My company has worked with Phoenix Capital for over four years. Fernando Leon has been extremely helpful, accessible and always willing to assist me in any way possible. Fernando is attentive and replies promptly to my emails or calls. I would recommend Phoenix Capital Group and Fernando Leon for factoring needs.

This company is terrible! Vice President Stuart warba is extremely rude. Very friendly when it comes to getting you as a customer but after he’s got you on the hook then he turns in to a completely different person. Iv been with them for 4 months and it has been nothing but problems. All I want to do is pay my early termination fee and continue business with another company but now they won’t reply to emails or phone calls and only beat around the bush when it comes to finally replying! I would give them zero stars if possible.

Everybody please read this review and think twice before starting to work with this company. I uploaded invoice to this company to factor 3 months ago, but they said that company is no buy and they did not factor the invoice. When broker finally paid for the job we did, I found out this company cashed my check when I stopped working with them after one month. They will hold reserves and will not pay you back. They will not take calls if they are in trouble but will be very nice with you when they try to get you working with them. Fraudulent company! stay away at any cost !

This company has couple problems number one they don’t answer phone number two their system is not easy to submit invoice and BOL. They should create simple form to submit BOL and there is no tutorial video showing how to submit your paper and use simple language instead they created so many places to click bs.

Best Company to work with especially when you have a Representative like Fernando Leon. Love to work with him. Keep it up, Sir!

Leon Fernando has been a great person to work with for the time we have had him. If any questions or issues that have arose, he gets back in a timely manner with a response to solve the issues or questions. Great with our invoices being worked and submitted for payment daily.

If you are in need of factoring company, don't miss PCG. Their service is extraordinary and beyond my expectation. I work with my sales person Fernando, he has been a great person to work with. His respond to my emails is like a blink of an eye, I love the communication flow. I had bad experience with other factoring companies and can't imagine the difference with PCG. I referred few friends to PCG and they are very happy too.

Unable to leave a 0 stars! this company is horrible to work with! we only signed the application and never signed a contract! Once we looked at the contract and notices that they wanted way more control of our business than other factoring companies. They also only make you buy back after just 60 days! About a month later we found another company that is very small business oriented and way less controlling. When the new company started to set us up, they notified me that Phoenix Capital Group had placed a UCC lien on our company WITHOUT us signing the contract. Pheonix Capital Group even admitted that we did not sign an NOA. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

This star is because google makes you. PCG has poor customer service and SLOW invoice processing. I was promised these thing when deciding to switch from TBS Factoring. If I was ensured that PCG reps always answer client calls, I can process wires, ACH, and EFS. What they don not tell you is you have to make sure you list all the options you choose to use on your application, Account Executives and the receptionist screen all the calls, and respond to your email when they feel like it. So if you are seeking factoring PLEASE look elsewhere or just wait the 30+ days the broker would take to pay you. I am SCREWED for the rest of this year

I have been with Phoenix for almost 3 years now. They are the best in the business. I have tried many other factoring companies and have had some very poor experience. I absolutely love working with them. Lisa Baker is awesome and always has my back when I have an issue. I have 0 plans on leaving them ever. Peace of mind and fair rates. We have 12 trucks and factor over $3,000,000 a year with them.

Great service and Phoenix Capital Group has fair rates. We are almost 2 years with them and you can reach them always when you need and that is really important for us. I would recommend them to everyone who is looking for a reliable factoring company. Thank you PCG team
