I visited the store and The customer service was great. One of the employees named Isaac Murphy helped me instantaneously. He asked me questions to get a better idea of how he could help me get what I wanted. I was able to get what I came in for at a good price. I will be going back.

This store is great. This was my first time in a pawnshop and the manager Shannon was great. She was kind and patient with all my questions. If you looking for a great place to shop go check them out.

before recently, I’ve never pawned anything & I found out about getting loans from the pawn shop by bringing in items which are held until you pay back the money owed & luckily for me when I came in I was immediately greeted by Troy. I went there looking for an item the place was very clean and organized with affordable prices. They have some very friendly staff there one by the name of Regina stood out above all the rest. The Employee Keisha has zero customer service and doesn’t know what she’s doing in my case , I brought her 6 airsoft guns all over 200+ each, and she prices my gun according to a completely different gun, when the gun I had she could have easily searched for. She kept saying “ she’s done this for ten years she knows what she’s doing” but would NOT look up the correct airsoft gun I’m attempting to sell, when I tried to tell her there was a mistake she made it seem like the money I was coming for was small which regardless of what is one of her business . Also she kept trying to dismiss me out of the store AFTER I showed her that she was wrong in front of her colleagues. I wish a manager or someone was in to see her rude belligerent behavior but what more do I expect .

Lady in the store asked me what I would pay for a 3 year old Adams hybrid 5. I gave a fair price and after she looked online at brand new Club. She pretty much disrespect me in front of other customers (great customer service) right. Rude!!!

I went to buy an RCA converter box and a remote control and wasted 20 dollars on it and the guy selling it made me sign papers without knowing what they were. I went in the next day for a refund because the remote control didn't work and the worker told me I couldn't return it because the papers I signed off on were an acknowledgement that I wouldn't get a refund and the worker there said that the person that sold it to me was supposed to tell me beforehand about the warranty policy but didn't and was nowhere to be found. The worker was a short Hispanic with a beard and long hair. All in all, I wasted 20 dollars on something that didn't work and didn't get a refund.

There's always anice selection and im alway greeted by a warm smile a friendly hello. Most of the time its by sales associate Ms. Shannon. Always warming and helpful!!! Picasso is lucky to have her.
