Dinged up my car pretty bad a few months ago. Look at the photo right now and you can't tell a single part where it was hit. They cleaned it so well it looked completely brand new when I got it back and I was so excited to drive it around. Extremely professional and they'll always make sure to take care of you. I would first like to thank Lucy who went way and beyond never rushed me out the doors always took her time and explained details and information about my car gave me updates on the status as well. They took the time to go over all the work that was recommended and explained by details of what work would be done so I knew what I was expecting when picking up my car. Amazing staff clean environment which is great ! Did a amazing body work and paint job Wheel alignment was the best I ever got since owning my car I could barely even notice where my car was hit ! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !

I used Twins Collision after someone hit my car in the back while I was parked and needed some bumper dents and front grill fixes and parts replacement. I’m so happy I found this place. Everything went so smoothly from the day I dropped the car in until the day I picked it up. My car looks like just came out of the dealership. Spotless. And the customer service is beyond words… very friendly, kept me informed all the time on car updates including sending updates to rental car company and insurance. It is very difficult to find an honest repair shop, after an extensive search I found this shop. I am extremely happy with the results. My car looked brand new when they were done. They are extremely honest and friendly. Lucy is awesome, she is always pleasant and easy to contact. After a horrible experience with another shop I am glad I found this one.

Let me start by saying I have an auto repair shop close to me that I regularly go to for all my car needs, but I have to say I did luck out through my insurance company when I found this body shop as an option (since they use their services). I had a fender bender in November that severely damaged my car's front bumper and hood, and my insurance company listed Twins as one of the options to go to for an estimate. I read all the reviews before choosing them as my repair shop also, and I have to say, from Lucy to Amaury to one of the Varela twins we met, all were professional, kind and patient with me and my concerns. My car also ended up how the other reviewers here have attested, looking quite the same (<3), considering all the work needed on it. I am truly appreciative of the shop's hard work and wonderful results. Thanks again!!!

This is the fourth time that Twins repaired one of my vehicles and the service is outstanding, the claims move with incredible speed and not only was our car returned in perfect condition, it actually runs better than before the accident. This shop does seriously amazing work and we have had wprk done on Hondas and Dodges so their expertise covers all types of brands, trims and models.

I can’t recommend Twins Collision enough! The valet in my parking garage ruined the rear quarter panel of my car so I searched for the best auto repair shop. Thanks to Google I found Twins Collision. They quoted half of what other competitors charged and they finished the repair earlier than expected. They even fixed a small cosmetic issue in the interior of my car for free. By far the best collision shop in Queens, the staff members, are very friendly, kind professional and knowledgeable, they make you feel at home. The have state of the art equipment, their office is awesome, they have a very neat comfortable waiting area, with TV clean bathrooms and over all elegant, my car was ready sooner than expected, very clean look new, they exceeded my expectations. Richie will treat you like family.

Twins Collision came highly recommended for body work by pretty much all of my neighbors who saw my parked car have it's front end bumper ripped off by a passing truck. They gave me an estimate that same day after I brought in the car, bumper in the trunk. Estimate took less than 5 minutes and was thorough, fair and detailed which was perfect for potential insurance claim. Staff was exceedingly nice and helpful. They have a lot for parking, COVID-19 distancing and mask requirement in place which is great, and they have 2 separate buildings across from each other where the work is done. Top notch! Will update review after work is completed: UPDATE 1 WK LATER: As I expected based on my initial impression and recommendations, the body work was fantastic and fast! After the estimate, I decided to wait a few days until the funds cleared. Twins Collision however got a head start and ordered the parts needed for my car which was great. I brought the car in early in the AM and was given a finish date of 5 days. I get a call in 2 days that the work is completed and could pick up the car whenever I wanted. Sweet! The work looked like nothing had ever happened to my front end, the color was a perfect match, and everything felt sturdy and new! Excellent work! Excellent staff! Excellent turnover and excellent experience all around! No fuss, no stress, no waiting, fair price, PERFECT finished job. If you're in the NYC area this is the place you wanna go for accident/collision body work. Highly recommend!

Top notch customer service and body repair. They made the insurance claim process easy, did a beautiful job making my beloved 17-year-old roadster look almost new, and really went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. Highly recommend.

Best body Shop in Astoria brought my Ram Promaster in after a accident can't even tell where my truck was hit. Awesome experience would recommend to friends and family who needs a good body shop with great customer service. Used them twice- once for my friends Jeep Renegade and then for my Chevy Cruze. Both times, service was excellent with a great final product. Second time I went there, the insurance company of the person that hit my car gave a realistically low estimate. Twins was able to talk with them and explain the realistic cost of the repairs and recover the remaining difference. There are many auto body shops in close proximity to each other in Astoria and Twins does stand out in service. Highly recommended for anyone needing auto body work.

Perfection is rare to find in any industry or business but Twins Collision was more than perfect. If that is possible. No one is happy when they have to get their car repaired when they had an accident. However, Lucy at Twins Collision was more than understanding. She was kind, with a sense of humor and professional. Not to mention reliable and honest. The car was fixed within the time frame it was promised and great care was taken to deliver the car--better than new. Spotless and shining. Very professional. They have repaired my car a few times, and I am always impressed with the quality of their work. Be aware, they are so good that they are regularly so booked with work that you may have to wait for an opening.

Amazing body shop with equipment that can handle very complex repair work on late model European cars with precision. They also use a special pant that's more expensive but more durable.

We brought our brand new Forester to Twins after the window and door were damaged in an accident. Twins were super friendly, very professional, and very quick in getting the car repaired. The car now looks like it did straight from the showroom floor. With our insurance (Geico) we were able to get a rental car from their location and drop off at their location which makes the process very simple. I wouldn’t hesitate at all to bring my car to them again and will be recommending them to anyone I know who needs repair work done. Great service all around.

Wow, what a place. Was in the business years ago, and this place impressed me. Suv got hit In the left quarter parked in a garage, my insurance company provided a list of repair shops. After reviewing all the shops Twins was the most impressive. They live up to their 5 star rating. Had an appointment and was told 10 days, they did it in 9. Perfect job. Excellent repair of a large dent and scratches on my Toyota Prius, panels and paint color are matched perfectly, looks brand new. The people in the office were great to work with. Very easy billing and payment process overall with GEICO. Would easily come back again if anything happens to my car. Repair took about 3 weeks.

I never do reviews but I had to do one for Twins. Anybody in the Astoria area as a matter of fact anybody in the 5 boroughs who needs bodywork on their car. This is the place to go to. Some years ago they fixed my front fender on my 2010 chevy tahoe and replaced my mirrors that were stolen and they were extremely fair with there estimates and final prices. But recently I was set to return my lease which was a 2019 Tahoe and I shattered my passenger mirror when I hit another parked trucks mirror but I was able to piece it back together on my own. The mirror was out of place and I thought I was gonna have to replace it. Manny one of the twins saw the mirror and said "I can glue it for you for $50 and you save $500. I was blown away when I picked my truck up the mirror looked brand new. Twin collision is awesome for real. Anybody reading this review should give these guy a call for bodywork. They won't run game on you and do EXCELLENT work. Thanks Manny for all your help with the mirror man.

This was probably one of the best experiences I’ve had with my vehicle. Lucy was very interactive with me and always kept me in the loop with any updates about my car. I highly recommend twin collisions for any car repair. They are quick, fast and great customer service.

I’ve been to a few repair auto shops and this was the best experience I have ever had . First person I spoke to was Lucy she was so sweet and kind . She explained everything so I would understand every step of the process. She kept in touch with me and updated me . The twins Richie and manny were also very accommodating explaining everything and so so nice . They went over and above for me . If you are looking for a place to get your vehicle repaired, Twins Collision is the place. My car was damaged while parked on the street in NYC, I filed a claim with my insurance company and Twins was listed as one of the Auto repair shops. Of course I did my research before I chose this shop, and I don’t believe I found one negative review or any complaints. After seeing the finished product of my car repair I see why. My car looks brand new. I am extremely happy with the results. Now let’s get to the customer service. There was no disappointment there. Everyone I interacted with was very pleasant and professional over the phone and in person. I am happy I chose Twins Collision and If you choose Twins Collision you will not be disappointed.

We took our car to twins collision after it was sideswiped. We could not have been more impressed with the level of service from the staff and with the work they performed. They proactively reached out to us throughout the process and coordinated with our car rental company on our behalf. It was a seamless process from start to finish and we could not recommend using them more highly.

Make sure to ask for invoice before/after paying, because they will toy with the numbers when they get your estimate from insurance. They did a good job on repairing my vehicle. However I’m unsure how much they truly charged and what was replaced (OEM etc) I overpaid severely, would’ve sent the excess to my insurance, to keep my premium low. Instead provided me with a blank invoice and told me to write in how much I paid to get reimbursed on towing etc. I of course learned my lesson, but I honor business etiquette and morals. Probably won’t go back due to that instance.

Getting my Prius repaired at Twins Collision was such a good experience... Everyone from the owners to Lucy at the front desk, were so on top of the repair and every time I called to check in, they we're so friendly, helpful, and efficient. They even got the car finished in time for a trip I had to take and fixed another part that was causing trouble that I couldn't figure out the cause of. I highly recommend Twins!

The entire staff was super friendly and professional from the start. Twins Collision kept me in the loop more than my own insurance did. When my auto insurance, Progressive (which I will NEVER EVER recommend to anyone) denied my claim, Twins was compassionate of my situation and told me to take my time in figuring out what to do next. They did not rush me or charge me any storage fees to hold my car while I was figuring out next steps - contacting the dealership, attorneys and then banks to get a loan. Once I got the loan deposited, Twins started repair on my car and even lowered the bill for me since it was coming out of pocket. The work performed was outstanding. I definitely recommend Twins Collision!

I went in for an estimate today for some front bumper work, and was immediately able to get it checked out by Chris. He was incredibly helpful and friendly, giving me good advice on what should be done. Not only that, he fixed it on the spot and I was on my way within 20 minutes! Highly recommend to all in the area!

I’ve been a long time customer at Twins — I remember having my first incident (car got keyed) and my father telling me “do not go anywhere but Twins. It’s a guaranteed job well done.” The paint job these guys do is pretty identical to the factory — ever since, I’ve lost count how many times I have been there and every time I go, I always leave happy! Never once have I been disappointed with their work. As for the staff, Lucy and her team are very well mannered and patient. I always feel welcome when walking in! I have recommenced Twins to my family and friends anytime they needed body work and all of them left satisfied and thanked me for the recommendation. Will be a loyal customer for life!
