A male worker took 83 dollars from me and i gave him 1230.00 he refused to give it back this worker repeatedly does this to others he should in my opinion be fired immediately

If there was an option to give zero stars, I would. Line standing until the door. Three windows but only one worker. The 2 minute process to withdraw money is somehow dragged until 15+ minutes after standing in line for an hour. Cleaning crew must be on holiday. There's trash everywhere and it seems somebody puked on the floor, we see a grandpa nearly do a backflip as he steps on it. The sight is atrocious, every time I need to come here it is. You can imagine how this place stinks. Eventually I manage to receive MY money but the clerk gives it to me like she gotta pay it from her own pocket. Always impolite service, if you hate your job, I recommend switching. Avoid this place if you can. Not recommended.

Where Do I Start Of At.....First Of. It Use To Be 24 Hours, How Do You Respond To Someone That Wrote A Review About This Horrible Location About The Time Being 9AM To Whatever And Not Update The Information Area That Everyones Sees When Clicking On This Location..... Alot Of These Reviews Have A Lot In Common....Every Day Its Three Windows One Line And Only One Person Working There.... If Your Lucky If There's 2 Workers The Second One Might Take There Sweet Time....If You In Coney Theres Another Location On Stillwell Across From The Train Station They Are Wayyyyyyy Better..... All The Times I Went To That Other Location There Wasnt Really Much Wait And There Was Always 2 To 3 Workers Switching. The Other Location In Stillwell Is Bigger Instead Of Narrow And More Cleaner I Definitely Recommend Going To The Location On Stillwell. Fun Fact: One Day.... I Woke Up Like 7Am Had Money Wanted To Add Some Cash To My Card To Walk Outside Turn The Corner And Boom There's A Gate On The Cash Checking Place And A Line Of People Like It Was A Apple Store And The New IPhone Came Out😂💀I Never Knew There Was A Gate For That Store

The place is never clean and the staff are always rude. Neither does the staff members have basic customer service skills, highly dismissive and disrespectful.

Horrible experience the place openope up a hour late had a line forming out side then when it did open only had one teller I left came back forty five minutes later and most of the people that was on the out side line was still waiting I gave up said I will come back later that's two hours of time that went past and no service

Limited employees. Very slow. Cashiers create their own policies depending on who comes to their window. I've witnessed them passing judgements on all varieties of people outside of their own.

Had to walk out of this establishment because of the smell! Looked as if it was never cleaned...papers strewed everywhere. Was not crowded so cashier decided to take phone call for some minutes. Unreal!

Horrible place an employee of ours went to cash a check. The payroll check was miswritten the amount that was spelled out didn't match the Numerical amount. They said that they couldn't cash it. Returned the check to our employee then someone in that establishment cashed it anyway for tge amount written out. Then they kept the money. TBD.

Very bad place they rude and they charge $5.28 to take off $200 that's just crazy they need to be shut down. Workers are rude and slow. 1 worker be in there for hours. And sometime sleep they need to close this place down
