As a veteran of the armed forces, I was a bit skeptical about this company but after dealing with them hand over hand countless times they have made my life so much better and their agents that you will work with really do care about each and every one that they work with. My life is so much better after meeting Paul at Crest Mortgage. He will work around the clock and get everything ready for you so you don't have to deal with the stress of the paperwork or the lines of communication that some people would consider a nightmare. After 2 years of living in our new home. I finally convinced my husband to redo our bathrooms. As expected, we needed some extra funds. We had concerns about refinancing since my husband is a local business owner and didn’t want the paperwork headache,jumping through hoops and rate hikes, fees, ect. Ryan at Crest Mortgage was beyond awesome. Let me explain. My situation is very challenging and I tried to refinance via Chase, Wells Fargo and another mortgage broker. All rejected me and said they could not help. Ryan, reached out via text. We started chatting and I gave Ryan a chance. Amazingly, Ryan was able to get done what the other three could not do. He got us jumbo loan at 3%, which is a great rate to boot! He kept shopping around and waited for the best day to lock, so he also has a great feel for rates and where they are going. He had to work extra hard as I mentioned before my situation is challenging, but he went the extra mile to get it done. In addition Ryan is available via text, phone and email to answer questions right away. We had to stay in touch to make some tough calls and he always preformed. Last, the timing came down to one day to close without a penalty and he was able to get our documents signed the same day. My wife and I needed separate notary appointments, but he made it happen. We recently needed a mortgage for a new home build and expected to go through the builders "preferred" lender, which was supposed to save us money on closing costs. When we received our closing notice, about sixty days out from the close date, we obtained an updated quote from the lenders builder and it was considerably higher than expected. We then reached out to Crest and received much lower quote, that included lower closing fees as well. Our agent stayed on top of things, working with the builder, our realtor, and the title company to ensure everything was handled properly throughout the process. We closed yesterday and are very satisfied with the service and support from Crest, and highly recommend them.

The first time I bought a home was such a pain dealing with the paperwork. I DREADED the idea of going through the process again, so I delayed refinancing my home.
