Came in to this location for the first time 2 days ago to drop my car off for service and inspection. I was assisted by Kenny who was pleasant and helpful. I was in and out pretty quickly and was offered a loaner vehicle by Kenny which I hadn’t considered before. I had no issues with the loaner and when I returned the day after to pick my car up, everything went smoothly. It’s always a pleasure to have efficient service done and I appreciate everyone who helped me. Thanks!

We had a wonderful experience with Alec Naaman from this dealership. He was very personable but not pushy (as I have found other dealerships to be). When we discussed our bottom line, he was open and didn’t make us feel like it was unattainable (again, as we had experienced with other dealerships in the area). I love Mercedes. This location is clean and everyone looks very friendly. The reason did my 2 stars is because I waited 4+ hours just to replace a tire. Been here since 8 something in the morning and left by 1pm. For a tire change. That should be quicker and better.

My experience coming into the Mercedes- Benz was top notch from the moment I and my son walked in and was greeted from the young receptionist who was very friendly and greeted us both with a smile. From that point on the experience got even better when Tish Moya came she is the young lady who was in charge of helping me sell my car, Tish went above and beyond explaining everything to me with how the process will work on selling my car and she took time answering any questions that I had. I have a 2016 GLE350. My vehicle had a lot of problems. The check engine light was on, there was a burning smell, the vehicle wobbled while driving, and there was a disturbingly loud noise when the engine was turned on. I sent it to Mercedes-Benz of Brooklyn. 5 days after my vehicle was received, my service advisor Mike Hoehman notified me that my service was complete. I could hardly believe they serviced it in such a short time. This is amazing. After driving the service vehicle, I have to say that I am very pleased with their high quality work. It rides smoothly and the engine runs like brand new. Many thanks to Mike Hoehman and his team for their quality services as well as the VIP treatment of their customers. They definitely deserve 5 stars.

Had an issue with hood latch cable Went in without appointment. They looked at it and couldn’t fix. They told me come back in 3 weeks. That is their next appointment. Call Ray Catena Mercedes in Edison New Jersey. Wow. What a difference. They actually cared and told me to come in next day. They fixed the problem. Very happy that we purchased our Mercedes in November, wish we had purchased it earlier,Amazing staff ,and customer service!!Giovanni helped us choose the perfect vehicle for us was very patient with us and made sure we left very happy with everything like we want!!We spent almost the whole day in the dealer with our little daughter and we were very welcomed and enjoyed waiting in the lounge..A couple of days ago my engine light came on and I gave them a call they scheduled me an appointment same day and there service was beyond Amazing Arnold helped us..he gave us a loaner car till the car was checked and given back to us..Again don’t waste ur time looking anywhere else for cars,from buying a car to customer service we loved it all!!! We went back to this dealership after our lease expired. Our guy Johnson left this dealership. Lu accepted us. The experience was terrible. Long waiting time. All the tricks to get us spending more unnecessarily. They offered a honest price in our first visit. No feeling of being tricked. The transaction was smooth. Our salesperson Johnson is knowledgeable and sincere. We definitely recommend this dealership. They are very rude very unprofessional , I made appt for maintenance and take a lunar car by phone . The customer service in the phone told us that you reserve a lunar car . I left my work ( essential work as a dentist)went to them and the guy was so rude simply said you don’t have any verification code for the reservation for lunar and I don’t have any car now although my appt was the first one early morning 8:40 .first of all I don’t know why they didn’t say anything about the verification code on the phone before I come and waste my time.also why he is talking to me in a rude way and doesn’t consider Im a customer need to be served . The only time they were talking in a nice way when they sell the car otherwise they are very very rude there and I’m gonna tell every one I know to go to different branch because they are very rude and this is not the first time they mess with me

I’m not telling you not to get a Mercedes Benz, personally I am enjoying my 2021 C300 with the amg package A lot!! However as a young WOC, the moment I walked into this establishment I was already given funny looks and did not even end up getting helped until almost 2 hours after my arrival. I came here to get help with my Mercedes’ me account and even after providing all of my proper documentation such as DMV registration, the title for the car which is available on the MB website that I PULLED UP IN FRONT OF THEM they did not believe that this was my car and told me to “go wherever you got the car from”. So if you’re interested in getting a Mercedes check out Silver Star Motors in LIC y’all! The staff treats you with respect and actually value Mercedes customers overall. I am disappointed in this experience because every thing they asked for I provided to them. But it’s okay though I will never spend a dime at MB of Brooklyn and I’ll pass that on to everyone I know.
Sabrina, unfortunately when a car is registered under someone else's name we legally cannot provide you access to an application that allows you to unlock and locate the vehicle. Just because you have possession of someone else registration doesn't mean it is yours and it would be reckless and irresponsible of any dealership to provide access to someone else's asset. You mentioned that the car was purchased for you and unfortunately you did not get the car from us. As a result, there is no documentation or way we can verify that the car is indeed yours which is why we recommended you go to the original dealership. Scammers. Who asks and DEMANDS 200kover MSRP for a car(Mercedes G63). Doesn’t make a difference the model, what they are doing is insane. Been purchasing new vehicles for decades. This dealer wants to take advantage. “There are limited models due to What going on”. Mercedes should not allow this. Shame on them. Stay away and go to their competition. This should be price gouging and punishable. Owners and salesman trying to screw customers. I feel bad for other customers. They don’t care.
Scott, I can appreciate your previous experience buying new cars but we are by no means price gouging. First and foremost, price gouging would suggest that we are suggesting one price only to change that. All of our pricing is clearly outlined on our website and in our showrooms. Second, the specific G63 you are referring to is a limited production vehicle of which there are less than 100 made in total. On the secondary market, as USED VEHICLES, they are listed for anywhere from $150,000 to $200,000 above the initial MSRP. Additionally, the G63 as a whole has been canceled for model year 2022 further increasing the demand for this car. Most importantly, we are talking about a vehicle that is hundreds of thousands of dollars. I believe that anyone with the financial means capable of affording the vehicle has done their research, determined this to be the appropriate market value and as a result is not getting "screwed" as you suggest. They are just willing and able to purchase the exclusive item they desire.

I was charge for misdiagnosis for a new battery and the GM can’t explain or details the price! You can do better!
Kesnel, I attempted to reach out to you this morning to try and reiterate the lengthy conversation we had while you were here. You brought in a car with a fault, without warranty, and we agreed to diagnose the problem. Upon scanning the vehicle, reading the information provided we determined that the battery was faulty and that should resolve the problem. You agreed to pay for the battery and to install it at this point. Unfortunately, at this time, we were unaware of the history of the vehicle and your problem quickly came back. You came back into the shop, we got our lead technician and found out that the vehicle you purchased at Carvana had been in a significant accident and the repair was, to put it nicely, sub par. I personally brought you into the shop and showed this to you after explaining that you pay for diagnosis then for install. At this point, I agreed to put together an estimate to get the car repaired correctly instead of what Carvana sold you. We did not charge you for the additional diagnosis and worked quickly to get this done for you. If you could please give me a call at the dealership to explain what we could do better I would appreciate it because I simply don’t see where we dropped the ball here.

Quite an experience make sure you not in a rush it’s a lot to see, clean surrounding, very warm knowledgeable staff. Dealt with Ken Li. Was a busy day but he kept his spirit high. The customer beside me was having a melt down manager dealt with her in very professional manner l was really impress. Diana is finance was also cool. Absolutely horrible experience. Came in for a warranty part to be fixed, was told it would take "a few days" so I opted out of the loaner. Week later I get a call saying it will cost 800$, few days after if went up to 1300$. 10 DAYS of being lied to, horrible communication and 1300$. Only to realize they didn't properly reattach the a/c. It was working perfect prior to the visit. Come back in to be told it will cost 600$ to fix something they messed up. Absolutely scamming people. Update: Had a call from the manager about the complaint and if I could give this a negative review I absolutely would. No claim of responsibility because I did not bring the vehicle the next day. It's almost like my vehicle wasn't there for 10 days and I could risk not working again 🤗. Was also told if I'm "upset as I'm acting" I would of brought the car in sooner. Thanks for telling me my emotions were an act. Strong people skills there buddy.
We are sorry that the initial response did take longer than anticipated but at no point were you lied to. Also, on the day you vehicle was picked up, when the repairs were completed we ran a full scan in the Mercedes-Benz system showing no faults of the AC unit. You explained that the following day you had an issue but failed to text us when we reached out to see how your repairs were. You then brought the vehicle back 12 days after the initial service and when we ran the same full scan you now had faults in your A/C unit. We would be more than happy to provide you the documentation or have a conversation about providing you a discount on getting your vehicle repaired. However, after reviewing the calls, technician notes, vehicle scans and a conversation with my service manager I strongly disagree with all of your statements. Lastly, I did not state your emotions were an act as it is quite clear that you are upset and we know it can be frustrating to continually have to repair a vehicle. However, the A/C failure is clearly not related to the initial repair and the documentation proves that.

I rode my dream car out of that dealership two weeks ago (November 2021)! I am extremely happy! Ken was very professional and kept me informed every step of the way. When I looked in the system, I did NOT see your name attached to any vehicles for purchase or service. This is problematic because we are focused primarily on the customers who purchased/serviced with us, not other Mercedes-Benz dealerships. There is the obvious exception in the case of our extremely high-end low production vehicles. Alec Naaman, in sales, is thaa man. From the minute we connected, I felt like I was talking to a pro. It was very easy to control the process, he was receptive to all of my questions and concerns, and I even told him from the beginning that I was in the early stages, he handled it with grace, while most dealers would roll their eyes. There's markups, but it's Mercedes in NYC. If you're thinking about a Mercedes in NYC, that's an expensive thought. But, it's a brand meant for people who value time and experience above all else, and I had a great time, and a great experience. Not sure when or if I'll switch up my wheels, but should the time come, I'll make sure it's Alec who hands me the keys.

Very bad experience with this place , I will not recommend this dealer to anyone. I bought a car on Saturday 02/19/22 which i wasn't happy with since no one asked me to test drive the car. When I got home on Saturday night, I didn't like the way the car was driven. I went back to the dealer on Monday 02/21/22 to cancel the deal. When I got there the guy Giovanni Trinidad which was my salesman consultant was walking back and forth like he didn't know what to tell me , I asked to see the general manager which was William Berardino who supposed to assist me ,I was chocked to see how the general manager was treating me so bad on top of my money that I spent and not happy with the car. He was so angry, so arrogant and unprofessional simply because I asked him to cancel the deal. .
James we're very sorry that you're not happy with your purchase. However, you were offered a test drive by multiple people that day, your family has a Mercedes-Benz product, you came with your friend who has a Mercedes-Benz very similar to the one you acquired. You were here for a total of seven hours between the approval process, looking at multiple vehicles to choose from and selecting on that you were quite happy with on Saturday. As your photo's illustrate you left your car in the street after refusing to acknowledge that you had taken ownership of the car, drove it over the weekend, failed to reach out until middle of the day Monday and even signed off on paperwork stating that you could NOT return the vehicle. I came to buy a van for our business. MB vans are probably the lowest priced cars in the MB lineup. So I wasn't expecting much from the sales people there (Pretty Woman store scene comes to mind). BMW of Manhattan, Audi of Brooklyn are all guilty of that. But Alix and Ahmed in Mercedes Benz of Brooklyn proved me wrong. They treated me and my family as if we were getting 200k G-wagens to every member of our family! You might think that they overcharged us, but we actually negotiated a very good price (according to trucar website) that no other dealership could beat. Alix and Ahmed let my kid (supervised by my wife) sit and "drive" the most expensive MB sports car in the show room while I was negotiating the lowest cost car. I think dealerships should be rated not by how they treat their highest margin buyers, but by how they treat their lowest margin customers like us. If you are planning to buy a simple van or a fully loaded G-wagen, you should seek out Alix or Ahmed. You will receive top notch service and will come out with a new set of keys and a smile. And I'm sure that our next MB car will be bought in MB of Brooklyn through Alix and Ahmed!

Initially when I leased my vehicle, I was so happy with the service provided. I would have gave 5 stars for sure. Today, however, I feel different. My vehicle was picked up and returned for the regular annual maintenance. I noticed a small rip on one of the seats which wasn't there when the car was picked up. I've tried calling multiple times but couldn't get a hold of anyone. Eventually someone answers and says that they are about to close so he doubts I can speak to someone. He was very rude. I asked for a manager and he denied to transfer me. When I asked for his name, he gave me MY name and hung up. This is definitely not how you treat customers.

I had a 2016 Mercedes and my car wouldn’t start. So I took it to the dealership so I can see what’s wrong with it. The mechanics said my engine is gone and I would have to pay them $45,000 to replace it. I went to talk to the manager and he had a very bad attitude. I took the car to a third party mechanic and they got the car up and running perfectly fine for 2,500$. They also charged me $600 for the check up and when I went back they wouldn’t give me my money back even tho there check up was incorrect.

Something very strange going on in MBB. My wife and I have been customers there for many years. Recently we tried to lease another care with them and the salesman gave us crazy numbers. It was almost as though they did not want to lease us the car. Of course we went to a different Mercedes dealer and signed a deal there. I also have been trying to get MBB to repair my seat for he last 2 months. They simply do not respond. I get the feeling the dealership is going out of business which is a shame since it used to be a great dealership and very convenient. I guess all good thing come to an end

Clean and spacious. The purchase went smoothly mostly. The staff is great, but a little pushy when it comes to leaving reviews, which was the only negative in the whole process. Also, another tiny negative, is after such a big purchase no additional gift/present was given. Usually, with such large purchases, dealerships give some sort of merchandise to appreciate the buyer.

I purchased my first Mercedes today! Ahmed was my salesperson and I think he was very professional. He spend time looking for a right car that fits my needs. I was able to test drive and Ahmed even gave me a ride home so I could drop my old car off. Everyone was helpful and very professional. Suggestion: I was surprised there were a lot of people during this COVID time. I think it would be helpful if there are cleaning staff to wipe down after people check out the cars and the tables on the floor.

We made an appointment with Victor, the manager, to buy a specific car. When we arrived, the receptionist was not wearing a mask directly next to a sign that said masks were required. Victor was not available, so they sent Jerry to help us. Jerry was very nice, but was not briefed at all on the details we had already arranged with Victor. A lot of time was spent waiting while Victor got Jerry up to speed. It turns out that the car that we came to see was at their Staten Island storage lot and could not be delivered until the next day. They did not bother to check that the car was there prior to making the appointment, so it became a waste of two hours. The entire time we were shocked by the lack of mask compliance and social distancing by all employees. It was so egregious that we asked my 70-year-old father to wait in the hot car so he would not be at risk. We got out of there as fast as possible. We ended up finding a better deal at a different dealership. We're in a pandemic. Please put more effort into caring about the well-being of your customers.

I’ve been coming here since 2012. I’m on my 3rd lease & I also financed a vehicle 2yrs ago. On Friday I came in to service my car & ended up turning it in to lease another. I was introduced to Ken Li. He is an AMAZING, PROFESSIONAL, PATIENT & all around nice guy. He let me test drive 3 vehicles before making my final decision.
