I'm usually comfortable giving four stars to a good business, but Merchant Industry deserves the full five. Let me tell you why simply: they’re superior among similar businesses in the payments industry. They knew I could’ve brought my business elsewhere, so they bent over backwards to get it. I appreciate this greatly. But way more importantly, I’m elated that neither my faith nor my money were misplaced partnering with them. They’ve delivered what they promised and then some, and we’re about to be going on 3 years of doing business together. Anyone who needs top-of-the-line point-of-sale tech, a merchant account, or any of the other products they sell is making a wise decision going to Merchant Industry. This coming from a very, very satisfied and long-time partner.

Honestly, I can barely remember what my restaurant was like before Merchant Industry brought best-in-class POS terminals to it. These have revolutionized operations in a variety of ways. Mainly, staff members don’t make as many errors as they did when operating the old systems, and I believe this is mainly because these systems are a lot less clunky. Also, the terminals are sleek, and they go with surrounding decor quite well; since this is a fine dining establishment, that’s huge. Plus, I can get detailed reports printed quickly at the end of the night, which is refreshing and welcomed for someone like me who makes the most of every second. Rarely do I come across businesses as good as Merchant Industry. They’re first-class, and even that’s an understatement. Stay golden!

I mothballed my restaurant in the early days of the pandemic, and I tried to keep everything running properly. I did a pretty good job until one of my point-of-sale systems died unexpectedly. This wasn’t the end of the world, however, as I was able to replace the defective system with a more modern system from Merchant Industry. Installation was a breeze, and the system was up and running in no time. On my restaurant’s grand reopening day, I got to see just how efficient this new system was, and I was thoroughly impressed.

Writing Google reviews isn’t my thing, but this service deserves some praise here and now, as they helped me stave off bankruptcy during the height of Covid-19. Having to just pay a flat fee for card transactions has saved me an insane amount, and I’ve used this saved money to pay off debt and ensure all my employees stay on the payroll. I have tried calling Merchant Industry, George Khushashvili, Glenn Mondry, Camille Garcia and emailing them numerous times to no response. I am still waiting on the $1,370.57 that was reinstated to my account by First Data on January 3rd, 2021, in which they are still holding. This relationship started by MI charging me over $500 of fees on my first bill in which George promised me that it was an error and that my account will be refunded. That never happened! Then there were these crazy charges in which George stated it's because a customer used a certain credit card. For over three months They've held my $3,230.00. In which it was returned by First Data on January 3, 2022. First Data clearly stated that MI is keeping it and not allowing it to go back into my account. I spoke to over four customer and risk managers at First Data. They all claim that MI is blocking the funds. It wasn't till I had called MI's office and Glen and George cell phones over and over for months in order for them to give back the partial amount of $1,859.43. They are still holding the remainder which is $1,370.57. Now, they are telling me there is an early termination fee of $750 and a collection fee of $100, in which First Data declines that it's true, as I never terminated the account. First Data stopped it. George who is the sale person for MI, was very clear that I did not terminate anything but First Data was the one that let me go. Then they are saying there is a $520.57 Omaha Nacha fee, which I never even used as I was using First Data and Authorize.net. I have never received any information Merchant Industry on why: They have decided to keep my $3,230.00? Why did they originally charge me over $500 of fees and why was it never refunded as George stated it will be? What was that special credit card that was used, in which the fees were extremely high? No explanation about why they are still holding my $1,370.57. I tried to resolve this amicably. But, at this point I need a resolution. I need to hear back with a specific date that my $1,370.57 will be returned to my account. They have a bad reputation. I wish I knew that ahead of time... All you have to do is read the reviews. I have attached just a few of the emails that I sent to them... I sent probably over 15 emails and have tried calling them at least a 12 times. They keep lying to me and passing me a round. I have reached out to Consumer Financial Bureau as well as BBB... You should do the same, they are crooks! All the one liners you see that give 5 stars are bought reviews from overseas. THIS COMPANY ARE CROOKS!!!!!!!!

Merchant Industry is the real deal. It wouldn’t surprise me if this company ends up on the Big Board one day. What they do for merchants is incredible, plain and simple.

Every 5 years or so, I update the machines and software at my gas station. This last time around, I put in some new payment technology that’s provided by this company, and it’s worked wonders so far. I did not expect such great bang for my buck. I could very well get 10 years out of these systems, which is certainly what I’m hoping for.

Merchant Industry is hands down one of my most transformative discoveries as a business owner. They helped me pick the perfect payment gateway package, and they did this after I gave a complete rundown of what I needed. I'll be honest, it took a considerable amount of time to precisely hash out the details of what I needed, but they never lost their patience. They worked with me closely, as they understood they would be benefiting from my business as I would be benefiting from theirs. I like when things are done right and in a timely manner on the first go, and this is a main reason why I love Merchant Industry. They understand that in my line of work, I have no time for troubleshooting, and I definitely don’t have time to be sitting around waiting for customer support just to tell me something I already knew. When Merchant Industry installed their NFC payment devices at my high-end rug store, they ensured everything was working properly before they left, and I swear they must have checked three times to make sure everything was good. All the attention was worth it though, as I haven’t had a problem with any of my devices, and I’ve been using them for months. Could I want anything more from Merchant Industry? Absolutely not. They’re superior!

Switching to Mearchant Industry was a no-brainer. The company that was doing payment processing for me before was charging more across the board, and I outgrew their services long before I made the switch; I really only used them because they were the company my brother-in-law recommended when I first started my e-commerce business. Times have changed though, and Merchant Industry is the kind of innovative business I want to be partnering with. They're not in business to nickel and dime me, and understanding their fee structure is simple. Plus, if I have a question, all I have to do is call or send an email. It feels great being a loyal customer of theirs.

What’s clear to me now is that the folks who work here care about the merchants they serve. I’d compare them to the team I was using before for merchant services, but to even measure the two against one another is absurd, considering Merchant Industry’s team makes the other one look like a collection of amateurs. I tell pretty much all my colleagues: If you like cutting-edge tech and seamless service, there’s no reason why you shouldn't be partnering with Merchant Industry. Much to my satisfaction, a few of them have become Merchant Industry partners!
