Been coming here for almost a decade and have built a great relationship with Eric...He is about family to me. I'd like to also mention Greg and Deb who also have been helpful as well in the past. I have bought multiple cars from them as of late as my children are growing up and needing a car. Automotion has been very helpful and straight to the point with no hassles. You get in and get out. I Highly recommend this place to anyone if your looking for a decent and reliable used car. Very friendly, Richard was very nice and helpful. Been to many other smaller car dealerships, but this one was one of the best. No problems with service. Would definitely buy from Automotion again.

I love my new car! They did a great job of checking on me and answering questions. Richard had so much patience. I had a great experience and the prices of the cars were fantastic. I'm so happy. Update: I've had my car for over 2 yrs now. No problems! Great condition still. I've only had to replace the breaks and the tires. My biggest fear was getting a used car that would break down on me shortly after. So far so good! 🤗

Very nice. No high pressure tactics. I went multiple days & drove multiple vehicles. Straight forward pricing that was below Kelly blue book on each vehicle I drove. I am very pleased with my choice and this dealer. Update: I had the check engine light come on just days after buying it. I contacted the dealer, went to their mechanic, he discovered a loose wire. Fixed it at no charge. That is great customer service! I bought an as is vehicle & they took care of an issue when they were under no obligation to do so.

Haven't even made it out. I've been calling and texting about a truck I want and they will sometimes text me back or not. I've emailed them. No response except an automatic email reply. 4 days after what seems like pulling teeth, I call and they act like I'm annoying. They don't even recall me. So they take my name and number down and say they'll call me back and slam the phone down. Don't even say bye. So unprofessional. They must not need my business or much of anyone else's since they don't mind losing customers.

From the moment I stepped on the lot this was the best car shopping experience I have ever had! No pushy salesmen pouncing on you. Richard was very laid back and helped me get a great rate with not great credit. I will definitely buy another car there. Thank you and I love my Audi!

After having a bad experience at another dealership just minutes earlier we came here just to look. After chatting with Mike, the owner, who was friendly, courteous, "decent" (inside joke), and not pushy we walked away with the same car we originally cam to buy from another dealer, at a much better price from Automotion! Negotiations were easy and we both made money on the deal. It was a pleasure chatting with Mike who guided us through the cars on the lot for my aging mother who has very specific needs. We even asked about more expensive cars, but instead of up-selling us, he focused on the needs we had just discussed. I feel confident recommending Automotion for a good experience buying a used vehicle - talk with either Mike or Richard, you won't be disappointed!

Purchased a beautiful 2009 Traverse from these gentleman in a seemingly easy transaction. They were well put together and not pushy like most would expect of car dealerships. Very organized and prompt in getting us in and out without any issues. I chose the vehicle I wanted and they made it happen without a hitch. I was pleased with how easygoing and low pressure this experience was. Richard was very courteous and explained everything clearly. Very patient since I ran late and he ended up staying late to complete the sale. I recommend this dealership to anybody looking for a vehicle.

Sold me a Jeep with a dropped valve seat. Motor blew within a month from rod knock/valve lash. Never even made it's first oil change, blew up within 3K miles of purchase. They wouldn't even waive last payment as a goodwill to help with new motor swap. It took over 3 months to get my title once paid off. I just renewed my registration and my paperwork arrived with their name as the lease holder still. I traded in my other Jeep that was only a year older, with a flawless body/chasis with upgrades plus cash. New Jeep has been nothing but money pit since purchase. Eric and Greg came off as very unprofessional and shady when I let them know what had happened, clearly showing their guilt in knowing the motor was bad when they sold it to me. I've worked in Service Departments within several Dealerships and have good reason to believe they knew of the issue prior to selling the vehicle. If I'm able to prove the motor had internal damage prior to sale, I will be reporting their facility to the Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) to open a case against them to file a lawsuit to be reimbursed for all my grievances. Terrible experience overall, poor customer service and lack of integrity/transparency.

To say I’m unsatisfied is an understatement. When purchasing from the lot I was welcomed by friendly employees and was ensured through the buying process that the company prides themselves on taking care of their customers. I bought the truck, and a month and a week later the truck was no longer running. I had to have someone come look at the truck.. replace the starter, replace the transmission filters and fluids, had the truck towed to a shop, had to have a new transmission put it in the truck, while in the mean time had to rent a uhaul truck for over $500 a weekend for over a month.. over all I spent over $6,000. I was in touch with the employee I bought the truck from since the beginning of the issues. I was strung along as if they were going to help until it was determined that the transmission needed to be replaced. Then I was told they would not help. I then reached out to the owner Mike Plasser to rectify the situation. Mr. Plasser asked how I felt he could help, and I let him know that I felt that at the very least they should pay for half of the cost of the transmission replacement, which was a little under $2,000. He then decided to counter offer me $500(only if it made me satisfied), which I told him honestly felt like a slap in the face. He then told me that if they backed all of the vehicles they sold for 5,000 miles that they would be out of business… 👀🤔 chose a lot that ACTUALLY cares about their customers/reputation and has quality vehicles!

Found a great car and negotiated a very good price. The staff was very helpful and low pressure. Definitely will come back again in the future!

Showed up to test drive a vehicle that wasnt quite ready. They let me check out some other vehicles on the lot. There was a bunch of good quality vehicles! I didn't end up buying what I test drove, but they didn't try to pressure me at all. It just wasnt what I was looking for. Super low pressure and nice people!

Greg and the Automotion team were awesome. I had submitted a credit app on Sunday and Monday morning I received a call from Automotion and they got to work on getting me approved. They called me back the same day and told me that I was approved for what I needed and was super thrilled! I wanted a very specific car and the only place I could find one with low miles and a clean title was here. I live in Fresno so the drive was about 3 hours for me, but it was definitely worth it! I love the car I got and the whole process took about an hour. These guys are great and I would definitely recommend buying a car from them!

I have driven 120 miles from Reno to check out a car for my father in law and the experience did not disappoint. They have my trust. First, I called in to see if they still had the car. I was expecting to leave a message, they answered the phone and confirmed immediately that they still had the car on the lot. Some car dealers usually does this trick of keeping a car online to draw in potential interested parties and pull a bait-and-switch scheme, not the case with these guys. Once we arrived, the experience was excellent all the way. They were attentive and helpful, but not intrusive. When we asked for some space, they were happy to provide that. Nobody tried to attempt any sales pressure BS. I was out the door with the car in less than 2 hours. I highly recommend.

I called earlier in the day and talked to a very nice young man about a Mercedes ML350 that I was interested in and asked about the car and if they would be open later in the afternoon. We got to the sales lot and took the car out for a test drive. We got back and told them we wanted the car. They were very helpful in all aspects of the purchase process. We got the car I wanted and I was very impressed by the friendly people and the ease of all the paperwork process. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience!

Very please with our experience here, everyone was kind and helpful. I took my mom to get her first car from a dealership and she ended up getting the deal she wanted. They were straight forward and helpful, none of the usual run around with getting a car. We left feeling satisfied and definitely recommend this dealership.

Awesome customer service and very knowledgeable employees. Great cars at great prices. You must stop by if you’re looking to buy a great used car from some reputable people. Purchased a 2008 BMW 535i that I’m in absolute love with and couldn’t be happier. Ask for Greg or Eric and they’ll take good care of you!

Eric was very helpful! He made sure I walked out with the car I came for! The process for me was easy my credit is not that great but he went above and beyond to help me get the SUV I purchased! If I'm in need for a car again I would definitely check them out first!
