Angel literally helped me get the car of my dreams. He helped me do everything over the phone and through text so I didn’t have to spend days upon days at the dealership. It was such an easy organic transition too. Favorite part I didn’t have to hussle down the price , he was honest and advice me on what to do. He took the time to teach me all the cool little features on my new car and there wasn’t a question I had that he didn’t have an answer. First off, I have done quite a few car deals and worked with various dealerships across the Northwest. I located the vehicle that I was interested in, called them and talked to John Hix Who said he would have the vehicle ready for me. Not only was it a fantastic vehicle, it was a wonderful buying experience. Not once did I get passed around from a sales person to a sales manager to a finance manager etc... The price was great, but the experience was even better. And another shout out for Brian, sales manager. If you are looking for a no stress, no hassle dealership this is the place!

We loved everything about Beaverton Infiniti - our salesperson Jeff was super nice, showed us a QX60 that they had on the lot and we were able to take it for a test drive even though the trim was not the one we were looking for. We reserved the car and Jeff called us every time he had an update on the car arrival date. Anyway, we of course ended buying the car and the ease of the process was surprising-- it was very straightforward and quick. Great place, highly recommended if you're looking for a luxurious car.

Angel was great to work with. Everything was going good until management got involved. They have a app to value your trade in there was the same as 2 other offer I received online .so I choose to do everything with them.When I got there they offered 20% less and that was 50% of the same exact car they were selling. They came up very little and added $900 for a sealant to offset the increase. I did not remember seeing it on the first offer. They never mentioned the sealant before then.if my wife did not want the car so bad I would have walked out. I was getting a 5 year maintenance contract and ordering a lot of accessories which I had cancelled.can’t give them anymore money.

When I bought my car they me two key FOBs, one of which was for different car. When I called and told them they said it wasn’t their fault and they wouldn’t replace it. They also used high pressure, disrespectful sales tactics throughout our purchase of the car.

At first our purchase was a great experience however that was because all they wanted was our money!! We were sold a vehicle that the second key we have for it isn't even for my vehicle they first said 300 to get a new one then went to 600. The salesman John does not return any phone calls they are useless and will NEVER buy another vehicle from them again.!!!! We are going to cancel the extended warranty because I refuse to give them another dime of our money. Take this as a lesson learned. They are horrible and only care about making that sale and when they do they don't care about you as a customer after that so I no longer have a great review for them... -10.

A bit disappointed. I thought these guys were supposed to be one of the best? The nice man who sold me the car told me how great Bob Lanphere's customer service is and how this dealership prides themselves on doing the right thing. His philosophy is that when some one is unhappy they tell 10 people, so just make them happy in the first place. And so my complaint begins.... I purchased a used vehicle around July/August and during the first good rain there were puddles inside the car just 2 months later. I called to explain this when I figured out what was happening and they would not rectify the issue and wanted to charge $1400 for a clogged sun-roof drain. Wow! You can literally go on You-tube and see them run a cable down the tube or spray compressed air to unclog it. They told me it was a complicated process. Really? I'm debating whether I even want to go in for my first free oil change. So now I am stuck dealing with this (which I am positive was an existing issue when I bought it) by myself. Great ethics in business is doing the right thing, even if it is difficult or not to your advantage. I was really hoping this dealership was going to come through on this one.

We had a wonderful buying experience with great customer service at Beaverton Infiniti, very smooth relaxing environment offered us coffee and water no pushiness at all. Our salesman Neil went above and beyond to make sure we loved the vehicle and walked us through how everything functioned in the car, the keychains he gave us for purchasing from him was very thoughtful. He even took pictures and sent them to us after. Finance worked with us , getting payments to what we could afford, Paperwork with Junior went incredibly smooth it was a great experience all around. I would highly recommend them and definitely come back in the future.

Alan and the Beaverton Infiniti team made trading in my car and driving a new one home easier than I was expecting. I only felt a smidge of pressure regarding warranty purchases (no means no, guys!), but hey, that’s their job. I was in and out in three hours and felt really good about my purchase. COVID-19 precautions were taken. I would definitely recommend them to other folks looking to buy a new or used car.

Needed service for my brakes, and after shopping around, Beaverton Infiniti had the best rate. After a multi-point inspection, they found a couple other pressing things that needed to be addressed rather promptly. I worked with Erik, who is an absolutely awesome service adviser: knowledgable, personable, and genuinely down-to-earth person to work with. I kind of had a face-palm moment when I got the quote for the work that needed to be done, but Erik came through and was able to help me out a bit. I was really glad to have brought my car here for service, and will do so in the future as well, even though it is a little bit of a drive, and out of the way for me- Beaverton Infiniti made the costly servicing suck less. I really appreciated the attention-to-detail, and customer-focused level of service both to my car and to me. It seems like a really outstanding team they have!

I took my car in today for service and had a very pleasant experience! The personell is very professional and detail oriented. Sales Consultant Izzy, who I ran into as I was waiting for my car, was super nice and offered me to go through some technical features that my car has and that I have never used before! Now I will! I have been bringing both our cars for service here for some time and have spent a great deal of money at this dealership. The service agents most of the time are dishonest but my recent visit will be the last. Recently I took my wife's FX35 in for an oil change and I was told that the car needed the power steering fluid flashed which I thought was weird and early but I said yes anyway. I picked up the car, got home and checked to find out that they didn't perform the service. This is terrible customer service and a terrible practice. I won't be returning. Very disappointed.

My husband and I were visiting Portland for our anniversary when our car wouldn't start. The tow truck driver put the cables on wrong and blew a fuse that protects the electrical system. Steve at the dealership was very accommodating and helpful. He ordered the part, had it repaired and we were on the road back home at noon. We are truly impressed with the service and would recommend them without hesitation.

Have gone to get service done here since I got my Infiniti. They are always super helpful. The one time I had a bad experience they fixed the situation right away and made sure I was taken care of. Loaner cars are great for when you need more than just a quick oil change or something. Lobby for waiting is really nice too.

Whether I’ve scheduled an appointment for routine maintenance or just dropping by for new wiper blades, they’ve always offered prompt and knowledgeable service at fair prices. And the loaner cars are a great perk, but the customer lounge is perfectly comfortable as well, offering a clean and sanitized space with hot coffee and other amenities. We were sold a warranty with the used car we bought and it has been misinformation from day one. I can only assume they have continued to lie to cover their tracks. Or just simply ignore us when they realize they lied and are now caught. We paid 5000 for a warranty that was not what we were sold. They corrected it after we bugged them non stop to remind them they said they would fix the issue. We were told we would get a refund and we did but it was not in the form of a check like we were told. Beyond frustrated. Don't buy any warranty without reading all the fine print before you sign. You can not use it at any dealership and it does not start from the purchase date. You will get a refund to your loan without changing your loan terms or going towards your payments. Instead of a check like you were told. We now have had to go back multiple times and have already had to use the warranty for the check engine light. We have owned the car for a month. It came on less than 2 weeks after purchase. Be careful with what they tell you vs what the paperwork says.

We were very pleased working with one man to buy a car. He, John Hix, was very knowledgeable and helpful. The only thing missing was to have our car washed and get all the markings off of it. We were told the guy who does that called in sick. It would seem someone could of done his job for a new car buyer. A little over two weeks ago our car was totaled in an accident caused by a driver who ran a red light while looking down at his phone. Thankfully my husband survived it, but our car did not. Which led us to have to quickly find a replacement. We found the car we wanted online and reached out to the dealership to see if they still had it. I have to say that Beaverton Infiniti’s customer service is the best in the industry. I’ve leased three cars over the years and every time it’s a positive experience. This current lease, Alan delivered the new car at my house and took my lease return back with him. Paperwork was already completed and I had to sign just a few times and was done! I have now purchased two vehicles from here and they are amazing. They are no pressure sales and make you feel comfortable the minute you walk through the door. What an amazing experience! The customer service was excellent, the whole staff was warm and welcoming. Dennis and Raul helped us get our car and they were very transparent and had all our needs met. It's the best place to shop for your automobiles. The staff is professional and curteous. My car was sold to me by the service guy Luis Garcia it was great. I always shop there no hassle and a few extras to boot. I highly recommend.

Customer service is non existent. I have been buying cars here for nearly 20 years. I took my car in for an estimate to replace a fog light. There were no other customers. The service tech said he would have someone come help me, but nobody showed. After a long wait, I left. I phoned later that morning to try to get the info via phone. I was shuttled from the parts dept. to service, and the call was disconnected when transferred. I phoned a second time and was told nobody could help me, but the operator would "send the service dept. an email and ask if they could call me". I give up. Never again will I set foot in this place. It is as if I am begging them to take my money and they refuse to do so. 10/13/20 ADDENDUM: In response to the reply below from Beaverton Infiniti (who took over 3 weeks to reply to this review)...I DID speak with the manager 3 weeks ago and provided specific and detailed information about my experience there. They obviously lost track of that, as well. This just reinforces my impression of this place.

Everything was good except the "one posted price". The price I had to pay was several THOUSAND dollars over the price stated on the internet web site for the car. The sales manager tried to explain something that the web site doesn't work right. I've been a Beaverton Infiniti customer for awhile and this was pretty disappointing. Fix your software or quit making claims about one low price.

I can’t say enough good things about Beaverton INFINITI. Together my husband and I have purchased over 40 vehicles so I can honestly say that this was the best vehicle buying experience we have ever had. Our salesman, Craig was absolutely phenomenal. He didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t want. He spent his entire time making sure we were happy and getting what we want. He listened to our concerns and made this real go smoothly.
