I was pleasantly surprised the last time, it was about two weeks ago. The service was outstanding. The worker was professional, polite and intelligent. He was the only one present during the lunch break and he did an excellent job. Thank you, Payomatic.

A few years ago they were working 24/7 and service was much better than now. I like that because I have to walk there less than 5 minutes.

They work so slow and the mr with the glasses is cold af, they need to hire more people in order to meet the needs of the area, most of time I wait more than 30 mins! so If you're not patient, don't come to this location

DON'T GO THERE! Very very very bad service, unprofessional and rude staff with no experience, including the manager, they don't speak English, don't know how to treat people, they never apologize for mistakes made and yell at customers. Only one young man there is polite and pleasant.

Good service. Everything depends on what kind of person you are. If you’re good, than everyone is good for you. I like the young man who is working there. He is so intelligent and always have a smile on his face, always friendly and kind. They’re doing their job. Never had any problems with them.

Being severely under staffed is the main issue here , I was inside the location at 7:45 pm , eventhough location closes at 8 pm I rushed to have my check cashed because it's the only time I had today and probably for the rest of the week. After 16 hours of work it was the only time I had. I stood there quietly watching clerk scream at the customers , who have been waiting outside for over an hour, threatening customers instead of attempting to assist people. I dont usually write reviews, b terrible experience. Unfortunately banks are closed by the time I get home , but I would attempt everything in power to never use that location again. I KNOW THE REVIEW DOESNT MEAN MUCH TO BUSSINESS , BUT HOPEFULLY IT WILL DISCOURAGE PEOPLE FROm using this LOCATION ever again.

Great place, awesome staff. Be patient, financial things need to be carefully processed, so all these rude people in a rush unfairly leave low ratings... this is at least a 4.5 stars cash checking place.
