This is the third time we've worked with Phil (two purchases and a refinance) and every experience has been better than the last. He's very thorough, but he also explains complex financial concepts around home finance in a very not-technical way for people like me who think two plus two equals 37 can understand. We have used Phil's services for 2 of our homes so far, and he's been a breeze to work with each time. Really informative, honest, and makes the process understandable with all the options you could ask for. Phil definitely talked me though some heartbreaking losses as we had to bid on 8 houses before we got one and he was always calm and sane voice of reason in a crazy market. The market for us was such that if you couldn’t turn around an offer the same day you saw the house you were likely out of luck.
