HOUSEKEEPING AND AC PLEASE!!!!!!! Service is great. Employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. Housekeeping of the lobby should be better. And a bit of AC, its super hot waiting. At least maybe overhead fans

This Check Cashier in my Opinion is a great place to handle business on all levels. And 2 Cashiers stood tall and like I said this is just my opinion when I go there their the ones servicing my needs and their quick, deliberate and precise with any and all transactions: 1st is the lady "JADA" and the other lady she's light skinned older female wit' the nice hairdo, these females get it Poppin' ya' heard and not to mention they're very knowledgeable...In my opinion I think those 2 females is underpaid, they need to get a raise and bonuses for what they do, Its a very pleasant experience everytime I visit....I'm the dude that works for "Fresh Direct", Keep doing what you do ladies, its always my pleasure when I visit cause they'll have (you) in and out in no time flat, ya' heard...And their Attitudes and Demeanor is always pleasant and very Professional.

There are two ladies that work in this office and they are the rudest clerks I have ever encountered. You go to the window where one of them stands and say 'hello' and they don't acknowledge you. You say 'excuse me' to get their attention and they respond, I'll be with you in a minute. Then they begin to speak Spanish to each other, not realizing that I understand them. They complain about people coming in when they are trying to close. The sign on the door says that they close at 7pm, but that does not matter to them. I'll be writing an official letter to the company to complain about them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION.

They close earlier than the official company time. And the oldest lady employee with white hair is very slow...

I got here at nine never met these people in my life so know one knows me.

Fees are ridiculous. You have people who depend on govt assistance paying exorbitant fees. These are people in need who can't afford to pay almost $10.00 to withdraw $300.00.

These good reviews are fake. The service here is terribly slow and horrible. The employee Rosemary always working slowly and unprofessionally. ------------------ so im here again to complain about the same rude and unprofessioal employee named Rosemary who supposedly is the Manager! Its such a disappointment that for YEARS this woman has had the same ugly attitude no matter how nice or patient you are! She always has the "next window" sign up which means she's never helping customers! This leads to long lines because there's only ONE person actually doing her job and its NEVER Rosemary. If she's truly the manager she's suppose to help out with customers when she see's that the line is becoming longer and longer then go back to whatever she's doing on that computer alllllll day!

I needed to get money order but cannot be in the USPS early enough. Figured I go to Payomatic for it. BIG MISTAKE. Money order cost me $12 just because I am paying via debit card. Never again! Crooks!

I don't know what this guy is talking bout I've been coming here for years had on problem and they went out of there way for me and I was rude as hell but they held there heads and helped me thru my situation ... great place to cash your check and good people also.

This place is the best in and out Service the location is great
