Durham has quite a few pawn shops but unfortunately Pacasso Pawn on S.Miami blvd. has probably the worse customer service I've ever experienced. Usually someone would be available to greet and ask if you need help as soon as you enter. Unfortunately, this store does not care about customer service. Its not your typical friendly pawn shop that most of us are accustomed to. How can such a small shop not have this?? I'm glad there are other pawn options in Durham as for this one, don't expect good customer service. They really need to improve on that.
