I had my first listing and when I asked a few agents in my office who they suggested I use for title they said Placer Title, specifically Maria Spaeth. Maria and Tara have been amazing to work with. Maria went on vacation during my transaction and I was never concerned about things not getting completed. I really have enjoyed working with them and look forward to working again with them in the future! Highly recommend!

I set up a meeting to meet with an escrow officer to get an idea of what the company could offer me and I was met with the most friendliest person named Jack. He went through and explained their procedures so precisely and clearly. He, unlike some of the experiences I’ve had, was not pushy at all and really wanted to get to know me and assign me to an escrow officer that he thought would truly fit me. I was then introduced to Maria who answered every single one of my questions and to say the least, I am very happy and excited to work with them!

Super nice people work here for an alright company, in a terrible location. Tiny parking lots with no room to do a uturn, 3 or 4 point turns are necessary. The parking lot becomes an issue as you try to follow GPS google maps etc. While driving. For a square building, only 1 side actually has a name on it. If you gotta navigate here, know it's the big building on the corner... and walk over from the next parking lot over, as theirs is terrible.

giving it three stars because finding it really sucks. had to circle quite a few times to find where it is. it's the 3 story white building that has another company's name on it...
