workers are there, loans are approved quickly, they actually ANSWER THE PHONE OVER THERE at this location...You never have to wait or be lied to...they're on point, at least the workers at his location does there job..especially Mrs. Kim, she very poliete and takes care of every customer needs...so try them out OVER AT THE JEWELLA AVENUE LOCATION...... ITS WORTH IT..

I've had a wonderful, friendly interactions with the staff each time I go into the branch. Whenever I call my issues are resolved with respect and promptly.

Anyone seeking a knowledgeable, experienced, professional, customer-caring and customer-oriented Loan specialist, please visit this location and specifically ask for Mr. Bobby Savannah. Trust me; you will not be disappointed. He asked questions and thinks of things you’d never consider to ensure your needs are met timely, effectively and efficiently.

I just want to give a shout out to MY credit union. A family member convinced me to sign up at the credit union and I have been happy ever since. My loan officers Tony and Kendria have helped me build my credit and are there for me for whatever questions I may have. I have a brand new car financed at the credit union and high credit score, I couldn't be more happier.

Worst experience I have ever had. Their page says 48hrs. Takes them multiple weeks, to not do their job. Seriously the worst credit union place I've ever dealt with. They lie to your face. Avoid phone calls. Then never respond back.

Everyone that works there is out to get each.. Not realoy such is a team. Customer service sucks.. This is my first time with them and the phone services is HORRIBLE.. I CAN GET IN TOUCH WITH THE SOCIAL SECURITY PEOPLE BEFORE THEY PICK UP.. Hopefully it will get better.. But that first impression SUCKED.

Word credit union ever. They have a lack of customer service and you have to sign up for everything when using your debit card . It's simply frustrating!
