Really nice I was looking at an apartment they told me to send my ID and they gave me the code to the apt I was going to check out when asked how much I needed to move in today he said the apt had to sit on the market a little longer. I was upset because I really liked the place and had the money that day just needed to know how much to go take out. I guess my money wasn't wanted. So with that said I just stay away from inquiring about any of the other properties I see they have listed

I've been with caraway realty for a few years, and i love them. Communication is outstanding very professional, if i have a maintenance problem they will have it fixed just about the next day. i stay in a nice quite neighborhood ,my neighbors are friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend anyone thats looking for place to them.

Will give NO stars. Evidently the tenants were not screened before renting. The house and yard were left in shambles. Rent has been late every month and partial payments were made. When I tried to find out about what was going on, I got no cooperation. Every stipulation in the lease was broken. DO NOT recommend!

Although there were some communication issues in the beginning of this process, caraway really came through to make things right and help me tremendously. It was reassuring to know that they cared enough about their customer's concerns to go the extra mile to make me feel at ease and comfortable with the application process. After noticing our communication errors, they doubled down to make sure all my questions were answered and insure that I knew everything I needed to submit my application with confidence. I have had nothing but quick and positive responses whenever I have needed to contact Caraway about a need at my rental home. Plumbing, electrical, or just some updating on maintenance needs have been met quickly and professionally. Great company.

FRAUD: STAY AWAY!!! I was fooled into believing this: "So far my interaction with this agency has been nothing but pleasant. Patrick is professionally friendly and always available." Yeah Right!! I paid a deposit Twice on the same website for a place and was totally forgotten about. So please take your business elsewhere if you're looking for a place to call home. This company will only help itself to your earnings.

Great company to rent from. I have been with them going on 3 years and any issues I have had Nicole has made sure that it was attended too in most cases the next day. I would recommend Caraway to anyone that is looking to rent a home Ms. Nicole will take good care of you and your family.

Caraway Realty is an awesome company if you plan on renting and is affordable. Especially for single families the manager Nicole is so nice and understanding and she responds back pretty swiftly. If there is an issue they fix it within 24 hours . Keep up the outstanding work, Caraway .

By far the sweetest young lady I've meet in a long time. Very professional , I believe her name is Nichole. Not to sure of her last name but neither here nor there. Times are difficult now but she made the process easy, fast and special. I felt like I had know her forever . She is a true asset to the company . I have been with Caraway Realty for 10 years and have absolutely loved the service I received from Shannon . She keeps me posted and up to date what my Tenants needs are; allowing me to respond to their needs immediately. Shannon is the Office Manager who treats my 22 properties as if they are hers.
