Agents don’t pick up their phones, was hard to get a hold of anyone. Was appointed multiple agents. Only thing good was a quick refund.

I had an issue with the recording of my bond as the County Recorder rejected it. I contacted John Paige to advise of the situation and he took care of my issue efficiently and with a very professional attitude. He cares about the customer and your business.
Sharon, as we discussed, we did attached a California Notary acknowledgement and we are not sure why the County recorder rejected it, however, we have re-issued the bond and will attach a notary acknowledgment that is acceptable to the county. I am sorry this did not work out for you and we will make right. the new bond and notary will be in our hands Monday.

Today I was at the recorders office and they would not accept my bond. I called Surety1 and Kasey Cady my representative was a life saver! He was sensitive to my situation and assisted professionally and swiftly. He waited over 20 minutes while I waited back in line to be helped to figure why they would not. After speaking with the clerk, within 5 minutes I was being told they would now accept it. Thank you so much!

Never before needed to get a surety bond as Computershare needed to replace a lost stock certificate. Surety Solutions did it for $500 less than Computershares preference. It was a little scary but Stephanie was fantastic and even re-did the paperwork after getting final instructions for an alternative bond company. I’m very grateful to Stephanie.
