If only zero stars was a thing... They have 3 tellers, 2 working with one user. I've been standing on this line for 30min, and instead of the manager being proactive and helping to clear the long line...SHE DOES NOTHING!!!!. Defeat the purpose of even making an appointment, and took up my whole hour lunch period just to withdraw cash

Worst bank ever compare to chase and Citi. First card got lock after first use and online service are friendly but useless. This branch is the worst I ever met. They don’t tell anything even for closing time.

Worst BOFA location. The wait time is outstandingly long! I talked to the person who acted as receptionist he said he is the manager and it will take 1 hr atleast to get a document notarized. "You should go to UPS". Well if you are going to send off your customers to UPS to get documents notarized why do you say that you provide Notary services. Next I waited for 1 hr 15 mins. the Notary public was with a customer and they were gossiping about random stuff. I talked to the same manager that hey you are making customers wait while your staff is gossiping. He said "the staff is just doing their job". So you understand now that if the manager's attitude is so lousy while will the staff be helpful. P.s Second time this has happened. The first time I came to open a Business checking and savings account, 2 months ago, waited for 45 mins and there was no one at the reception desk and all cabins were empty. They should rather just convert this from a full bank to just an ATM.

I worked with Adam and John to find a new place. I came in knowing very little about how the housing process worked, and thought I'd explore my options. We talked about my budget and the type of place I was looking for. On my first tour I saw a few places that were less than I was hoping, but then I found IT! Perfect size, perfect location, tiny bit out of my price range - but I could swing it. My only issue was the move in date was earlier than I wanted it to be by two weeks. Both Adam and John were very helpful throughout the whole process, and dealt with all my paperwork problems efficiently.

4 people behind the counter. All doing nothing. Only 1 counter is open. Think branch feels like the post office: they are only good a growing one thing - the line of frustrated customers.

The other reviews were not kidding.. this is the worst location. Walked in noone is there to greet you.. 4 cubicles only one person working and only one teller.. Waste of time

Very bad experience here. I was greeted by a Mexican woman who was full of herself. She is very unfriendly. Very unprofessional and unhelpful. Not exactly what I expected from BOA Banker.

Borderline unprofessional, a client was annoyed about a couple of things like not having 2 dollar bills etc the staff immediately started talking about him before he left, loud enough other clients could here. Overall this location needs better training. I noticed a few things other locations do that they don't like paying attention to detail, quickly tending to clients who seem a bit lost.

The ATMs are better than the staff who work at this BOA Banker office
