I’ve had three very positive refinance experiences with Forthright Funding and specifically with loan agent Jesse Lombardo. Jesse was always there to answer even the most basic questions in honest layman terms. He has a very special talent of cutting right to heart of the manner with his own brand ease and humor to go along with it. You’ll always feel like you have a caring partner throughout the process with Jesse and are not just a name on a piece of paper. I value my experiences with Forthright Funding and would and probably will utilize their services again in the future.

Cash out refi was a breeze from start to finish that took just a little over a month. Escrow notary came to my house to do all the final paperwork in the comfort of my home after I got off work. They did get me refinanced with cash out and kept my rate the same. A lot of the usual back and forth "gotta get this done ASAP" stuff so that kinda gets frustrating. I hoped the process would be quick, nope. It wasn't. Shaun is a good guy though, and did what he said he would do.
