TD Bank 86th St, Brooklyn

This is the most friendly, most accommodating, professional, knowledgeable branch. I did my mortgage here with an excellent mortgage officer. The BM and the ABM thank the customers in the teller line, and make sure the line goes as smoothly as possible. They offer free notary public to customers. The manager at this branch is ABSOLUTELY the best ever.

Worst ATMs ever. This is second time my bank card is stuck in ATM machine at this specific location. Today is Saturday And there is now way i am getting it back before Monday morning. At this branch ATM machines are out of service most of the times after midnight. I guess if you need more reliable service better go to Chase bank or Citi Bank. Thanks

Good day. This location definitely needs better management as agents ignoring their duties. Wait time was 40 mins to get to the agent. Mr. Chi was servicing other clients while ignoring me waiting for him.

Very bad taller. Customer service very very bad. Today I cash out my money from bank. I give original ID. And why asking too Manny questions. She disrespect me. And she say if you want you can close your account.

The worst customer service in this area. Made a cash deposit(<$10K) today and was asked a bunch of questions starting where I work, what do I do, etc. You have all my info on your system, why would you harass me in front of other customers if I’m making a simple transaction? You need to learn to treat your customers right.

Horrible place customer service is horrible and I will be closing my account here with them because it is so unprofessional to think I spent over 100k banking with the business and personal one year and I’m out

Customer service was horrible and the guy Simon was extremely rude. Not willing to help me out the first day to remove my account block as they have to wait 20 minutes over the phone. Came back the second day and the attitude was as if it’s my fault. Finally I decided to close my account with this ripping the skin off bank which I can’t do for one more day 😂. They are charging me over draft fee every day and my account shows positive balance. App is complicated so that they can charge you whenever they want.
