Horrendous customer service. My mother wanted her money back, she didn’t have the tracking number with her, but she did have her ID on her. She came up to a lady, who refused to take her ID and had a rude tone with her. My mother left, upset. I called directly to western Union and they were confused because they told me that it is impossible to not give back the money if you have ID. I called back to payomatic and I was furious. The lady was so rude to me. She lied and said my mother didn’t show her any ID. I told her that if she cannot do her job, then she should find another job. She yelled at me

Yes horrible location i somehow came to send money through Western Union/ When i send money to my gf. then not even asked me how you want the recipient to receive money in what currency. an employee is a company he didnt ask me and make decision sent in another currency and i was lost 225$. Just because there stupid workers and SUPERVISOR to hes is name SHEEB idiot. There in no apology to say that is our mistake began to argue with me :(

I don't know what the usual experience is, but I was just at this location for the first time, and I was in and out within five minutes. The teller/cashier (whatever you call the person behind the glass) was very helpful.

The worst customer’s service ever! Manager is so rude and for refunds he told me to go the same location where I gave money!

This place is very unprofessional and rude. My friend wanted to send money to a different country and was told because today was a “special day” she couldn't send more than $ 100.00. I asked confusingly what was so special about “today” since for the past few weeks she has been sending more than $100 to her country. According to the white man in glasses what was so special (saying with sarcasm) “do we wear gloves and mask on a regular day?” Speaking to us as if we didn’t understand English. I told him “we didn’t ask for your sarcasm” and again we’ve been sending money during these hard times of covid-9 and this is the first time I’ve heard of such “rule”. Especially because the worker didn’t even take the time to explain this “new policy.” And when we asked “why?” he shrugged his shoulders and answered disrespectfully. I guess he wasn’t expecting me to ask questions and assumed we didn’t speak English and when he didn’t like our response he had nothing else to say. I can only imagine how poorly the customer service is for those who actually don’t speak the language. I checked the policy for western union online and it mentions nothing about this new “update” on their policy. Btw This is the same man who doesn’t like to give change back! Having multiple rude experiences I will no longer come to this place nor do recommend it .

8am and this dude always on the phone asking my info 3-4 times. So, I told him to hang up his f...g phone. He got mad. He told me that I don't have good attitude. I was polite with you in the beginning but you kept talking and at the same asking what do I need. So, DUDE YOU ALWAYS ON THE PHONE !!! This is not first time. I'm your customer you guys make money because of US. He always MAD, chill OUT and HANG UP YOUR PHONE!!!

I always love going this place because of that girl, I think her name is ‘Shanila’. She is super fast and very professional. She welcomes every customer with her beautiful smile. Go that store after 4pm guys. 👍🏻

There is only ONE cashier during working hours. Took 1hour 35 min to be served! Horrible horrible horrible!!!!!! Is there are any management to run this place? (Please see picture) What a waste!!! Second visit on 9.22.18 @11:30am and another photo added ! I wouldn't recommend this store to others!

Usually no line. Employees are always friendly and ad quick as possible.
