Obviously because of the price I had to come from out of town to see what I wanted to buy, Mohamed went out of his way so that I was satisfied with the product and purchase. Ez pawn Queens Plaza location gave me such a great experience, because of going through hard times these past few months , it was so nice to be treated with respect and SUPERIOR Customer Service! Mohamed , who assisted me , is so knowledgeable and so nice and helpful . He not only really knows his job , but his people skills are by far some of the best I have come across in a very long time . I would recommend EZ Pawn to everyone in need and , especially this location because of Mohamed ‘s excellent service and treatment. I am a big fan of EZ pawn, the service is impeccable!!! If you love jewelry like I do this is the place to go! they have many one of a kind pieces you will never find anywhere else.. I find there prices to be fair yet competitive, but some of there stuff you could never compare because it's one of a kind!! When you walk into EZ pawn the staff is so welcoming, there is a charm about these stores like no other. Please go check it out, it's worth it. This is one of the best stores I've ever been in there are reasonable impressionable and they always look out for their customers I would not go to any other pawn shop in New York City I have recommended store to all my friends

This is by far the best pawn shop to go to, not only because of there great merchandise but what really makes this shop great is the employees, Ariel and victor are awesome they always put the customer first. They never get over on you they always give the best prices(if you choose to pawn/sell gold, electronics ect...) and they are very easy to talk to and will help/work with you..as soon as you walk in you get a great smile from the women that works at the jewelry and then after talking with those guys makes it worth going there every time .i highly recommend going there to anyone they will help and they wont let down..

I went there with two brand new designer bags. I was told that they don't deal with one designer. And the other that supposedly doesn't sell well. For what it is worth. I don't believe they really know how to appraise stuff and see the value in something. I feel they think you're desperate enough to sell something you bought for top dollar for a few measly bucks. I don't recommend this place.

I was short on my rent and needed cash in a flash. A friend told me about Ezpawn. I have never pawn an item before. The store manager informed me that I had 4 months to pick up my jewelry. If I did not have the full amount, I could pay the 4 % interest on the loan and get another 4 months. Best deal in town.

I recently worked with Mohammed and he was really great. Went the extra mile to help me the best he could. I would highly recommend anyone to use his services if they have the need
